One of the most problematic places in\u0000 connection with the rapid, forced by difficult circumstances in the country, transition\u0000 to distance or mixed form of education, lately, is a change in the concept of the\u0000 development of higher education. At the same time, in difficult conditions, the role of\u0000 information technology (IT) is growing rapidly. Availability, flexibility and\u0000 convenience of information systems (IS) should be ensured by improving existing and\u0000 developing new technologies capable of supporting both the implementation of the main\u0000 educational process and other business processes (BP) of higher education institutions.\u0000 In the course of the research, existing types of divergence and convergence in technical\u0000 fields were analyzed and used. A convergent-divergent methodology was developed, taking\u0000 into account indicators of attractiveness, profitability, values, competences and\u0000 indicators of success. A classification of features of models, methods, and IT\u0000 management of strategic development of higher education institutions (HEIs) was carried\u0000 out. The possibility of implementing the proposed convergent-divergent methodology for\u0000 the harmonization of a balanced educational space has been determined. The obtained\u0000 results of the developed methodology for the harmonization of a balanced educational\u0000 space are implemented in higher education institutions according to the value-competency\u0000 approach. The use of geoinformation systems and technologies\u0000 can contribute to the formation of management decisions regarding the effective\u0000 development of this type of tourism. \u0000 The article examines the essence of gastronomic tourism and the use of GIS technologies\u0000 to form a geospatial database. The cartographic method of researching the presented\u0000 phenomenon is applied and the possible cartometric operations in the work of the tourist\u0000 GIS of the gastronomic direction are described. In this study we have developed a\u0000 technological scheme for creating gastronomic tourism routes using GIS technologies. We\u0000 present the conceptual and structural-logical model of the geospatial database of\u0000 gastronomic tourism developed by us. A geospatial data base of gastronomic tourism for\u0000 Odesa region, which is distinguished by its gastronomic colour and is in great demand\u0000 among travelers, has been created and visualized. Local specialized objects of\u0000 gastronomic tourism of this region were found and the database tables were filled with\u0000 reliable attributive data. The locations of the concentration of gastronomic objects in\u0000 Odesa are visualized with the help of a heatmap, and typical requests of users regarding\u0000 the identification of objects of interest when designing gastronomic routes are given.\u0000 The city of Odessa was identified as the most attractive place for gastronomic tourism\u0000 in Odesa region, as it is the one around which the vast majority of various objects of\u0000 gastronomic tourism is concentrated. Various gastronomic routes through Odesa region and\u0000 Odesa with buffer zones along them have been designed, which can be of interest to both\u0000 tourists and tour operators when creating gastro tours. Many scientists\u0000 have paid attention to the development of the concept of lean production. This paper\u0000 reveals the role and importance of functional-cost analysis in the management of\u0000 educational institution costs. The main economic prerequisites for the introduction of\u0000 functional-cost analysis in the practice of the educational institution are analyzed.\u0000 This method is one of the effective ways to reduce costs. The preconditions for the\u0000 application of its elements in higher education to support decisions in cost management\u0000 are assessed. An algorithm for conducting a functional-cost analysis of an educational\u0000 institution on the basis of thrift is proposed. The differences of this method from\u0000 traditional methods of economic analysis are described. The scenario of conducting\u0000 functional-cost analysis in an educational institution is presented. In this study, it is\u0000 proposed to use fuzzy-multiple analysis, the use of which will fully ensure that project\u0000 metrics are taken into account when choosing a project management methodology. Among the\u0000 alternatives of project management methodologies, the following four approaches were\u0000 chosen: cascade Waterfall methodology, Spiral model, Scrum methodology, and Kanban. All\u0000 of them are aimed at optimizing processes within the project team, facilitating and\u0000 speeding up product development. But each methodology has its own characteristics,\u0000 because it is calculated on different teams both in terms of composition and volume, and\u0000 is adapted to different projects in different ways. The question of the correct\u0000 selection of the methodology for a specific project is decided on the basis of data\u0000 about it. The work highlights the characteristics of the project that are most important\u0000 for international projects: project parameters and requirements, types of communication\u0000 tools, project risk assessment, team parameters, etc. A total of twenty-five indicators.\u0000 An important aspect in the development of the proposed model is that the solution to the\u0000 task is complicated by the vagueness of the existing recommendations regarding the\u0000 applicability of different methodologies in different cases and conditions, in\u0000 particular for the development of projects not related to software development and\u0000 having an international direction. It is proposed to solve this task by using\u0000 questionnaires. Each parameter that describes the project in the questionnaire is\u0000 considered as a set of possible values. Each methodology is considered from the point of\u0000 view of its application for specific options of answers to questionnaire questions. The\u0000 task of formalizing information for the given project management methodologies is\u0000 solved, based on the application of the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy sets. At the\u0000 same time, the membership function determines the degree of applicability of the\u0000 methodology to the parameter that corresponds to the answer option of the question given\u0000 in the questionnaire. An expert commission is elected to determine the appropriate\u0000 functions of all the mentioned approaches. To determine the management approach that is\u0000 most suitable for a given project, we estimate the distance from the project assessment\u0000 to the methodology assessment. Of all the ways to determine the distances between fuzzy\u0000 sets, the system chooses one or another metric, depending on the nature of the problem\u0000 under consideration. In connection with this problem,\u0000 the task of automated formation of ontologies based on natural language text analysis in\u0000 construction is relevant. A common criterion of the quality of an ontology is based on\u0000 the assessment of the convenience and efficiency of working with it, as well as the\u0000 presence of a connection between cognitive and semantic processes for its construction\u0000 and actualization in the field of construction. The main difference of the conducted\u0000 research, the results of which are presented in the proposed work, is a\u0000 cognitive-semantic analysis based on the theory of categories, mathematical logic and\u0000 universal algebra, algebra of sets, algebra of tuples and relational algebra, namely,\u0000 the construction of an ontological dictionary, ontological constructions corresponding\u0000 to the text in open languages, presentation of knowledge. The most common physical factor of adverse effects on students in classrooms are man-made electromagnetic fields around each technical means and in different configurations of the relative location of equipment. Based on the fundamental physical relations and dipole models of propagation of electric and magnetic components of electromagnetic fields using EMF LFSourse software, models of propagation of electric and magnetic fields of personal computer components were obtained. This visualized the propagation of an electric field around liquid crystal monitors, magnetic fields around personal computer system units, and uninterruptible power supplies. The result is a spatial distribution of electric and magnetic field strengths in computerized workplaces. These models allow you to streamline the relative position of personal computers in computer classrooms and other classrooms where computers are located in terms of electromagnetic safety. Detailed models of the configuration of electric and magnetic fields allow to obtain the propagation of fields around the electrical equipment of training laboratories. The example of modeling the propagation of the electric and magnetic components of the electromagnetic field of personal computer components shows the possibility of providing safe configurations of individual workplaces and many workplaces in computer classrooms. To develop this information system, organizational structures should be analyzed in order to develop a model of an information analytical system to support personnel decision-making. The positive and negative sides of various organizational structures of organizations are considered. The subject of the study is resource management in projects of safety-oriented systems. Management of human resource management projects and programs in the civil defense system. The purpose of the article is to improve the efficiency of human resources management of the civil defense system of Ukraine. Research methods: the method of analyzing hierarchies, graphodynamic theory, empirical research, analysis and synthesis. The following results were obtained: It is proposed to use the graphical form of presentation of organizational models that belong to safety-oriented systems. Conclusions: A model of a multi-agent information system has been developed. Technology has had a significant impact on almost every aspect of modern life, including but not limited to socializing, commuting, shopping, studying, and everything else. Over the years, the impact of technology has grown to such an extent that even aspects such as investment and the stock market are beginning to feel some impact. The stock market and technological progress are important components of the modern world. Technology has led to fundamental changes in the way financial markets operate, starting with the very first stage of stock formation and continuing to trade those stocks. Technology has undoubtedly radically changed the way investments are made. Financial markets today are largely computerized ‒ from software-based bidding to price determination and direct clearing and settlement, computer technologies have replaced manual operations and simplified functions throughout the value chain in trading. Stock markets around the world are leveraging technological advances for Secure Transaction Management and monitoring. Until a few years ago, brokers shouted at each other for exchanging orders on the stock exchange. However, today's stock exchange trading takes place without physical contact from brokers and provides unlimited opportunities for studying market trends and buying stocks. Thanks to the introduction of technology, the stock market has become more user-friendly, providing faster settlements on transactions, increased transparency, increased security, automated surveillance, and much more. The close relationship between information technologies and financial markets is beyond doubt, as is the relevance of research on the use of various information technologies and innovative solutions to achieve the highest results in financial markets. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze modern information technologies used in securities trading.
