Pedagogia além da escola: o pedagogo empresarial e suas funções

Abstract

Thinking about the role of Pedagogy and the professional it trains, beyond school environments, is a contemporary reality. The business environment, like so many others, is the pedagogue's field of action, however what characteristics the Pedagogy professional needs to acquire in their academic training and what to expect from their actions in the business environment. Thus, in order to answer these questions, a qualitative documentary research was carried out and, in the end, it was noticed that the pedagogue is the main character in the business environment, in terms of training and stimulus activities for learning, in addition to to improve the quality of life of workers, it increases professional development and, in this way, workers will be able to produce more and with quality.
