A INFLUÊNCIA DE UM POLO INDUSTRIAL NA GERAÇÃO DE EMPREGOS EM UM MUNICÍPIO: O CASO DE ANÁPOLIS-GO

The city of Anapolis located in the state of Goias, Brazil, has the largest industrial center of the Midwest of the country. In view of the Constant changes in the economic world, it is important to observe variables related to the Regional Economy, especially regarding its development. The objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of an Industrial Pole in the job creation of a region, as well as the impact on the economic and social results, and to observe what is necessary for its implementation by analyzing strategies, planning, geopolitics, public policies and technical-scientific studies. As a result, thisstudy shows the evolution of the socioeconomic indicators of the region of the city of Anapolis, Goias, given by the implementation of the pole, its history of creation and the strategies involving public policies used by governments.
