Ideally, an assessment is not only conducted at the end of learning. Therefore, there is a need for an authentic assessment. In learning the Indonesian language, there are still many teachers who have not been able to carry out an authentic assessment. Thus, there is a need for an authentic assessment model in learning the Indonesian language. The first step in developing the assessment model was by interviewing the Indonesian language teachers. The interview results were then analyzed to consider and develop the authentic assessment model prototype in learning the Indonesian language. Based on the teacher interview results, many teachers were found to have not promoted an authentic assessment in their Indonesian language learning. Although the teachers have long years of service, it does not mean the teachers understand and promote the authentic assessment appropriately. Many things could be studied and discussed related to women‘s issues. Not to mention, many organizations, institutions, or individuals also make women‘s issues as their subject or object of the discussion. The women’s issue nowadays is no longer about women who are considered as secondary beings. But it has shifted to other things that show the role and strength of women themselves. This could be seen from the rising number of highly educated women who even occupy strategic positions in various fields. Thus, women are not considered as inferior people who only work in the domestic sectors. One of the literary works which brings up women‘s issues is serial story entitled Lastri by Tien Kumalasari. The women’s issue presented in the novel has been the target of this study with the following formulation of the problem: What kind of potential that female character occupies to ignite her existence? In line with the problem, the purpose of this study was to describe the existence of female character in serial story entitled Lastri by Tien Kumalasari and to elaborate the potentials of the female character so that she could ignite her existence. The researchers conducted feminist literary criticism approach in this study. The method of the study used was descriptive qualitative method. From the data analysis, the following results were obtained. One of the female characters namely Lastri was an orphan from a mountainous area who later had been taken care of by Mrs. Marsudi‘s family. Lastri had grown into a woman of many talents. Although her education only reached high school level, she grew up to be a smart, literate, hard-working, and courageous woman. The study was conducted in Tlahap village, Kledung Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency. The reason for choosing this area is because this area was the initiator of Tlahap agroforestry. A mixed-method approach with an exploratory sequential research design was used in this study. The objective of this study was to find out the implementation of Tlahap Agroforestry and its forest conservation education. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation with forty-five people as respondents and informants. Quantitative data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive methods, while qualitative data were analyzed by triangulation. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification were carried out in this study as data analysis. The results showed that agroforestry has been a form of forest conservation education on the slopes of Mount Sindoro. Forest conservation education in Tlahap agroforestry covers three main things. Those are knowledge, attitudes, and conservation practices done by farmers. Unrestrained emotions are due to teenagers taking too much of their emotional turmoil so that they can cause teenagers to be trapped into the wrong path of premarital sex. Data from our People's Information and Communication Center (SIKOK) in Jambi, in 2010-2012 mentions that as many as 164 teenagers (student status) are known to be pregnant outside of marriage. In line with this, information obtained from counseling teachers (BK) in several Senior High Schools and Vocational High Schools every year there are 3-4 students who are pregnant by marriage. This research aims to analyze the influence of religious obedience and the influence of peers through self control in teenagers in high school/equal Sarolangun Municipality Jambi province. This type of research is observational analytical research with cross sectional design. The research sample is 371 teenagers. Analysis of this research uses Path Analysis. Given the existence of an Anesthesia and Intensive Therapy doctor in a hospital, it is very necessary to provide emergency services in the ICU. Resident must be able to learn to achieve competency targets through good and appropriate guidance. The research objective describes needs-based guidance planning to improve the competence of residents of Anesthesia and Intensive Therapy. This research is a qualitative research using the Case Study method. The research subjects were residents of Anesthesia and Intensive Therapy who served in the ICU RSUP Kariadi Semarang. The results of the first study showed that 78.2% of the mentoring planning was carried out by the lecturer/ doctor supervisor or assistant according to the curriculum and study program learning plan; 39.7% of residents are actively involved according to the need for understanding competence; 68.3% of residents are actively involved in planning good practice emergencies in the ICU. Research I was conducted at the initial residents of stage I. The results of the second study showed that 37.2% of the planning of mentoring was done by the lecturers themselves; 63.3% of residents are actively involved according to the need for understanding competence; 79% of residents are actively involved in planning good practice emergencies. Research II was carried out on residents in the middle and near the end of stage I and several residents of stage II.
