Urban planning is a complex process of controlled development of the city,\u0000 and the problem of digitalization of the city as a system as a whole has not lost its\u0000 relevance. The research examines the problem of selection, application and integration\u0000 of modern information technologies for modeling the urban environment and creating\u0000 digital duplicates of city objects as components of the Smart City system. An overview\u0000 of the main IT for the application of the methodological platform of information\u0000 modeling of cities (City Information Modeling) based on Building Information Modeling\u0000 (BIM), Geographic Information System (GIS) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies,\u0000 which make it possible to combine city data of various spatial scales and time\u0000 dimensions. A conceptual IT scheme for urban space management is proposed based on the\u0000 integration of three components: the Artificial Intelligence system, Big Data\u0000 technology, and the CIM methodological platform. The requirements for the selection of\u0000 information technology for the creation of a digital double of an urban object were\u0000 studied, which made it possible to propose an integration scheme of IT modeling of the\u0000 urban environment and the creation of a digital double of the city. It is\u0000 shown that the implementation of such tools leads to the need to adapt the values of\u0000 architectural parameters of neural network models for detecting the boundaries of target\u0000 objects on bitmap images to the expected conditions of use. An approach to determining\u0000 the most effective type of neural network model is proposed, which involves expert\u0000 evaluation of the effectiveness of acceptable types of models and conducting computer\u0000 experiments to make a final decision. As a result of the conducted research, it was\u0000 determined that among the types of neural network models tested in the task of\u0000 segmentation of raster images, the U-Net model is the most effective for detecting\u0000 facial borders on small raster images. Using this neural network model provides a mask\u0000 selection accuracy of 0.88. At the same time, the necessity of improving the\u0000 mathematical support, which is used to determine the accuracy of face border detection,\u0000 is determined. The\u0000 urgency of the chosen topic is due to the rapid return of a large number of people in\u0000 our country to eternal Christian values after many years of forced atheism. These facts\u0000 significantly contribute to the current intensive restoration of religious buildings,\u0000 the construction of new temples, the revival of monasteries, the improvement of places\u0000 of pilgrimage, the optimization of proper organizational and territorial church\u0000 structures, the implementation of spiritual-educational and other charitable activities.\u0000 Our days are characterized by global social changes, such as the widespread introduction\u0000 of market relations in all spheres of life, land, medical, educational reform,\u0000 decentralization of state power and more. The above features reveal the high dynamism in\u0000 the spiritual and material plan of the current stage of development of Ukraine, which is\u0000 significantly burdened by the COVID-19 pandemic, the military conflict with Russia and\u0000 other unfavourable factors. The main purpose of the publication is to highlight the\u0000 developed mathematical apparatus for the automated reproduction of the\u0000 organizational-territorial cluster structures of Orthodoxy. This ensures, on the basis\u0000 of the proposed complex geometric models, the improvement of church governance, for\u0000 example, regarding the definition of rational territorial boundaries of parishes and\u0000 dioceses, the determining of the need for their unification, liquidation or the\u0000 formation of new ones, optimization of the location of temples, chapels, educational\u0000 institutions, etc. The considered approach allows to save material, financial, human and\u0000 natural resources, to reduce terms and to improve the quality of acceptance of various\u0000 decisions. The latter applies to a large number of objects and processes, their various\u0000 properties. The waste of the mining and processing\u0000 industry accounts for the largest amount of waste among all existing branches of human\u0000 economic activity. The most rational area of application of by-products of mining\u0000 enterprises is the industry of non-metallic building materials. This is mainly due to\u0000 their relative environmental safety. Man-made deposits, as the enrichment technology and\u0000 the corresponding equipment are improved, already have and may in the near future\u0000 acquire significant industrial importance. Taking into account their negative impact on\u0000 the environmental where they are located and the lack of free territories and funds for\u0000 the construction of new dumps and tailings storage facilities, it can be argued that\u0000 solving issues related to the development of man-made deposits is becoming particularly\u0000 relevant. Considering this, one of the possible fields of their use is environmental\u0000 technologies. Ecological engineering allows the introduction of biological and chemical\u0000 methods and systems that exist in nature for the study and design of engineering systems\u0000 and modern approaches and technologies. Industrial ecology (IE) is the study of material\u0000 and energy flows through industrial systems. The global industrial economy can be\u0000 modelled as a network of industrial processes that extract resources from the Earth and\u0000 transform those resources into products and services which can be bought and sold to\u0000 meet the needs of humanity. Industrial ecology seeks to quantify the material flows and\u0000 document the industrial processes that make modern society function. Industrial\u0000 ecologists are often concerned with the impacts that industrial activities have on the\u0000 environment, with use of the planet's supply of natural resources, and with problems of\u0000 waste disposal. Industrial ecology is a young but growing multidisciplinary field of\u0000 research which combines aspects of engineering, economics, sociology, toxicology and the\u0000 natural sciences. Industrial ecology has been defined as a \"systems-based,\u0000 multidisciplinary discourse that seeks to understand emergent behavior of complex\u0000 integrated human/natural systems\". The field approaches issues of sustainability by\u0000 examining problems from multiple perspectives, usually involving aspects of sociology,\u0000 the environment, economy and technology. The impact of inspirational management on the life cycle\u0000 of innovative projects regarding the development of knowledge and management\u0000 technologies is determined. The key competences and priorities of the organization\u0000 regarding the implementation of the sustainable development strategy are considered. In\u0000 the process of research, two models of sustainable development were chosen based on the\u0000 application of innovative projects. The first model defines three levels of creative\u0000 competences – linear, literal and holistic. Within the limits of this model, the\u0000 qualitative effects of individual competencies on the formation of inspiring management\u0000 are defined on the example. The second model is related to the application of the system\u0000 of knowledge and competencies for the management of innovative projects and P2M\u0000 programs. Within this model, the priority competencies that form inspiring project\u0000 management are defined. Modern trends in the digital transformation of public finance control mechanisms\u0000 have been identified and characterized. The need to use automated information systems\u0000 and digital technologies to increase the effectiveness of public finance control is\u0000 considered, which is due to the following factors: significant volumes of information\u0000 that need to be processed; requirements for the speed and quality of inspections;\u0000 laboriousness of control procedures; the specificity and diversity of inspection\u0000 objects; cyclicality of the control technological process; the need for quick and\u0000 complete error detection. The important elements of the implementation of digital\u0000 technologies at the state level were analyzed and the problems of digitalization of\u0000 control over the public finances of the territorial community were identified. The tasks\u0000 of information systems of financial control and analysis are defined. The needs of\u0000 digital development in the context of public finance control, features of domestic and\u0000 foreign experience in software application in the field of public finance control are\u0000 considered. The stages of establishing control over public finances of territorial\u0000 communities are defined, they include: 1) informing; 2) error processing; 3)\u0000 interaction; 4) innovative processing; 5) transformation. Important elements of IT tools\u0000 and technologies affecting the development of control in the territorial community, such\u0000 as artificial intelligence, Blockchain, cloud technologies, Dashboard, verification and\u0000 validation of data, are studied. The advantages and benefits that can be obtained by\u0000 implementing digital technologies in the work of control bodies are shown. The state is\u0000 making a gradual transition from informatization and e-government to digitalization and\u0000 digital management based on the use of Big Data with the transition to \"deep machine\u0000 learning\" and the use of artificial intelligence (IoT). An essential lever for increasing the effectiveness of\u0000 anti-risk management in the development projects of providers of housing and communal\u0000 services is the possibility of adjusting priorities regarding the implementation of\u0000 development projects in real time due to the introduction of management automation and\u0000 decision-making algorithmization, a process approach to risk management and management\u0000 decision-making, and a dynamic organizational structure of project management\u0000 development Automation of management and algorithmization of management decision-making\u0000 allows all participants of development projects to be in one information system: to\u0000 build a logical sequence of tasks, to determine the project path, to create an\u0000 uninterrupted material flow with the minimization of necessary stocks, to establish\u0000 transparency and control for stakeholders of development projects, etc. Algorithmization\u0000 of decision-making allows timely prevention of project volume growth, low productivity,\u0000 cost overruns, lack of time, resources, decision-making based on incomplete information,\u0000 incompetence of development project participants. ERP systems include the systems that cover the\u0000 most important business processes of the enterprise and ensure their integration,\u0000 optimization, as well as balanced management of the resources involved. The essence,\u0000 architecture and general characteristics of ERP systems, their functionality and\u0000 implementation at enterprises are considered. An analysis of literary sources was\u0000 carried out on the study by many scientists of the essence of the concept of ERP\u0000 systems, their historical development, concept, as well as advantages and disadvantages\u0000 and economic efficiency. It was determined that ERP systems allow the most effective\u0000 planning of all commercial activities of a modern enterprise, including financial costs\u0000 for equipment restoration projects and investments in the production of new products.\u0000 The relevance of the research, which is determined by the modern needs of managing\u0000 business processes of an enterprise or company based on ERP systems, is considered. The\u0000 expediency of using systems of this class is caused by the need to manage business\u0000 processes in conditions of inflation and severe tax pressure. The purpose of this work\u0000 is to study the concept of ERP and the functional capabilities of ERP systems for small\u0000 and medium-sized enterprises. Various interpretations of the essence of the ERP system,\u0000 the modern market and examples of existing ERP systems of Ukrainian software\u0000 manufacturers are presented. To understand the functioning of the ERP system, its\u0000 structure was considered: blocks (platform and modules); three-level client-server\u0000 architecture (database, application server, user interface); core modules (production\u0000 management, supply management, financial management, resource management, customer\u0000 relationship management, project management). It was determined that the architecture of\u0000 the software product plays a very important role when selecting a system for business\u0000 optimization; modules of the ERP system allow you to optimize various aspects of the\u0000 company's work. The peculiarities of the architecture of the IT-Enterprise ERP system\u0000 and the functionality of the Perfectum CRM+ERP system for automating business processes\u0000 of the enterprise are considered. The general characteristics of the systems for the\u0000 execution of business processes of the enterprise are presented and the most common\u0000 approach to the classification of ERP systems for the automation of the enterprise's\u0000 business is determined. The functionality of the Perfectum CRM+ERP system for small and\u0000 medium-sized businesses is considered. A mathematical model of a developing engineering network, which even at the\u0000 design stage allows us to take into account the possibility of expanding or\u0000 reconstructing the system in case new customers are added to the target product, which\u0000 is a two-criteria block programming problem with separable criterion functions. In the\u0000 proposed mathematical model, the first criterion reflects the need to minimize financial\u0000 costs construction and operation of the network, in order to ensure portability of the\u0000 target product delivered at the time of designing. The second criterion expresses the\u0000 requirement of minimizing financial costs for the future development of the system in\u0000 the future from the achieved level, provided that the vector of the system’s development\u0000 is known before the engineering network design starts. Krivenko-Emetov","doi":"10.32347/2412-9933.2022.51.130-140","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32347/2412-9933.2022.51.130-140","url":null,"abstract":"The saddle point method is applied to the statistical integral of the Grand\u0000 Canonical Ensemble for the cases of one-component and two-component van der Waals gas.\u0000 This made it possible to obtain the state equation and corrections to the pressure and\u0000 density of the final statistical system. These contributions, taking into account the\u0000 realistic effective potential, make it possible to take into account the finite\u0000 dimensions of the system and, as expected, can be used, in particular, in the case of a\u0000 nuclear fireball that occurs in high-energy nucleus-nucleus collisions. The corrections\u0000 depending on the size of the system were compared with the corresponding fluctuations.\u0000 These corrections become insignificant at the thermodynamic boundary, where, according\u0000 to statistical physics, the difference between the observed thermodynamic quantities\u0000 obtained in different statistical ensembles disappears. Taking into account modern\u0000 estimates of the sizes of mesons and nucleons, as well as realistic estimates for the\u0000 potentials of their effective interactions, formulas for pressure with a transparent\u0000 nonrelativistic constraint are obtained.
