PARADIPLOMACIA E DESENVOLVIMENTO REGIONAL: UMA PROPOSTA DE COOPERAÇÃO ENTRE GOVERNOS LOCAIS

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study paradiplomatic activities at the regional level, in order to propose cooperative actions between local governments from paradiplomatic practice and stimulating regional development. The obtained results of this research indicate that these cooperative actions, rather than an institutional model, should follow behavioral patterns that stimulate trust among local actors, facilitating conjugated and coordinated actions. This paper was developed from secondary data with the method of qualitative research and bibliographic review.
