In addition, there is a learning component that affects student learning outcomes, namely the learning method used by the teacher in delivering the subject matter so that the desired learning objectives are achieved. Especially social studies lessons that seem boring, the teacher's job is to choose methods that can increase students' learning motivation. The focus of this research is: what learning methods are applied by social studies teachers to increase students' learning motivation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique was through observation, interviews, and documentation, with the resource persons being the homeroom teacher of class VIII, social studies teacher, junior high school assistant, and several students of class VIII, then analyzing the data using miles and huberman. The results showed that: Students' learning motivation in participating in social studies learning is influenced by intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, social studies teacher learning methods in class VIII vary, namely the lecture method, question and answer method, discussion method, inquiry method, and assignment method. Then the social studies teacher's obstacles in increasing students' learning motivation depend on the students themselves, namely the lack of awareness of student learning and understanding of learning objectives, as well as factors from peer association. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Dalam proses pembelajaran, motivasi belajar dibutuhkan pada diri siswa karena motivasi berperan penting dalam mensukseskan pembelajaran yang dilakukan, terdapat 2 faktor yaitu intrinsik yang berasal dari diri sendiri dan ekstrinsik dengan bantuan luar dirinya. Selain itu terdapat komponen belajar yang berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa yaitu metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran sehingga tercapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Terkhusus pelajaran IPS yang terkesan sebagai pelajaran yang membosankan, tugas guru harus memilih metode yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Adapun fokus dalam penelitian ini yaitu: metode pembelajaran apa saja yang diterapkan guru IPS untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan narasumber yaitu wali kelas VIII, guru IPS, pendamping kamar SMP, dan beberapa siswa kelas VIII, kemudian menganalisis data menggunakan miles dan huberman. The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) planning a direct instruction learning model on social science subjects in MTs Muhammadiyah 09 Weru, Paciran, Lamongan; (2) the application of direct instruction learning models to improve student interest and learning outcomes; (3) inhibiting factors in increasing student interest and learning outcomes using a direct instruction learning model. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the application of the direct instruction learning model was able to increase students' interest and learning outcomes in social science subjects. The increase in students' interest in learning is in accordance with the indicators of interest in learning, namely the feeling of liking; active participation in activities; paying more attention without anyone telling, as well as learning outcomes as evidenced by an increase in competency test scores. The increase in interest and learning outcomes also does not escape the inhibiting factors such as the less strategic state of the classroom, as well as interference from friends outside the classroom. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Rendahnya pemahaman siswa pada materi pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial karena penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kurang sesuai dengan siswa, jika hal tersebut dibiarkan saja maka akan berpengaruh pada rendahnya minat belajar siswa sehingga hasil belajarnya juga kurang memuaskan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) perencanaan model pembelajaran direct instruction pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial di MTs Muhammadiyah 09 Weru, Paciran, Lamongan; (2) penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa; (3) faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran direct instruction. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction mampu meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Peningkatan minat belajar siswa sudah sesuai dengan indikator dari minat belajar yaitu perasaan lebih menyukai; partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan; memberi perhatian lebih tanpa ada yang menyuruh, begitupun dengan hasil belajar yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan nilai uji kompetensi. This study aims to analyze the effect of moral intelligence and spiritual intelligence on campus culture as moderating variables in students’ social awareness. This research is classified as quantitative research. The population in this study were students in the Tadris IPS study program, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Parepare class 2018-2021, totaling 176 students. The sample in this study was 122 students whose determination of the number of samples referred to the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Research hypothesis testing was carried out with the help of SmartPLS software. The findings of this study are: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of moral intelligence on students’ social awareness with P Values of 0.002 < 0.05, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of spiritual intelligence on students’ social awareness with P Values of 0.013 < 0, 05, (3) campus culture cannot moderate the effect of moral intelligence on students’ social awareness with P Values 0.062 > 0.05, and (4) campus culture can moderate the effect of spiritual intelligence on students’ social awareness with P Values 0.005 < 0.05. The effect of moral intelligence and spiritual intelligence with campus culture as a moderating variable on students’ social awareness is 58.8%. Central Java Province is a region with relatively high poverty in 2020 of 11.09 percent, the second highest in Java Island. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the poverty rate is influenced by factors such as education (dropout rate), economy (unemployment rate), location (distance to the city center), economy (Gross Regional Domestic Product and inflation) and the Human Development Index (IPM). This study analyzes the extent to which these factors affect the level of poverty in Central Java Province. Data analysis using linear regression. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that have a significant influence on the level of poverty so that local governments can focus more on determining poverty alleviation policy priorities. The results of the study show that there are variables that have a significant effect on the poverty rate. The variable is the unemployment rate, followed by GRDP, IPM, inflation, school dropout rate and finally the distance to the city center. The implications of the results of this study can be a recommendation for the Regional Government in making policies as an effort to alleviate poverty in Central Java. The development of snakes and ladders games in digital form can be an option for developing innovative digital media and adding variety in the implementation of learning, one of which is social of al studies learning with the theme Cultural Diversity in Indonesia. The develgenial digital media uses the genially platform with the Design and Development (D&D) method. The results showed that the development of digital snakes and ladders game media on cultural diversity material in grade IV elementary school Indonesia was valid to use with a percentage of material expert assessment of 82.14%, media expert assessment of 83.82%, and 85% of linguist assessment. Sehingga peneliti melakukan riset guna mengetahui dan mengkaji kesiapan masyarakat lokal, pemerintah, dan pihak lainnya di Kawasan Pelabuhan Kota Probolinggo dalam kegiatan pengembangan wisata berbasis masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Riset ini diselenggarakan dengan menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumenatasi pada lingkungan wisata beserta masyarakat, pemerintah, dan berbagai pihak swasta. Selain itu didukung dengan studi pustaka terkait wisata pelabuhan Kota Probolinggo. Kerangka analisis yang digunakan untuk mengidenfikasi pengembangan wisata Pelabuhan Kota Probolinggo ini adalah tahapan yang disusun APEC. Hasil riset memaparkan bahwa masyarakat lokal di Pelabuhan Kota Probolinggo telah siap dan memiliki kemampuan relevan dalam pengembangan wisata dengan orientasi masyarakat yang didukung dengan kondisi modal sosial dan potensi wisata Pelabuhan Kota Probolinggo. Acuan 9 langkah dalam pengelolaan wisata berbasis masyarakat seperti identifikasi kepentingan masyarakat lokal dan bentuk kesanggupan masyarakat dalam mempersiapkan kegiatan wisata; identifikasi keahlian dan bentuk kesanggupan komunitas untuk mempersiapkan kegiatan wisata dengan orientasi masyarakat; peran kepala daerah dalam memimpin dan unsur organisasi di kawasan wisata pelabuhan; persiapan serta pengembangan komunitas atau organisas yang ada; Analisis ekspansi kemitraan yang terlaksana; analisa sudut padangan atau pemahaman terpadu yang sudah diselaraskan dengan program wisata; analisa rancangan dan konsep produk; analisa permintaan pasar dan kegiatan promosi; analisa rangkaian penerapan dan pengawasan kawasan wisata. Kesembilan acuan telah diterapkan di wisata komplek Pelabuhan Kota Probolinggo, akan tetapi ada yang belum optimal. The goals desired by the community include accountability, namely being economical in the procurement and allocation of resources, efficiency in utilizing resources with maximized results and minimized use, and being effective in achieving goals and objectives in public sector organizations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of the budget realization at the Mataram City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in 2016-2020. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and the research design uses a case study. The results of this study indicate that from an economic point of view, the implementation of the budget at the Mataram City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office for 2016-2020 has been carried out economically. In terms of efficiency, the implementation of the budget for 2016-2019 has been carried out efficiently, but for 2020 it is carried out quite efficiently due to the lowest budget ceiling received and the policy of budget refocusing. Tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh masyarakat mencakup pertanggungjawaban, yaitu ekonomis dalam pengadaan dan alokasi sumber daya, dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya dengan hasil yang dimaksimalkan dan penggunaan yang diminimalkan, serta efektif dalam mencapai suatu sasaran dan tujuan pada organisasi sektor publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ekonomi, efisiensi dan efektivitas pelaksanaan realisasi anggaran belanja pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Mataram tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan desain penelitiannya menggunakan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari segi ekonomi, pelaksanaan anggaran belanja pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Mataram tahun 2016-2020 sudah dilaksanakan secara ekonomis. Dari segi efisiensi, pelaksanaan anggaran belanja untuk tahun 2016-2019 sudah dilaksanakan secara efisien, tetapi untuk tahun 2020 dilaksanakan secara cukup efisien dikarenakan pagu anggaran yang diterima paling rendah dan adanya kebijakan refocusing anggaran.
