This Instagram account actively campaigns the gender equality within religious interpretations, which are built on a methodological basis called qiro'ah mubadalah, which was popularized by KH. Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir. Qira'ah mubadalah is a method of interpreting the Qur’an that emphasizes the aspect of mutuality, and places women and men as equal subjects addressed by religious texts, including the Qur’an. The researcher took several content samples from Instagram feeds and analyze them using interpretation analysis together with gender analysis. The selected content explicitly explains the understanding of the verses of the Qur’an that are closely related to gender issues. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the paradigm of fair gender interpretation in the Instagram account @mubadalah.id has 3 basic principles, namely: interpretation of the Qur’an must benefit all parties, interpretation of the Qur’an must not perpetuate the objectification of gender certain conditions, and the interpretation of the Qur'an encourages the division of gender roles in life in an equitable manner. Akun instagram ini secara aktif menyuarakan tafsir keagamaan yang berkeadilan gender, yang dibangun atas pijakan metodologis yang disebut qiro’ah mubaadalah, yang dipopulerkan oleh KH. Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir. Qira’ah mubadalah adalah suatu metode penafsiran al-Qur’an yang menekankan pada aspek kesalingan, dan mendudukkan perempuan dan laki-laki sebagai subjek setara yang dituju dan disapa oleh teks keagamaan, termasuk di dalamnya al-Qur’an. Peneliti mengambil beberapa sampel konten dari feed instagram untuk kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam menggunakan analisis tafsir yang dibarengkan dengan analisis gender. Konten yang dipilih secara eksplisit menjelaskan pemahaman terhadap ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang erat kaitannya dengan isu gender. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa paradigma tafsir adil gender dalam akun instagram @mubadalah.id memiliki 3 prinsip dasar, yaitu: penafsiran al-Qur’an harus membawa kemaslahatan bagi semua pihak, penafsiran al-Qur’an tidak boleh melanggengkan objektivikasi terhadap gender tertentu, dan penafsiran al-Qur’an mendorong pembagian peran secara adil gender dalam kehidupan. One of them is the practice of ritual offerings before harvest in Krai Village, Kec. Yosowilangun Kab. Lumajang East Java. Organizationally, some are associated with NU and some are Muhammadiyah. In religious beliefs, there is an intersection between offerings and religious teachings. However, people who are affiliated with NU and Muhammadiyah have different responses to this religious belief. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the perception and impact of practicing and leaving this offering practice. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The way it works is to find and collect data by means of interviews, observations and documentation. This type of research is categorized as phenomenological research. This is because the object of this research is an event that occurs in the community. The research findings show that there are differences in perceptions between NU and Muhammadiyah farmers. NU farmers practice offerings before harvest and are perceived as respect, while Muhammadiyah farmers reject the tradition of offerings. However, both of them can carry out social harmony without being disturbed by differences in perceptions about offerings.?Keywords: offerings, harvest, NU and Muhammadiyah, Lumajang.?Abstrak;Sesajen merupakan bagian tradisi yang ada dan sering dipraktekkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satunya praktek ritual sesajen menjelang panen di Desa Krai Kec. Yosowilangun Kab. Lumajang Jawa Timur. Masyarakat di Desa ini, mayoritas beragama Islam. Secara keorganisasisan, sebagian berasosiasi NU dan sebagian lainnya Muhammadiyah. Dalam keyakinan keberagamaan terdapat persinggungan antara sesajen dan ajaran agama. Namun, terhadap akidah keagamaan tersebut disikapi berbeda oleh masyarakat yang berafiliasi dengan NU dan Muhammadiyah. Oleh karena itu perlu penelusuran tentang persepsi dan dampak atas mengamalkan dan meninggalkan praktek sesajen ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Cara kerjanya adalah mencari dan mengumpulkan data dengan cara wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian fenomenologi. Sebab, objek penelitian ini merupakan kejadian yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan persepsi antara petani warga NU dan Muhammadiyah. Petani warga NU mengamalkan sesajen menjelang panen dan dipersepsikan sebagai penghormatan, sedangkah petani warga Muhammadiyah menolak tradisi sesajen. One of the responses to the arrival of the allied troops came from Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), which is known for its jihad fatwas and resolusi jihad. The resolusi jihad became NU's national ijtihad in order to prevent re-colonization in Indonesia (defensive jihad). This call calls on the official government of Indonesia to carry out an armed struggle, as well as calling on all people to jihad fi sabilillah. The resolusi jihad is an anti-colonial nationalism that was born out of a burst of love for an independent Indonesia, the arrival of allies, and the Orange Hotel incident. The spirit of nationalism coupled with the precarious condition of the nation gave birth to the jihad fi sabilillah movement. The principle of love for the motherland and jihad to defend an independent country is fardhu ain, obligatory for every Muslim. This spirit of jihad and nationalism swelled among students and fighters for peace against allies, colonialists, for the sake of upholding the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia.Keywords: Resolusi Jihad, nationalisme of jihad, anti-colonialismAbstrak; Kedatangan sekutu di indonesia pasca kemerdekaan memunculkan kekhawatiran di kalangan pendiri bangsa dan kiai akan terjadinya penjajahan kembali. Respon atas kedatangan tentara sekutu salah satunya hadir dari Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), yang dikenal dengan fatwa jihad dan resolusi jihad. Resolusi jihad menjadi ijtihad kebangsaan NU demi menghalau terjadinya penjajahan kembali di Indonesia (jihad defensive). Seruan ini menghimbau pemerintah resmi Indonesia untuk melakukan perjuangan bersenjata, sekaligus menghimbau seluruh rakyat untuk jihad fi sabilillah. Resolusi jihad merupakan nasioanlisme anticolonial yang lahir dari letupan kecintaan terhadap Indonesia merdeka, kedatangan sekutu, dan insinden hotel oranje. Semangat nasionalisme yang dibarengi dengan kondisi bangsa yang genting melahirkan gerakan jijhad fi sabilillah. Prinsip cinta tanah air dan jihad membela negara merdeka menjadi fardhu ain, wajib bagi setiap muslim. Khataman Al-Qur?an is one of the various forms of Islamic culture at Indonesia which often held by Muslims who are attached to accomodative towards local culture, and non puritan. This study will examine the culture of khataman Al-Qur?an among the Muhammadiyah, an Islamic organization at Indonesia wich is know to be closely associated with puritanism. The data were abtained by observation, interview, and literature review. This study found that khataman Al-Qur?an among Muhammadiyah is a new culture. Khataman Al-Qur?an takes the form in the implementation of the Al-Qur?an recitation worship which only ?started? in the last two decades. Validity of this culture is still being debated in Muhammadiyah. Usually, the khataman Al-Qur?an is held in the authority of Muhammadiyah. Meanwhile, khataman Al-Qur?an among Muhammadiyah community is very quiet from the influence of local culture. However, Muhammadiyah actually made a new khataman Al-Quran culture that corresponds to the times, such as khataman in the context of birthdays.Keywords: Khataman Al-Qur?an, Muhammadiyah, New Culture.Abstrak; Artikel ini berbicara tentang budaya khataman Al-Qur?an di kalangan warga Muhammadiyah. Khataman Al-Qur?an merupakan satu di antara berbagai bentuk kebudayaan Islam di Indonesia. Hanya saja, khataman Al-Qur?an sering diadakan oleh kalangan umat Islam yang lekat dengan sikap akomodatif terhadap budaya lokal alias non-puritan. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji budaya khataman Al-Qur?an yang dilakukan oleh warga Muhammadiyah, sebuah organisasi Islam di Indonesia yang dikenal lekat dengan identitas puritanisme. Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan tinjauan kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa khataman Al-Qur?an di kalangan warga Muhammadiyah masih termasuk budaya baru. Di kalangan warga Muhammadiyah, khataman Al-Qur?an mengambil bentuk dalam pelaksanaan ibadah pembacaan Al-Qur?an yang baru ?dimulai? sekitar dua dekade terakhir. Biasanya khataman Al-Qur?an digelar dalam rangka Hari Ulang Tahun Muhammadiyah atau lembaga pendidikan yang berada di bawah otoritas Muhammadiyah. Among the Sufism figures who have traveled to the Middle East are Sheikh Abdus Shamad Palimbani and Sheikh Nawawi Banten. These two figures prove that the dynamics of Sufism became a discourse that was in great demand by Nusantara scholars in the 18-19 centuries and even today. The characteristics of the ideas of their Sufism have differences even though both of them study at Haromain. Sheikh Abdus Shamad understands Sufism as a middle way between Al Gazali and Ibn Arabi's Sufism ideas that have been processed and presented in a systematic form as a separate Sufism teaching. Abdus Shamad is clearly concerned with the characteristics of his ideas which tend to be dominated by mysticism, so he studied Sufism with Al-Sammani. While the characteristics of the ideas possessed by Sheikh Nawawi are more emphasis on the balance among sharia, tarekat, and essence. As with Sheikh Nawawi in analogizing the framework of Sufism, the Shari'a is like a sailing ship, the tarekat is like the ocean, while the essence is like the pearl.Keywords: Movement, Sufism, Nusantara.Abstrak: Pola gerakan ulama-ulama Nusantara pada abad 18-19 khususnya di wilayah Sumatra dan Jawa, telah menemukan romantismenya dalam jalur keilmuan tasawuf melalui pertemuan para ulama yang belajar di Mekah. Di antaranya tokoh tasawuf yang pernah mengembara ke Timur Tengah ialah Syekh Abdus Shamad al-Palimbani dan Syekh Nawawi al-Bantani. Dari kedua tokoh tersebut, membuktikan bahwa dinamika keilmuan tasawuf menjadi diskursus yang banyak diminati oleh para ulama-ulama Nusantara pada abad 18-19 bahkan hingga hari ini. Karakteristik gagasan tasawuf yang dimiliki kedua tokoh, memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda meskipun keduanya sama-sama menimbah ilmu di Haromain. Syekh Abdus Shamad memahami tasawuf sebagai jalan tengah antara gagasa tasawuf Al Gazali dan Ibn Arabi yang telah diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk sistematis sebagai ajaran tasasawuf tersendiri. Abdus Shamad tampak terlihat jelas atas karakteristik gagasannya yang cenderung didominasi oleh mistisme sehingga ia mempelajari tasawuf terutama dengan Al-Sammani. Sedangkan karakterik gagasan yang dimiliki Syekh Nawawi, memiliki karakteristik tasawuf yang lebih menekanan pada keseimbangan antara syariat, tarekat, dan hakikat. This dichotomy not only expands the realm of science, but also extends within the domain of religion. From the first dichotomy generates a stigma of religious and general knowledge, while from the second dichotomy, it causes a secular attitude. As a result of this dichotomy, most Muslims distance themselves from general science and government resulting in their backwardness in the development of science and technology. On the other hand, Islam itself has the concept of tawhid in its faith. This concept was used as a foundation by Ismail Raji al-Faruqi in carrying out and replacing the idea of Islamization of science to pursue the backwardness of Muslims for centuries. This article finds many arguments of the examiners of the concept of Islamization of Al-Faruqi Science, who pro-call this a sign of awakening Islam and the independence of science, whereas the contras feel this is a momentary euphoria that will not last long.Keyword: Islamization, Science, Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi, Secular, Dichotomy. Abstrak: Ide Islamisasi Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi dipicu oleh stigma negatif atas munculnya ilmu pengetahuan barat dan mulainya pendokotomian ilmu. Dikotomi ini tidak hanya memperluas ranah ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga meluas dalam domain agama. Dari dikotomi pertama menghasilkan stigma pengetahuan agama dan umum, sedangkan dari dikotomi kedua, itu menyebabkan sikap sekuler. Sebagai hasil dari dikotomi ini, sebagian besar umat Islam menjauhkan diri dari ilmu pengetahuan umum dan pemerintahan yang mengakibatkan keterbelakangan mereka dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Di sisi lain, Islam sendiri memiliki konsep tauhid dalam imannya. Konsep ini digunakan sebagai landasan oleh Ismail Raji al-Faruqi dalam menjalankan dan menggantikan gagasan Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan untuk mengejar keterbelakangan umat Islam selama berabad-abad. Humans with their minds can think, reason, and appreciate all of Allah's creations. This article aims to examine the existence of sense in the Qur'an and its applications in the community life. The results showed that the Qur'an as a source of basic material in Islamic law provides a large portion of the use of the human mind. The mind is assisted by the senses, namely the eyes, nose, ears, tongue, and feelings (skin), so that sensory observations or empirical observations are formed. The use of sense in people's lives is something very important, namely to understand and make reasoning on issues of excavation and rechtvinding. These reasonings are reasoning of the description of text the Qur’an and hadith (al-bayani), the reasoning of cause (ta'lili), and reasoning of benefit (istishlahi).Keywords: Sense, Reasoning, RechtvindingAbstrak: Keberadaan akal pada diri manusia merupakan keistimewaan yang diberikan Allah swt. Manusia dengan akal yang dimilikinya dapat berpikir, melakukan penalaran, dan penghayatan terhadap segala ciptaan Allah swt. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji eksistensi akal dalam Al-Qur’an dan penerapannya dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber materi pokok dalam hukum Islam memberikan porsi yang besar terhadap penggunaan akal pikiran manusia. Akal pikiran tersebut dibantu oleh alat inderawi, yaitu mata, hidung, telinga, lidah, dan perasaan (kulit), sehingga terbentuk pengamatan inderawi atau pengamatan empiris. Penggunaan akal dalam kehidupan masyarakat adalah sesuatu yang sangat penting, yaitu untuk memahami dan melakukan penalaran terhadap persoalan-persoalan penggalian dan penemuan hukum. Based on the result, it can be concluded that (1) Theology construct of gender equality built by Riffat Hassan, only adopt from feminism theology concept that developed in Western. Even though in western, women have dark history because woman have been despised and treated discriminatory, and while women in Islam are glorified. The coming of Islam has eliminated dumb tradition that harmful for women, but elevate the dignity. If subordination of women in western has gained legitimacy from Bible, in Al – Qur’an women are precisely glorified. (2) In building gender equality theology, Riffat Hassan has made three steps; (a) normative-idealist approach, (b) deconstruct religious thought that he thinks there’s gender bias, (c) reconstruct religious thought that he thinks there’s no gender bias. In attempt this theology construct of gender equality, Riffat Hassan precisely proven tend to do gender bias, although he accuse travelers do gender bias. Beside that, there are some of implications that caused by him; there are rejection of authentic hadith and the implication that could change Islamic law. (3) As for in Islam, the right relation between women and men are the harmony of gender, not gender equality. Keywords: Gender Equality, Riffat HassanAbstrak: Artikel ini membehas tentang bagaimana konstruksi teologi yang dilakukan oleh Riffat Hassan untuk mewujudkan kesetaraan gender dan bagaimana implikasi yang ditimbulkan dari kesetaraan gender serta bagaimana hubungan keserasian perempuan dalam Islam. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Konstruksi teologi kesetaraan gender yang dibangun Riffat Hassan hanyalah mengadopsi konsep teologi feminisme yang berkembang di Barat. Padahal berbeda dengan perempuan di Barat yang memiliki sejarah yang kelam lantaran perempuan dipandang hina dan diperlakukan secara diskriminatif, dalam Islam perempuan justru dimuliakan. Kedatangan Islam telah mengeliminasi adat-istiadat jahiliyah yang merugikan kaum perempuan serta mengangkat  harkat dan martabat mereka. Kalau subordinasi terhadap perempuan di Barat mendapatkan legitimasi dari Bible, dalam al-Quran perempuan justru dimuliakan. (2) Dalam membangun teologi kesetaraan gender, Riffat Hassan melakukan tiga langkah, yaitu (a) pendekatan normatif-idealis dan historis-empiris, (b) melakukan dekonstruksi pemikiran keagamaan yang (menurutnya) bias gender, dan (c) melakukan rekonstruksi pemikiran keagamaan yang (menurutnya) tidak bias gender. Dalam usaha konstruksi teologi kesetaraan gender ini, Riffat Hassan justru terbukti cendrung melakukan bias gender, padahal dia menuduh para mufassir yang bias gender. Sultan Agung Sufism teaching based on this fiber describe a kings desire to convery the teachings of Islam, especially Sufisme patterned Islam to his people through a Javanese cultural approach. Therefore, it is identified through this study as “Javanese Sufismâ€. The main problem of this research how is the Javanese Sufism pattern reflected in Sultan Agung view? and why did Sultan Agung Sufism teaching influence Javanese literature in the Mataram area? This study was developed using the history of thought method. The findings of this study are as follows: First, the socio-religious conditions at the time of Sultan Agung wereclosely related to the pantheism that was embraced by the Javanese inland community. Second, the teachings of Sultan Agung Sufism in the serat sastra Gending show two things that are interrelated and need, which are reflected in the relationship between man and God (the creator). The concept of Sufism in describes the acculturation of three cultures: Javanese, Hindu, and Islamic. Third, the teaching of Sultan Agung Sufism are included in the syncretic teachings influenced the development of Javanese literature in Mataram. The urgency of Sufism teachings framed in the form of literature is able to explain religion and political polices until the next period after Sultan Agung.  Keyword: King’s View, Sastra Gending, Javanese Sufism. Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas sufisme dalam Serat Sastra Gending Sultan Agung yang memberi pengaruh terhadap kesusastraan Jawa di Mataram. Ajaran tasawuf Sultan Agung ini berdasarkan serat ini menggambarkan suatu keinginan seorang raja untuk menyampaikan ajaran agama Islam, khususnya Islam bercorak tasawuf kepada rakyatnya melalui pendekatan budaya Jawa. Karena itu, teridentifikasi melalui kajian ini sebagai \"Sufisme Jawa\". Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana corak sufisme-Jawa tercermin dari pandangan Sultan Agung? dan mengapa ajaran tasawuf Sultan Agung berpengaruh terhadap kesusastraan Jawa di wilayah Mataram?. Studi ini dikembangkan dengan metode sejarah pemikiran. Adapun temuan kajian ini sebagai berikut: Pertama, kondisi sosial keagamaan pada masa Sultan Agung lekat dengan panteisme yang dianut oleh masyarakat Jawa pedalaman. Kedua, ajaran tasawuf Sultan Agung dalam Serat Sastra Gending memperlihatkan dua hal yang saling berkaitan dan membutuhkan, yang tergambar dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan (pencipta). Adapun konsep tasawuf di dalamnya menggambarkan akulturasi tiga budaya: Jawa, Hindu, dan Islam. Ketiga, ajaran tasawuf Sultan Agung termasuk dalam ajaran tasawuf yang sinkretis. Ajaran tersebut berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan kesusastraan Jawa di Mataram.
