Therefore, the choice of the theme of this research: Continuing Education Policy for Managers of the Municipal Public Network of Teresina-Piauí, aiming to analyze the policy of continuing education for managers of the municipal public network. The study was carried out through bibliographic and field research based on Ferreira (1997), Libâneo (2000), Saviani (1982), Polato (2009). In the field research, questionnaires were applied with the two managers of the Angelim and Clodoaldo Freitas schools. Data analysis showed that managers are aware of the importance of continuing education so that they can acquire more knowledge and thereby improve their actions within the school.
