Analyzing the following question: what are the investments made by the provincial government in the schooling of the Piauí population with regard to primary, secondary and professional education? It is noticed that public education was precarious and developed in parallel with private education according to Odilon Nunes. From this perspective, government negligence encouraged the emergence of private schools sponsored by landowners to teach literacy to their relatives, classes were generally held at home, as there were almost no buildings for such activities. Therefore, school education in Brazil, including in Piauí, has never been a matter of priority, but of privileges, especially for the dominant classes. To achieve this objective, it was necessary to follow the indications of the methodological renovations of New History and to study the fictionality of History and the historicity of Literature. The sources used in this research were: the novel Malhadinha, (1990) by José Expedito. The course of this monograph follows from the approaches of the following theoretical framework: Antônio Celso Ferreira (2012) and Sandra Jatahy (2003), Teresinha Queiroz (2006) and Durval Muniz (2007). This article presents recent works that seek to explain pedagogical proposals of the History of Mathematics in the training course for basic education teachers. It highlights suggestions and recommendations for Mathematics teachers. {"title":"Necessidade de reforma e aplicação da Lei 11.343/06 quanto ao tratamento destinado ao dependente de drogas no Brasil","authors":"Vanessa Castelo Branco Macambira","doi":"10.51361/somma.v3i1.85","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51361/somma.v3i1.85","url":null,"abstract":"The article proves to be legally and socially relevant, as it demonstrates the need to reform Law 11.343/06 and the importance of its application in relation to treatment for drug addicts. It also emphasizes the participation of the Government and the States as providers of resources for the viability of the treatment. It also makes a brief study of Law 11.343/06, seeking to highlight the important aspects of its emergence in relation to drug addicts in Brazil, supporting new reflections on the importance of prevention measures, care and social reintegration. It seeks to highlight the use of drugs as a case of public health and the importance of treatment in rescuing the dignity, citizenship and resocialization of drug addicts. This article shows that the right conquered in Law 11.343/06 is enforced by the State, with minimal real applicability of said legislation to drug addicts. The article also confronts the paradigm of the current Law on Drugs, which assigns compulsory treatment only to the non-imputable or semi-imputable leaving society and the dependent himself without protection, as he has no control over his own actions. Therefore, the choice of the theme of this research: Continuing Education Policy for Managers of the Municipal Public Network of Teresina-Piauí, aiming to analyze the policy of continuing education for managers of the municipal public network. The study was carried out through bibliographic and field research based on Ferreira (1997), Libâneo (2000), Saviani (1982), Polato (2009). In the field research, questionnaires were applied with the two managers of the Angelim and Clodoaldo Freitas schools. Data analysis showed that managers are aware of the importance of continuing education so that they can acquire more knowledge and thereby improve their actions within the school.
