At the same time, there is an urgent social need in Ukraine for physical education specialists who have all the skills to perform recreational and health activities, which is extremely important and necessary for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, the prevention of various diseases and the increase and improvement of the level of motor activity of various population groups. The personality of a specialist in recreation and health activities is an extremely important factor that affects the involvement of the population in health-improving physical activity. The critical importance of the defining aspects of the training of such specialists serves the needs of the development of the educational field of physical culture and sports. The European integration processes currently taking place in Ukraine determine the vital need for the implementation of a common European policy in the field of training highly qualified personnel in the field of recreation, health and physical education. The study of best practices in the training of relevant specialists requires a critical analysis of the achievements of the educational system of our countries. Adaptation of the educational system to national needs will provide an opportunity to implement positive trends in the educational process of higher education institutions of Ukraine. The level and importance of education characterizes the degree of development of civilization. The specific features of practices in institutions of higher education in the specialty “017 Physical culture and sports” make them a significant element of competence formation and training of highly qualified specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. This is due to the need to develop the ability to work with sound and develop the skills of creating, processing, and editing sound effects and soundtracks, and their publication. The research presents an analysis of the scientific and methodological literature of scientists who dealt with issues of computer science teaching methods and researched the use of computer technologies in music. Foreign experience in implementing practical examples is highlighted related to sound information processing in primary, secondary school and higher education lessons. The goals, content, methods, means, and forms of the methodical system of teaching high school students of computer technologies for sound information processing are substantiated. The goals of training the students are to create the theoretical foundations of sound, to develop skills and abilities to work with software and audio services for creating and processing sound data, etc. The research contains the analysis of the training course proposed by the Ministry of Education and Science for the program-variable module “Computer technologies for sound information processing”. The authors of this article suggest supplementing it with an additional content line, “Sound information and sound design”. According to the results of the proposed content line students will have the skills and abilities to create sound information in the field of entertaining content, educational activities, advertising, etc. The peculiarities of the choice of teaching methods and tools are described according to the content component. On the example of the Naval Academy in Livorno, the educational process of midshipmen has been examined in detail. It has been found that the main goal of education and professional training of midshipmen of the Naval Academy in Livorno is the formation of values of honor and responsibility, which are the main characteristics of all servicemen and officers in particular. It has been noted that the Italian Naval Academy in Livorno provides: 1) basic education and training for future officers of the Italian Navy; 2) specialization courses for the professional training of officers of the Italian Navy and officers of other services. Ways of reforming military education in Ukraine have been also analyzed. A comparative analysis of the organization of educational activities at the Institute of the Naval Forces (Odesa) and the Academy of the Naval Forces of the Italian Republic (Livorno) has been conducted. The educational and professional programs of the Institute of the Naval Forces (Odesa) and the Academy of the Naval Forces of the Italian Republic (Livorno) have been examined. It has been determined that the training of military sailors in Italy and Ukraine has a lot in common, but there are also significant differences between them. It has been found that in both educational institutions the ultimate goal of training is the formation and development of general and professional competencies of future officers of the Naval Forces, who are able to manage military teams and can solve complex special tasks and practical problems of professional activity in the field of operation and combat use of naval weapons. In this context design thinking, which was initially employed in design professions, is gaining increasing popularity as a vital tool for developing creativity, problem-solving, and seeking innovative solutions in various professional domains. Design thinking is an innovative approach to problem-solving that is based on design principles and considers user needs. It is directed towards understanding the essence of the problem, identifying possible avenues for its resolution, fostering a creative process of idea generation, and testing solutions in practice. Design thinking extends beyond artistic aspects; it emphasizes the synthesis of knowledge from diverse fields to achieve optimal results. Empathy is one of the key elements of design thinking – the ability to sympathize and understand the needs and problems of users. This aspect is particularly crucial in professional education as it fosters the development of responsible and ethical leaders capable of designing products and services that cater to the real needs of society. Design thinking also nurtures problem-solving skills – the ability to consider a problem from different perspectives and find the most effective solutions. Integrating this approach into professional education helps students develop creative and original approaches to problem-solving, encouraging them to cultivate independent critical thinking. Another advantage of this methodology is its ability to promote teamwork by involving diverse specialists in collaborative problem-solving efforts. In the contemporary world, where complex problems demand integrated approaches, this ability is particularly valuable in professional endeavors. However, implementing design thinking into professional education faces certain challenges. Insufficient understanding of this approach and inadequate preparation of educators may impede the integration of design thinking into curricula. Additionally, existing stereotypes about design might hinder its adoption across various fields. Thus, the article focuses on the role of design thinking in modern professional education, highlighting its potential in fostering innovation and problem-solving. It analyzes the advantages of this approach and provides examples of successful implementation in various domains. One of the means of implementing these approaches is the analysis of literary text, particularly the text of lyrical works, which is the most challenging for students to perceive and understand. Carrying out tasks in contemporary language and literature education requires the future high-level language and literature teacher to possess not only linguistic and literary analytical skills but also the ability to select optimal methodical techniques for working with texts during Ukrainian language and literature lessons, i.e., conducting methodical analysis of texts as type of professional activity. The study explores the essence of complex (integrated) philological and methodical analysis of lyrical texts, defines its approximate scheme and stages of implementation, justifies the place and significance of such analysis in the process of forming subject-methodical competence of future language and literature teachers. The authors consider the subject-methodical competence of language and literature teachers as a comprehensive ability to apply a system of scientific philological and methodical knowledge, skills, communicative abilities, judgments and convictions directed at their effective application in the field of language and literature education. Their main tasks include: cultivation of moral consciousness; development of moral feelings; development of skills and habits of socially acceptable behaviour; bridging gaps and correction of defects of moral consciousness; eradication of negative feelings and antisocial habits. It is noted that on the way to solving the specified objectives, there arise many difficulties that are caused by the individual characteristics of the convicts (relative weakness of motivation, pronounced egocentric orientation, tendency to negative influence). It has been established that the effectiveness of moral upbringing of convicts largely depends on the pedagogical guidance in the upbringing process in corrective institutions, and one of the main tasks of educators is to create optimal psychological and pedagogical conditions for self-upbringing and moral development of convicts. There have been singled out two groups of factors (social and pedagogical) which directly affect the moral formation and personality development of convicts. Their characteristic features have been revealed. It is emphasized that social influence can be both spontaneous and organized, and pedagogical influence is always goal-oriented and planned, the most controlled and favourable to shape moral behaviour. The author of this article touches the history of creation Oina game, its development and comparison with other national team games where the ball and the bat are included. It is also mentioned about similarities between them and how they affect each other. While researching the historical background of investigation in European countries. In this article it was identified by the author that game Oina is a Romanian national inheritance. It is proved that Oina is available in usage game and at the same time effective tool in Physical education and in sport. In 1899 the first Oina Championship was held in Romania where the contestant teams consisted of senior pupils. It was proved by the author that contemporary game Oina is not the national sport any more it becomes an established kind of sport right now. The Oina tournaments are held not only in Romania but also in neighboring countries, in those countries Federation of Oina sport promotes the creation of public organizations, providing consultations, supporting with sport equipment, literature devoted to this sport, and inviting foreign teams to the competitions which are held on the territory of Romania. It has been established that the individual and psychological willingness of social sphere specialists to work with vulnerable categories of the population is a unique, inimitable combination of physiological, mental and psychological qualities of the individual, which determines the individual lifestyle and allows effective professional activity. Vulnerable categories of the population are that part of the human community of a particular society, which during this period of time or on an ongoing basis has the highest risk of falling into difficult life circumstances due to the influence of adverse external or internal factors and needs help, support and protection from the state, state and non-state bodies, institutions and organizations, as it is unable to provide itself with the necessary conditions for existence without outside help. This is due to the state’s social policy towards this category of applicants (clearly defined benefits), positive changes that are taking place in society regarding the integration of these individuals. The purpose of the article is analysis of the experience of organizing psychological and pedagogical support for students of higher education in Ukrainian higher education institutions. After analyzing the mechanisms for implementing psychological and pedagogical support for higher education students with educational needs, 4 higher education institutions were selected that were able to organize this process in the most qualitative and meaningful way (Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine”, Khmelnytsky Cooperative Institute of Trade and Economics, Poltava State Agrarian University).
