The Qur'an as the main doctrines and references of Muslims in all aspects of the complex life, of course have the thematic verses to be used as a foundation describing the related things about sosisal life, politics and power. One of them is about this communist ideology. It is as if the communist ideology existed in the Qur'an. And make interconnectivity between human ideology with instructions Qur'anic must be done by Muslims. This idea arises from the phenomena that occur in the community and then interpreted for easy understanding of society. Hermenutika-Phenomenology is used to study the verses of the Communist Quran. Unfortunately, the communist-held ideology was propagated and imposed on the multitude using methods deemed inhuman; Violent slaughter, murder, abduction and others. This is what makes the ideology claimed by Marx as a revolutionary ideology, thus becoming a cursed ideology. The fatal mistake in Communist ideology is its application by the people in it. As Islam as a religion that Rahmatan Li al-'lamin becomes corrupted due to his false interpretation. In general, this communist ideology is contrary to the Qur'an.Keywords: Hermeneutics, Phenomenology, Communist Ideology. Abstrak: Maraknya isu-isu yang beredar perihal kebangkitan ideologi komunis akhir-akhir ini cukup untuk menyulut perang ideologi di lapisan masyarakat. Al-Qur’an sebagai doktrin dan rujukan utama umat Islam dalam segala aspek kehidupan yang kompleks, tentu memiliki ayat-ayat tematik guna dijadikan landasan yang menerangkan tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan tentang kehidupan sosisal, politik dan kekuasaaan.salah satunya tentang ideology komunis ini. Seolah-olah ideologi komunis ada dalam Al-Qur’an. Dan menjadikan interkoneksitas antara ideologi manusiawi dengan petunjuk Qur’ani harus di lakukan oleh umat Islam. Ide ini muncul dari fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi dimasyarakat kemudian ditafsirkan agar mudah dipahami masyarakat. Hermenutika-fenomenologi digunakan untuk mengkaji ayat Al-Qur’an bernuansa komunis ini. Sayangnya, Ideologi yang diusung komunis disebarkan dan dipaksakan kepada khalayak ramai menggunakan metode yang dianggap tak manusiawi; kekerasan pembantaian, pembunuhan, penculikan dan lain-lain. Penghalalan segala cara tersebutlah yang membuat ideologi yang diklaim oleh Marx sebagai ideologi revolusioner, justru menjadi ideologi terkutuk. Kesalahan fatal dalam ideologi komunis adalah penerapannya oleh orang-orang yang ada di dalamnya. Sebagaimana Islam sebagai sebuah agama yang Rahmatan li al-‘lamin menjadi rusak karena interpretasi penganutnya yang salah. {"title":"الأغراض البلاغية في التشبيهات النبوية من الأحاديث الصحيحة","authors":"Fatkhul Ulum","doi":"10.30984/AJIP.V5I1.1138","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30984/AJIP.V5I1.1138","url":null,"abstract":" مستخلص البحث :ويهدف هذا البحث إلى كشف أغراض التشبيه التي تتضمن في أحاديث النبي ﷺ الصحيحة، مع إظهار فصاحة لسانه، وروعة تعبيره، والكشف عن أسراره. والأحاديث التي هي موضوع البحث مأخوذة من كتاب اللؤلؤ والمرجان فيما اتفق عليه الشيخان. وهذا البحث يعتبر البحث المكتبي الذي يعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.ومن نتائج هذا البحث أن التشبيه في الأحاديث النبوية تحتوي على معظم أغراض التشبيه في علم البلاغة؛ وهي بيان إمكان وجود المشبه، وبيان حاله، وتقرير حاله، وبيان مقداره، وتحسين المشبه وتقبيحه. الكلمات المفتاحية: التشبيه، الحديث, البلاغةAbstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap maksud dan tujuan dari gaya bahasa al-Tasybih (agrad al-Tasybih) yang terkandung didalam hadis-hadis nabi ﷺ yang sahih, serta menonjolkan keindahan bahasa, kefasihannya dan untuk mengetahui rahasia yang terkandung didalam setiap ungkapannya. Hadis-hadis yang menjadi Obyek didalam penelitian ini diambil dari kitab al-Lukluk wa al-Marjan fima ittafaqa ‘alaihi al-Syaikhan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (dirasah maktabiyah) dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis (al-Manhaj al-Washfi al-Tahlili).Hasil dari penelitian ini, bahwa gaya bahasa al-Tasybih didalam hadis-hadis nabi ﷺ mencakup sebagian besar tujuan- tujuan al-Tasybih di dalam ilmu al-Balagah; yaitu pernyataan tentang kemungkinan keberadaan musyabbah, pernyataan tentang keadaan musyabbah, penegasan akan keadaan musyabbah, pernyataan akan jumlahnya, dan pernyataan untuk memperindah musyabbah atau memburukkannya. {"title":"ABDURRAHMAN WAHID’S CONTRIBUTION FOR INTER-RELIGIOUS DIALOGUE IN INDONESIA","authors":"Achmad Munjid","doi":"10.30984/AJIP.V5I1.1134","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30984/AJIP.V5I1.1134","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract: By understanding the historical development of inter-religious dialogue in Indonesia and its global setting since 1970s from rhetoric strategy to meaningful encounter, this paper seeks to situate important contribution of Abdurrahman Wahid’s legacy besides those of other key figures in the field. The paper will critically analyze how and why Abdurrahman’s ideas and works in inter-religious dialogue are intertwined with his family and personal biography, socio-political context of the New Order and after and his traditionalist Muslim background. In particular, Abdurrahman’s reinterpretation of Islamic texts, doctrine and tradition will be discussed in the light of his vision for Indonesian democracy. His notion of religious pluralism, tolerance, peaceful co-existence, mutual understanding, and indigenization of Islam will be explained as intellectual and political enterprises by which he navigates and challenges all forms of injustices especially created by the New Order’s politics of fear, exploitation of anti-Communist sentiment, ethnicity, religion, race and inter-social groups (SARA) and developmentalist ideology under Suharto’s presidency. His engagement in inter-religious dialogue will be read against the developing context of the New Order’s post-1965 politics of religion to the 1990s re-Islamization, the persistent growth of Islamic sectarianism, exclusivism, and identity politics that eventually results in interreligious tension and mutual suspicion, especially between Muslims and Christians. The paper seeks to understand how and why Abdurrahman Wahid as a prominent leader of Muslims as majority group explores inter-religious dialogue as a means by which religious communities are supposed to contribute and work together in overcoming common problems faced by the society. His commitment for and advocacy of the local culture, tradition, minority rights, and Islamic inclusivism will be understood as his struggle as statesman, religious leader, public intellectual and social activist for the creation of equality and justice for all citizens and human dignity in accordance with Islamic teaching and principles of democracy.Keywords: Inter-religious Dialogue, Religious Pluralism, Indigenization of Islam, Islamic Sectarianism, Identity Politics, Democracy. They have also become the sources of cultural diversity as cultural assets that need attention. In fact, these cultural assets have potentials in the emergence of social and religious conflicts. This article suggests important findings carrying three main issues in looking at conflicts in the name of religion. With qualitative data analysis, the three main issues are collaborated. First, the conflict that took place in Indonesia tends to occur in three forms including; communal conflicts, sectarian conflicts and political installation conflicts. Second, conflict in the name of religion is triggered by several factors including lacking of understanding of the cultural, ethnic and religious diversities in Indonesia. Third, cultural accommodation by looking at the potential of local wisdom has been evidence to offer useful, needed alternatives in solving conflicts that occur in the community. This work recommends that it is necessary to deepen and disseminate all parties in empowering the potential of local culture in Indonesia. Keyword: Accomodation, Culture, Religion, Conflict Resolution Abstrak: Keragaman etnis dan agama di Indonesia merupakan kekayaan sekaligus sebagai ancaman bagi negara ini. Keragaman etnis dan agama menghasilkan keragaman budaya yang merupakan aset kultural serta perlu mendapatkan perhatian. Aset kultural tersebut berpotensi besar dalam kemunculan konflik sosial maupun agama. Artikel ini menawarkan temuan penting mengenai tiga isu utama dalam melihat konflik atas nama agama. Dengan analisis data kualitatif, ketiga isu utama tersebut dielaborasi. Pertama, konflik yang berlangsung di Indonesia cenderung diperlihatkan dalam tiga bentuk antara lain: konflik komunal, konflik sektarian, dan konflik eskalasi politik. Kedua, faktor konflik agama dipicu beberapa faktor yang meliputi masih minimnya pemahaman realitas keragaman suku, etnis, dan agama di Indonesia. Ketiga, akomodasi kultural dengan melihat potensi kearifan lokal telah mampu dijadikan sebagai perangkat penyelesaian permasalahan konflik yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Rekomendasi artikel ini adalah diperlukan pendalaman dan sosialisasi semua pihak dalam memberdayakan potensi budaya lokal di Indonesia. In a more current plural environment, this understanding sometimes creates tensions and even conflicts with other religious believers. In addition to abiding to its principles which includes wisdom, good examples and better argument, Muslims also should reinterpret da’wa in a way it constitutes a common call for universal good. By doing so, the da’wa is more about spreading the values of Islam and implementing them in the broader context. This paper elaborated the reinterpretation of Islamic da’wa and its contextualization to help overcoming common humanity problems, such as poverty, gender inequality, climate change, among others.Keywords: Islamic da’wa, Reinterpretation, Contextualization Abstrak: Sebagian besar umat Islam masih memahami dakwah secara literal, yaitu usaha untuk menyebarkan Islam dan menambah jumlah populasi umat Islam. Dalam lingkungan yang semakin plural sekarang ini, pemahaman tersebut kadang-kadang menimbulkan ketegangan dan bahkan konflik dengan penganut agama lain. Selain berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip dakwah yaitu dilakukan secara bijaksana, mengedepankan contoh yang baik dan melakukan perdebatan yang argumentative, umat Islam perlu menafsirkan ulang dakwah sebagai upaya untuk menyeru kepada kebajikan universal. Dengan upaya reinterpretasi tersebut, dakwah dimaksudkan sebagai upaya untuk menyebarkan nilai-nilai keislaman dan menerapkannya dalam konteks yang lebih luar. Essentially, culture (Tsaqafah) is expressed as the product of human reason consisting of patterns, steady attitudes, thoughts, feelings, and reactions obtained and is primarily derived by symbols that make up its achievement independently of human groups. The nature of this Islamic responsiveness has been built by the Prophet (s) when prohibiting Khamr, forbidding the worship of idols and other shari'ah. How Rasulullah saw is very careful and gradual in doing da'wah, so achieved the success of da'wah in upholding Islamic creed and shari'ah at that time. Today many problems in the establishment of law and legislation, legislators are more concerned with intellectual subjectivity and importance than the objectivity of humanity to the benefit, resulting in policies that are not responsive to the needs of society. The author in this context tries to inventory the various local wisdom of the Muslim community in the archipelago that is relevant as an approach in establishing legislation based on local culture.Keywords: Local Culture, Legislation, Islamic Law Abstrak. Budaya merupakan hasil dari kreativitas manusiawi yang bebas dan alamiah, meliputi sisi immaterial dan materi, objek nyata dan tidak nyata, malmusah dan ghairu malmusah (gamblang dan tak tersentuh). Pada dasarnya, budaya (tsaqafah) merupakan produk akal manusia yang terdiri dari pola, kesantunan, pikiran, perasaan, dan reaksi yang diperoleh dan terutama berasal oleh simbol yang membentuk pencapaiannya secara mandiri dari kelompok manusia. Sifat dari respon Islam ini telah dibangun oleh Nabi (s) ketika melarang khamr, melarang penyembahan berhala dan syariah lainnya. Bagaimana Rasulullah melihat sangat hati-hati dan bertahap dalam melakukan dakwah, sehingga mencapai keberhasilan dakwah dalam menegakkan akidah Islam dan syari'ah pada waktu itu. Saat ini banyak masalah dalam pembentukan hukum dan undang-undang, di mana legislator lebih peduli dengan kepentingan subjektivitas intelektual daripada kepentingan objektivitas kemanusiaan, sehingga kebijakan yang lahir tidak responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. This study concludes that the rise of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in the time of the Prophet Muḥammad comes from a variety of special terms and is contained in ḥadīth. These emerging terms affect the different usage associations of each term. The method used in this research is analytical and descriptive method. This study uses two approaches. The first approach used in the research is the 'ilm al-Ḥadīth approach. This approach is used to measure ḥadīth-ḥadīth relating to corruption, collusion and nepotism in terms of quality of matan and sanad; and its asbāb al-Wurūd. The second approach is the linguistic approach. This approach is enabled to explore the rationality of corruption, collusion, and nepotism through tradition, systematics, and language tendencies in producing an understanding. This research has several objectives. Firstly, to authenticate corruption, collusion, and nepotism as disciplinary and inconsistent attitudes that can be present in human beings without being limited by the dimension of time and space. Secondly, to verify and measure the existence of cases of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in the time of Mu'ammad ibn 'Abdillāh by analyzing the matan al-Ḥadīth, Sharh al-Ḥadīth, and asbāb al-Wurūd. Thirdly, inventory the terms of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in ḥadīth and map their usage.Keywords: Corruption, Collusion, Nepotism, and ḤadīthAbstrak. Penelitian ini menyimpukan bahwa maraknya karupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme pada masa nabi Muḥammad hadir dari istilah khusus yang beragam dan terdapat dalam ḥadīth. Istilah-istilah yang muncul tersebut berdampak pada asosiasi penggunaan yang berbeda dari masing-masing istilahnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analitis dan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan. Pendekatan pertama yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan ‘ilm al-Ḥadīth. Pendekatan ini difungsikan untuk menakar ḥadīth-ḥadīth yang berkaitan dengan korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme secara kualitas matan dan sanadnya; dan asbāb al-Wurūd nya. Pendekatan kedua adalah pendekatan kebahasaan. Pendekatan ini difungsikan untuk menelusuri rasionalitas terjadinya korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme melalui tradisi, sistematika, dan kecenderungan kebahasaan dalam memproduksi suatu pemahaman. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan. Pertama, mengobjektifikasi korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme sebagai sikap indisipliner dan inkonsisten yang dapat hadir dalam diri manusia tanpa dibatasi dimensi waktu dan ruang. This article will specifically examine the elements related to the management of Mosque Waqf Land, Manado City, whether it has been functioning as the act or whether the law has not been able to accommodate the problems that occur in the management of waqf land in Manado City. The result is that the management of waqf land in Manado City is classified into two things, namely effective and ineffective. But ineffective is more than effective, this is because many mosque administrators feel that the process of obtaining certificates is very procedural, so they have difficulty managing the certificate. So that, the relavancy is with the enactment of Law Number 41 year 2004 concerning Waqf, the recording of legal waqf acts is obligatory to provide legal protection and legal certainty for wakif, Nazhir and that assets that are represented.Keywords: Management, Mosque Waqf Land, Manado City, Law Number 41 year 2004Abstrak. Artikel ini secara spesifik akan menelaah tentang unsur-unsur yang terkait dalam pengelolaan wakaf tanah masjid di Kota Manado, apakah sudah berfungsi sebagaimana UU tersebut ataukah UU tersebut belum dapat mengakomodir permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan wakaf tanah masjid di Kota Manado. Hasilnya adalah, bahwa pengelolaan wakaf tanah masjid di Kota Manado terklasifikasi pada dua hal, yakni efektif dan tidak efektif. Namun yang tidak efektif lebih banyak dari yang efektif, hal ini disebabkan karena banyak pengurus masjid merasa bahwa proses pengurusan sertifikat sangat prosedural, sehingga mereka kesulitan untuk mengurus sertifikat tersebut. {"title":"MASJID BESAR RAJA HAJI ABDUL GHANI PULAU BURU KEPULAUAN RIAU","authors":"N. Many Muslims in the Riau Islands do not know the history of the development of Islamic theory from the center of power to spread to various corners. This is as the existence of the Great Mosque of Raja Haji Abdul Ghani (MBRHAG) on Buru Island, Karimun. Thus, to uncover the existence of this mosque, qualitative research methods are used so that history, architecture, and socio-religious functions can be known. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the establishment of MBRHAG was initiated by Raja Haji Abdul Ghani. He was the first Amir (sub-district level government) of the kingdom of Riau-Lingga on Buru Island, in the 19th century. The architecture is a Chinese. Therefore, on the right side of this mosque is around 200 m, there is also the Sam Po Teng Temple and the Tri Dharma Dewa Bumi. Thus, the close location of the mosque with Chinese and Confucian worship houses's shows a harmonious relationship between Malay Muslims and Chinese Buddhists. In fact, in the continuation of this relationship there was information that a Chinese Buddhist had joined a Muslim friend to fast for half a month of Ramadan.Keywords: Mosque, Malay Muslims, Chinese Buddhists/Confucians, Harmonious RelationsAbstrak. Umat Islam di Kepulauan Riau banyak yang tidak mengenal sejarah perkembangan ajaran Islam dari pusat kekuasaan hingga tersebar ke berbagai pelosok. Hal ini sebagaimana keberadaan Masjid Besar Raja Haji Abdul Ghani (MBRHAG) di Pulau Buru, Karimun. Dengan demikian, untuk mengungkapkan keberadaan masjid ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif agar dapat diketahui sejarah, arsitektur, dan fungsi sosial keagamaannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pendirian MBRHAG diprakarsai oleh Raja Haji Abdul Ghani. Ia adalah Amir (pemerintah setingkat kecamatan) pertama kerajaan Riau-Lingga di Pulau Buru, pada abad ke-19. Adapun arsitekturnya adalah seorang Tionghoa. Karena itu, di sebelah kanan masjid ini sekitar 200 m juga terdapat Kelenteng Sam Po Teng dan cetya Tri Dharma Dewa Bumi. Dengan demikian, dekatnya lokasi masjid dengan rumah ibadah umat Tionghoa dan Khonghucu ini menunjukkan hubungan yang harmonis antara muslim Melayu dengan Budhis Tionghoa. Mulyadhi Kartanegara is an Indonesian thinker has offered Islamic epistemology called as mystico-philosophic. What is Mulyadhi's concept of Mystico-philosophic? What is it's implication on development of contemporary metaphysics? It is library-based philosophical research that is studying data and references which are relevant with subject, including papers, books, newspapers, journals, and interviews. The results were firstly that mystico-philosophic offers new paradigm in Islamic philosophy. The second one, that it offers synthesis between religion and philosophy or sufism and philosophy. The third one, that it enables the synergy among rationality, senses and intuition. Those three components must be fulfilled in that epistemology. The fourth one, that is that senses, rationality and intuition are islamic epistemological foundations must be defended. The fifth one, that islamic epistemology tends to transcend daily life in order those three components keep synergy. The sixth, mystico-philosophic truly is needed in our contemporary century.Keywords: Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Mysticism, SufismAbstrak. Mulyadhi Kartanegara adalah salah satu pemikir Indonesia yang mencoba berjuang menawarkan epistemologi Islam yang dikenal dengan mistiko-filosofis. Masalah utamanya adalah, apa dan bagaimana pemikiran Mulyadi Kartanegara tentang Mistiko-Filosofis; dan Bagaimana implikasinya terhadap perkembangan metafisika kontemporer? Penelitian ini berbasis pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data, sekaligus meneliti referensi-referensi yang terkait dengan subjek yang dikaji, baik makalah, buku, Koran, jurnal, peper sekaligus wawancara dengan menggunakan pendekatan filosofis. Hasilnya adalah, bahwa mistiko-filosofis mampu memberikan paradigma baru dalam filsafat Islam. Kedua mampu memberikan penyadaran dalam mendamaikan agama dan filsafat, tasawuf dan filsafat. Ketiga dalam mistiko-filosofis peran akal, indera dan hati sama-sama harus berjalan bermesraan, artinya belum dikatakan mistiko-filosofis kalau dalam filsafat Islam tidak menyertakan akal, indera dan hati. Keempat indera, akal, dan hati merupakan fondasi epistemologi Islam yang harus tetap dijaga dan dilestarikan. Kelima ada semangat untuk mendransendenkan atau memistikkan keseharian agar tiga fondasi ini tidak bersebrangan dan tidak berdiri sendiri. Keenam ternyata mistiko-filosofis benar-benar dibutuhkan oleh abad komtemporer.
