Diniz","doi":"10.36810/rde.v2i43.5725","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36810/rde.v2i43.5725","url":null,"abstract":"The present article presents the role of the twin cities of Guajara-Mirim and Guayaramerin for the articulation of the transnational flows between Brazil and Bolivia. establishes a comparison with the set of relations between Brazil and Bolivia to evaluate the relevance of twin cities as nodes of global exchanges between these countries. Through the differentiation of local flows, this article still infers about the characteristics of the national regions that are the scene of commercial networks. It is intend to analyze how urban planning had influenced on socio-spatial transformations as well as the development of Praia do Forte, from the 1970s, which was one of the main changing periods of territorial, environmental, social, and cultural dynamics so far established. Those aspects are discussed through a logical and critical analysis  underlieing the strategic planning in the urban landscape production combined with the adoption of exogenous development models that does not allow traditions valuating and  identity of local groups. The question of the productive structure in developmental constructs and the relationship between economic complexity and international trade was reviewed; The economic sectors and products most exported by the Brazilian economy were identified, and those with the greatest comparative advantage, as opposed to the sectors and products most imported exclusively from developed economies. And for the formulation of public policies aimed at expanding access to basic sanitation, it becomes relevant to analyze the characteristics of the access for these services. Thus, the present article aims to analyze the access for sanitary sewage of poor families, since these are the families most affected by the lack of access to this service in Brazil. In order to analyze the access for sanitary sewage of the poor families of Brazil, a multinomial logit model was estimated from the sampled micro data of the Cadastro Unico, the data refer to the year 2016. The objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of an Industrial Pole in the job creation of a region, as well as the impact on the economic and social results, and to observe what is necessary for its implementation by analyzing strategies, planning, geopolitics, public policies and technical-scientific studies. Oliveira","doi":"10.36810/rde.v3i44.6040","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36810/rde.v3i44.6040","url":null,"abstract":"RESUMEN Esta investigación considera la medición de la eficiencia en el contexto de la educación superior, en particular se aborda la eficiencia resultante del análisis Envolvente de datos (DEA). El objetivo principal consiste en medir la eficiencia de 56 universidades brasileras y 31 universidades colombianas. Para el caso brasilero los datos fueron obtenidos a través del Tribunal de Cuentas de la Unión (TCU) y del Instituto Nacional de Enseñanza e Investigación (INEP). Para el caso colombiano las principales fuentes de datos fueron el Ministerio de Ecuación Nacional (MEN), el Departamento Nacional de Estadísticas (DANE) y el Departamento Administrativo de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (COLCIENCIAS). El total de universidades en cada país fue dividido en dos grupos, aquellas con mayor dedicación a la enseñanza y otro grupo más dedicado a la investigación. The obtained results of this research indicate that these cooperative actions, rather than an institutional model, should follow behavioral patterns that stimulate trust among local actors, facilitating conjugated and coordinated actions. In the present work the polarizing effect of the company CEM - Central Energetica Morrinhos of the sugarcane branch implanted in the southern region of Goias, near the city of Goiatuba, was approached. The focus of the research was on economic growth and the impacts caused by the establishment of this large industry in regions of small economic projection, compared with nearby municipalities.
