At the implementation stage, musyrif carry out their respective responsibilities as decided at the planning stage, namely carrying out each program according to their area of ​​expertise. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the management of the Gerbang program at An-Nur II Al-Murtadha Islamic Boarding School starting from the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages at the wustha level.
