The purpose of this study is to describe why children are difficult to socialize (Introvert) and to describe what factors cause children to have a character of responsibility in school. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a sample of two students and one homeroom teacher. The data was obtained using participant observation techniques, semi-structured interview and documentation. Abstract
