It was determined that to ensure effective interaction during distance learning in the academy, a whole range of means is used: interactive computer programs for determining physical condition during fitness classes, various Internet services, e-mail, telephone, fax, regular mail. Also, the Zoom web platform and Google services fully met the specified distance learning requirements: Blogger, Google Classroom; Google Forms web application; the Google Chrome tool, which were chosen as the main tools for conducting lectures and practical classes on educational components in the specialty 017 Physical culture and sports. The main advantages of certain web services that help with distance learning are considered. It was determined that distance learning technologies allow for the qualitative formation of professional competences when studying the organization of the educational process in fitness. Modern programs on the use of fitness technologies in the educational process of institutions of higher education are aimed at increasing the interest of students in physical culture and involving them in systematic physical exercises, contribute to the optimization of the process, which increases the level of physical fitness of students, forms a complex of motor and personal needs and abilities, which are the basis of the individual competencies of both the acquirer and the teacher, in accordance with the requirements of educational and professional activity. As a result of the research, the fitness program “Fitness Body Strong” was developed and it was experimentally proven that the fitness program is one of the means of increasing motor activity and physical fitness of students in higher education institutions, aimed at forming the needs for physical improvement and self-improvement of students. The following research methods were used as part of the study: systematic analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific, educational and professional literature, theoretical and structural clarification methods of conceptual installations. On the basis of references, the author reveals the essence of the category of «motherhood» and expounds the author’s definition as a category of social education: motherhood is a social and cultural phenomenon that requires the support of social education from the state, society, and society. The main task of institutions and families is to examine wishes and needs and help create the conditions necessary to ensure mothers' rights to health care, education, work and full self-realization. It is characteristic that history allows us to identify the challenges, issues and norms associated with motherhood and how they have changed over time. The study found that in references to the social domain, the category “motherhood” was considered from the perspectives of the biological (reproductive function), social (educational function) and legal domains. In the scientific literature, the category “motherhood” is the subject of analysis in philosophical, medical, legal, sociological, pedagogical, and psychological studies. The author presents her own ideas for a mother-centred approach, at the heart of which is to channel social and educational support at the macro, meso and micro levels to create the conditions for the fulfillment of mothers' rights in society and within the family. Special attention is focused on the characteristics of the areas of work on reintegration and the levels of implementation of interaction. Methods of measuring the effectiveness of reintegration activities are also proposed. The results of an empirical study conducted using the test methodology “WHO Quality of Life (WHOQOL) – 100” are presented, which reveals the subjective assessment of a veteran’s quality of life in various areas of its manifestation. The possibility of using diagnostic results in planning and adjusting the reintegration program is outlined. The purpose of the article is to determine and analyze the features of the social reintegration of hybrid war veterans by measuring and characterizing the levels of their integration in modern Ukrainian society. To achieve the set goal, a number of tasks were solved: an analysis of the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the research problem was carried out and, based on the generalized experience, to substantiate the leading provisions of the reintegration of veterans as a social process; the conformity of the defined areas of social work with veterans to the basic needs of this category of citizens was analyzed; the components of social work with veterans of the hybrid war and the main levels of its implementation are defined and substantiated; methods of measuring the effectiveness of reintegration of veterans at different levels of implementation of activities are proposed. Implementation of the set tasks was achieved by using a complex of theoretical, practical and statistical research methods. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of this study lies in the study of the features of measurement and characteristics of the levels of reintegration of veterans of the hybrid war in modern Ukrainian society with the help of socio-psychological diagnostic tools. The conclusions indicate that according to the basic needs of veterans, the leading directions of reintegration activities are social-legal, social-medical, social-pedagogical and psychological-social, which are implemented at the personal, institutional and state levels. This work also proves that high quality of service at hospitality industry enterprises is provided by professionally trained workers who need constant updating and improvement of their knowledge, skills, and abilities, so the achievement of such goals can be facilitated by comprehensive, well-thought-out, systematic in-house training directly at the workplace. the author of this work also determined that the most effective work on retraining employees can be carried out during the work of one's own training center. Methods: analysis and summary of scientific and methodical literature, analysis of self-esteem and motivation of women, pedagogical experiment. An analysis of the scientific literature on the impact of strength-based fitness group classes on the functional state of women of the first mature age was performed. The main criteria of physical culture and health motivation for strength-oriented fitness classes were determined: “appearance”, “health”, “psychological comfort” and “social status”. The methodology developed by us was implemented in two directions: health and psychological, which solve the main tasks of the physical culture and health process. The stated problem is considered in the context of globalization challenges. The research was carried out based on systemic, synergistic and technological approaches at the interdisciplinary level. Scientific research was conducted based on the principles of: comprehensiveness, mutual responsibility of the state and participants in the educational process. The methods of analysis (historical-pedagogical, systemic, survey-analytical), generalization were applied – to determine the state of scientific development of the problem, substantiation of the theoretical basis of the research, content analysis is of current regulatory documents, comparison and heuristic forecasting – to substantiate the conclusions. The key concept in this study is considered by the author to be a permanent awareness by a citizen of Ukraine of his political and legal connection with the Ukrainian people and civil society. Indicators of civic identity, based on the research materials, can be: a sense of pride for one’s Motherland, readiness and desire to live and work in a certain political and legal field, understanding of national and European values. Among such values, state symbols are identified as primary. Also, indicators of civic identity include active social and political life, in-depth understanding of legal education and legal awareness, ecology of thinking and life, tolerant attitude to the values and beliefs of representatives of other cultures, as well as to regional and national-linguistic features, readiness to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The article defines the globalization challenge of the formation of civic identity as follows: prevention of situations of viewing the world only through the eyes of one’s own culture. This multifaceted challenge can be overcome with the resources of cultural socialization of youth, in particular in network communication, support and continuation of national traditions, personalization of educational influences. For future specialists in physical education and sports, this is a professional trait that significantly affects the state of spiritual, mental and social health and professional well-being of teachers and coaches, a high level of self-esteem, their desire for changes, active self-development and self-realization. The purpose of the article is to perform a systematic analysis of scientific sources on the problem under study and to identify the factors and psychological aspects of the development of stress resistance as a professionally significant personality trait of a future specialist in physical education and sports in the context of martial law and modern challenges. Thus, trainings, workshops on new types of physical activity, analysis of pedagogical situations, as well as various types of physical activity and competitions are held at the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports during practical classes on the theory and methods of physical education in order to prevent stress and reduce anxiety, overcome emotional stress of students, show endurance and tact prior to productive practice. Therefore, stress resistance of a future specialist in physical education and sports is a complex (integral) property of a personality that provides a high level of self-regulation, the ability to withstand stress, resist the negative impact of stress factors in order to maintain mental, spiritual and social health and to some extent depends on the psychological well-being of the individual and their life experience. The trends of development and rethinking of the educational process have been determined, including through the introduction of pedagogical design into the learning process. Issues of rethinking the educational process in the digital environment, its features and possible difficulties are considered. The purpose of using modern digital technologies in education is discussed. The prospects of using the impact of digitalization on the development and formation of professionally important competencies of future educators are considered. It was determined that digital technologies in pedagogical activities contribute to the development of innovations and the generation of new ideas that affect both the teacher and the students of education, as well as the educational process in general. Pedagogical design is defined as the collaborative process of developing a distance course using specific learning objectives and pedagogical theories to determine learning strategies, activities, and assessments to achieve desired educational outcomes. Pedagogical design has been found to use design principles to promote learner engagement and includes the development of structures, digital learning objects, and multimedia resources to improve the quality of teaching and learning. The most intense, in terms of normative resolutions and reorganizations, is the beginning of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st centuries, which are marked by unique challenges which Ukraine faced with: defending its national identity during the formation of the union and after its collapse during the formation of independence. These events had a strong impact on the educational system of the country, especially the pedagogical one. When writing the article, historical and pedagogical research methods were used to identify factors in the formation of pedagogical education in the periods under study; a comparative method with the aim of comparing the events of the early XX and early XXI centuries for the qualitative construction of the prospects for higher pedagogical education in Ukraine in the war and post-war period; prognostic method as a way to identify progressive directions in the organization of higher pedagogical education in the near future.
