Penelitian ini bertujuan agar dapat menganalisis perencanaan keuangan pendidikan Islam, menganalisis konsep perencanaan keuangan dalam shirah Rasulullah saw serta menganalisis pedoman perencanaan keuangan pada lembaga pendidikan STIT Al-Hikmah Bumi Agung Way Kanan Lampung dan STIT At-Taqwa Gegerkalong Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Data diuraikan dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penyusunan perencanaan keuangan perlu penerapan prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan keuangan, terdapat landasan hukum, sumber pendanaan yang jelas, dan melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi pengelolaan keuangan. Implikasi dari beberapa kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah terkait sistem pembelajaran saat pandemi, menuntut sekolah untuk mendukung pembelajaran online. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif di mana pencarian informasi sumber dan pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan metode wawancara an dokumentasi. Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan beberapa guru SMAS Muhammadiyah Tanjung Redeb, dapat disimpukan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran, penggunaan metode yang tepat adalah merupakan suatu keharusan atau hal mutlak yang harus dilakukan agar tercapainya tujuan dalam pembelajaran. Sementara itu pembelajaran online dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran. Penggunaan metode yang benar dikombinasi dengan strategi yang tepat akan menjadikan strategi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dapat berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Selain itu, kendala dalam pembelajaran terjadi jika ada yang menghambat proses belajar terutama dari faktor manusia (guru dan siswa), faktor kelembagaan (ruang kelas), dan faktor pendidikan (kurangnya bahan ajar). The research method used is descriptive qualitative, through an ethnographic approach. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of the needs for educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out in the planning process and analysis related to the needs for facilities and infrastructure in learning, financing analysis is carried out to meet the needs for purchasing facilities and infrastructure using reasonable funds according to needs, Procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the needs of the ongoing learning process, maintenance of educational facilities is a shared responsibility by all school members, facilities and infrastructure that are not used during the learning process still require maintenance without damaging the quality of these facilities. Penelitian yang digunakan ialah library research atau penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara mencari sumber-sumber bacaan baik dari buku, artikel, tesis, disertasi dan laporan penelitian. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis konten (content analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah konflik bisa menjadi positif atau negatif tergantung dari cara penyelesaiannya. Salah satu cara yang dapat mengolah dan mengatasi konflik supaya menjadi positif atau negatif berdasarkan cara penyelesaiannya baik itu teknik maupun strateginya. Win-win solution menjadi sebuah strategi yang mampu diterapkan dan digunakan dalam penyelesaian konflik dalam organisasi sehingga produktivitas organisasi terganggu atau menurun. Tujuan utama dari win win strategi adalah untuk memperbaiki masalah, bukan untuk menyakiti salah satu pihak. Penggunaan strategi ini adalah untuk saling mendengar semua masukan dari berbagai pandangan, mendefinisikan masalah-masalah dasar dan menciptakan suasana yang saling percaya antara semua yang terlibat. Semua strategi ini masalah diselesaikan untuk kepetingan bersama bukan kepentingan pribadi. Hasil strategi ini menjadi solusi bagi mereka yang terlibat konflik karena win win solution memenuhi kebutuhan individu, kepentingan bersama serta menguatkan kembali hubungan semua pihak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian diuji menggunakan metode triangulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubarman berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran pendidikan (marketing education) yang dilakukan Pesantren Bali Bina Insani dalam mendapatkan santri di lembaganya adalah melalui sebar brosur, spanduk, sosialisasi ke sekolah dan kampung muslim di Bali, serta memanfaatkan iklan di media sosial, namun yang jauh lebih penting adalah menjaga citra baik pesantren sehingga dari mulut ke mulut akan tersyiar keberadaan dan eksistensi pesantren. To achieve this goal, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. After all the data was collected, the researcher conducted data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model which consisted of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research show that the planning at the planning stage musyrif consulted to determine program objectives, the forms of activities in the program, learning targets, and activity targets that were bought before running the program. in program implementation. At the implementation stage, musyrif carry out their respective responsibilities as decided at the planning stage, namely carrying out each program according to their area of expertise. MAN 1 Kota Kediri termasuk salah satu madrasah penyelenggara keterampilan yang unggul. Lengkapnya sarana dan prasarana yang ada di MAN 1 Kota Kediri maka akan semakin mudah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran akademik maupun non akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data diambil melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Salah satu keterampilan yang unggul di MAN 1 Kota Kediri adalah robotik. Keterampilan ini masih cukup baru namun diminati oleh banyak siswa. Hasil dari manajemen sarana dan prasarana MAN 01 Kota Kediri berjalan efektif dan efisien. Dampak dari manajemen sarana dan prasarana ialah program pembelajaran dan program ekstra robotik dapat berjalan dengan baik. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all students of Physics Education Study Program Batch 2016/2017 Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar. The sampling technique used Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire to measure the performance of supervisors and the quality of student thesis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the performance of the supervising lecturers is in the medium category, namely with a percentage of 58%. The quality of student thesis is in the medium category with a percentage of 71%. While the inferential analysis shows that tcount< ttable= 0.389 < 2.045 then Ho is accepted and Ha rejected. Lokasi penelitian yang dipilih adalah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Persatuan Umat Islam Banjarsari, terpilihnya lokasi ini karena MI tersebut baru mengimplementasikan aplikasi RDM pada tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan rapor digital madrasah berbasis online lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan rapor konvensional dan rapor pada Microsoft Excel.
