It narrates the story of a purposively selected individual student’s experiences and perspectives in completing writing tasks with PBTHT. On a blank sheet of paper, the student has to compose a single independent paragraph on an assigned topic with PBTHT which is administered weekly at the beginning of class. Only 15 minutes is allocated to complete the task without any help. After retyping, discussion, feedback, and revision processes, all compositions are compiled into a digital portfolio. This study examines the digital portfolio artifacts and conducts in-depth chats via WA and e-mails with the student which covers the implementation of the PBTHT process, efforts, and reflection in completing the paragraph-based writing tasks. This study shows that firstly all PBTHT steps have been well accomplished by the student by doing all stages in detailed and serious manners. Secondly, the writing progress can be well seen and monitored through the portfolio. Next, PBTHT is positively perceived. Concerns, efforts, and reflections on PBTHT implementation are clearly and fairly stated for student’s writing skills improvement. The findings imply some contributions toward the improvement of the student’s writing skills.","PeriodicalId":448829,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Science, Education and Technology (ISET 2020)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122800554","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the results of data analysis on three lesson plans for Indonesian language in the 2013 curriculum for Senior High School class X in SMA 2 Kudus, the lesson plans still do not fulfill the three elements namely the compatibility of KD with learning objectives, the suitability of indicators with learning objectives and the adequacy of the audience, behavior, conditions, and the degree criteria that have been stated in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22 of 2016. Regarding the compatibility of KDs with learning objectives, the KDs 3.3. and 4.3 in the Lesson Plans are not compatible with the learning objectives while the KDs 3.4 and 4.4 are compatible with the learning objectives. The KD 3.5 and 4.5 in the Lesson Plans are also compatible with the learning objectives. The suitability of indicators with learning objectives in the KDs 3.3 and 4.3 has not been met. The KDs 3.4 and 4.4 in the Lesson Plans also do not meet the indicators with learning objectives. On the third element, the criteria for audience, behavior, condition, and degree, the three Lesson Plans contain only three elements (audience, behavior, and condition) while the degree criteria is not included. The recommendation for teachers based on the results of the evaluation is that they should include the complete four elements of learning objectives (audience, behavior, condition, and degree) in their lesson plans. This needs to be done so that their learning plan will be prepared as best as possible with the hope that the learning process can be successful in accordance with the learning objectives.","PeriodicalId":448829,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Science, Education and Technology (ISET 2020)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126537019","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem that is often encountered is a lack of understanding of inclusive education management, which is the main indicator of the success of inclusive education. This study discusses the implementation of inclusive education in early childhood education by combining an integrative holistic concept as a management principle for inclusive early childhood education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study which aims to describe the implementation of integrated holistic-based inclusion education management in several early childhood education institutions in the city of Semarang. The results of this study indicate that there are 2 patterns of integrated holistic-based management of inclusion applied to inclusive early childhood education which are able to provide positive institutional reinforcement, student-based learning management, active involvement of parents, teachers, curriculum development and inclusive learning models and partnership management between educational stakeholders. Integrated holistic-based management of inclusive education provides an alternative in the implementation of inclusive education as the aim is to provide holistic and integrated educational services for all children according to children's needs.","PeriodicalId":448829,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Science, Education and Technology (ISET 2020)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124761806","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data sources were the Bishop of Sintang, the Chancellor and the formator, the seminarians at the YOMAVI Seminary Diocese Sintang. The findings in this study are the Development Process at the YOMAVI Seminary, Diocese Sintang, West Kalimantan, which is intended as a companion and careful attention to seminarians, who come from diverse environments and aspire to become priests (Pastor) according to their perceptions. Therefore, seminarians need to be accompanied and guided so that they have an accurate picture of the priesthood (the life of the priest) and have the right motivation in responding to God's call. During the process of formation, seminarians are 'a mystery in themselves', in which two aspects of humanity: with talents and gifts are motivated by God's grace and with limitations and weaknesses, which need to be integrated, connected, and side by side. There are three concerns in the management of the YOMAVI Seminary Diocese Sintang, namely: For this reason, the professionalism of coaching also determines the quality and continuity of seminary education. In order to improve the professionalism of the seminary which includes personal, intellectual, spiritual, and pastoral elements, it needs to be increased and given more attention. b). Concern about the quality of coach (formator) and coaching (formandi). c). Concern about funds that are essential for the survival of the seminary. Management of the coaching process at the Sintang Diocese's YOMAVI Seminary based on Total Quality Management (TQM), needs to implement a method known as the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method. Methods commonly used for quality control, process improvement / improvement, or problem solving.
