The purpose of the article is to determine the expediency of using modern fitness means (taibo aerobics) to improve the process of physical training and increase the level of motional activity of future officers of the National Police of Ukraine. That is why training classes with the help of modern types of fitness give advantages in comparison with the traditional form of classes for the development of coordination, strength and general endurance of future law enforcement officers. Tai-bo aerobics is a rather specific type of fitness, which is a synthesis of aerobics and eastern martial arts, in which western and eastern approaches to improving the body have merged together. The essence of tai-bo classes lies in the implementation of a strong training effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, which leads to an increase in endurance, work capacity, and the general tone of the body. Due to the active work of the body, twisting and bending of the body, the function of the glands of internal secretion is activated, improves the function of the gastrointestinal tract. A large number of complex coordinated movements with hands and feet develops flexibility, dexterity, improves coordination of movements, increases the stability of the vestibular apparatus. The training program for physical training of cadets using tai-bo exercises includes a significant arsenal of basic aerobics steps and physical exercises from boxing and kickboxing and an almost unlimited number of their modifications and combinations, provides an opportunity to select the necessary movements and strikes, based on the tasks for each classes and the level of physical fitness of those who do them. For the development of coordination, general and strength endurance, complexes of exercises involving the main muscle groups of cadets are most often used. The article analyzes the essence and role of a coach in an athlete's life. On the basis of scientific research by leading Ukrainian scientists in physical education and sports, as well as psychology and pedagogy, the main personal qualities of a coach and their role in the educational and training process of athletes have been synthesized. In their writings, modern scientists distinguish the main skills of a coach as analytical, prognostic, projective, organizational, communicative, subject-practical and reflective. According to some authors, the basis of coaching activity is constructive, organizational, project, communicative, diagnostic, gnostic and motor skills. Based on these data, we proposed conducting four tests to identify the type of temperament, the level of formation of leadership and managerial qualities, as well as the level of emotional stability. To achieve the main goal of the study, we conducted the above tests with future coaches. The results of the tests were highlighted on the charts. 20 higher education students of the 4th year of the first bachelor's level of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical Education and Sports of the \"Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University\" took part in the testing. The author examines in detail the theoretical foundations of this problem, key methodological principles and paradigms. The definition and justification of the methodological foundations of the problem of the formation of cultural values of future primary school teachers are given. The article covers important aspects of pedagogical science, such as the role of cultural values in the modern educational process and the peculiarities of their formation in higher educational institutions. The article presents an analysis of the essence of the concept of «methodology» and «approach». Scientific approaches to the study of the problem of the formation of cultural values of future primary school teachers are disclosed: axiological, cultural, competence, activity, environmental, subjectsubject, reflective. Certain regularities of the formation of cultural values of future primary school teachers are singled out. The leading principles on which the methodology of this study is based are outlined, namely: taking into account the age, individual psychophysiological characteristics, abilities of future primary school teachers; systematicity and consistency; complexity; flexibility; self-actualization; subjectivity; the principle of axiologising the educational environment of higher education; the principle of cooperation of various subjects in the process of forming the cultural values of future primary school teachers through the interaction of higher education with various social institutions (educational institutions, cultural institutions, social institutions). The author noted that work in the student parliament serves as a guarantee for the formation of leadership qualities and the development of the professional orientation of the individual. The research was carried out in accordance with the axiological approach, the principles of the educational direction of the educational process, and the mutual responsibility of the participants of the educational process. The methods of analysis (historical-pedagogical, systemic, surveyanalytical), generalization, content analysis of reports on the work of the student parliament of the H. S. Skovoroda KhNPU. This self-governing structure plays a significant role in students gaining experience in self-organization and positive actions in the social environment. In the student parliament everyone, depending on their desire, skills and abilities, chooses the direction they want to pursue. Members of the student parliament actively participate in the organization of student projects at the level of the university and individual faculties, are participants and winners of various student tournaments, contests, olympiads, circles, participate in the preparation and holding of informative webinars, scientific and practical conferences. The student parliament of H. S. Skovoroda KhNPU is structured and carries out its work systematically. An important aspect of the activity of the student parliament is involvement in the implementation of the universityєs mission and vision. An important area of activity of the student parliament of H.S. Skovoroda KhNPU is professionally oriented scientific work. The article defines the following promising directions of activity of the student parliament: creation of conditions for self-realization of students in the interests of the individual, society, institution, and the state; promotion of various forms of social activity, public initiatives, socialization of the young generation; improvement of living conditions and leisure time of students; formation of students’ skills and qualities necessary for developing an active life position, organizational and leadership traits, and creative approaches to solving problems. The presented organizational and methodological conditions of future teachers of the subject «Defense of Ukraine» in structural integrity generate effective implementation of the educational-content, educational-methodical and pedagogical-technical components of the model of formation of readiness for future professional activity. The main functionality of the organizational and methodological conditions of the specialty «Defense of Ukraine» should ensure the effectiveness of the educational goal of the subject on the basis of current legal acts, taking into account modern dynamic changing processes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, combat experience in military operations, technical and shooting novelties in the military industry. The importance of training future teachers «Defense of Ukraine» provides in general to overcome the current problematic field of attractiveness of the subject in educational institutions and personnel training in matters of national security and defense of our country. The development of valuable social ideas of the individual takes place in the process of complex application of the most effective methods and means of education, informal education, self-education under the influence of the social environment. Highly developed value social representations of an individual determine its effective self-determination and social activity useful for society. Emphasis is placed on the importance of the development of valuable social ideas of future managers of scientific projects, which is due to the specifics of their future work associated with constant social interaction. Examples of methods and forms of work for the development of valuable social ideas of future managers of scientific projects are presented. The effectiveness of using a training form of work for the purpose of developing valuable social ideas of future managers of scientific projects is determined by their active participation, in the process of which they acquire new knowledge, skills, social skills and values, new experience of social interaction, and other personal qualities that fully correspond to the principles competence approach and partnership pedagogy. In addition, the phenomenon of diversification of the educational sector is considered as the basis for the trend of development of the educational system by means of information digital technologies. In the context of pedagogical analysis, the process of developing foreign language communicative competence in an educational institution focused on training future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is studied. The study draws attention to a number of the most important components of the modern process of developing the foreign language skills of future officers. Attention is paid to one of these components – the foreign language learning environment and its formation. This paper examines the characteristics and analysis of the impact of the formed foreign language environment on cadets, students, all those who are in the center of the process of developing the foreign language communicative competence of military education. The efficiency of using digital technologies for the development of a foreign language environment is analyzed. The following concepts are highlighted in the article: “digitalization”, “digital technologies”, “diversification”, “virtual environment”, “digital technologies”, “video medium”, “foreign language communicative competence”, “linguistic immersion”, “socio-cultural approach”, “psychological aspects”, “socio-cultural adaptation”, “language barrier”. We present the interpretation of the concepts based on the accepted international sources, our own understanding of these concepts and the processes in which they occur. The article presents the results of interviews with cadets (students) who agreed to participate in an experiment on the development of foreign language communication by the method of immersion in a foreign language environment using digital technologies. The cadets answered questions about their life experience, inner feelings, and psychological state that they encountered during the experiment. In the practical part of this study, we paid attention to the cadets' personal assessment of the quality of their communicative foreign language abilities before and after the training immersion. The paper emphasizes the position and impressions of cadets regarding the use of digital technologies to achieve the effect of immersion in a foreign language environment and, as a result, the development of their foreign language communicative competencies.
