Experts in the field of economics see in such algorithms new opportunities for improving automated systems, transforming them into public automated systems of a new generation with advanced means of presenting various digital information resources and accessing them, created taking into account the need for integration and the use of APIs. Within the framework of the outlined problem, the scientific tasks of developing models, methods, algorithms and programs that simulate processes for data processing and price calculation in order to determine their main characteristics for the construction of mathematical software for automated retail price calculation systems are important [12]. In general, effective pricing contributes to the subordination of production to social needs, and an adequate level of prices contributes to economic growth, provides an effective competitive environment and orients production to innovative content [1]. The above determines the relevance of the development and improvement of algorithms for calculating the retail price of a product in the event, that already known algorithms determine the price inaccurately (for example, when there is insufficient amount of necessary data due to certain factors). At the same time, the geometric shape of the surface of the working bodies determines the character of the movement of particles on it. Particles of the technological material are often considered as material particles, which is acceptable because of their small dimensions. In this case, inertial forces from the rotation of the material are not taken into account, and as a result, the obtained analytical dependencies of its movement are somewhat approximate, however, it can be applied to a certain extent to the material and determine the direction of further research. A fairly common method of transporting technological material is the use of screws – a curved blade in the form of a strip of a helical conoid. Usually, a screw is moving and limited by a stationary coaxial cylindrical casing. In the article, the movement of a particle inside the vertical structure, which is made up of a cylinder and a coaxial strip of a helical conoid, and which rotates around a common vertical axis, is investigated. The differential equations of the relative movement of the particle along the periphery of the screw have been received. A special case, when the surfaces are stationary, was considered. A qualitative analysis of the obtained equations was made and based on this, the patterns of particle movement along the helical line – the curve of the intersection of the screw with the cylinder – were found. Constructive and kinematic parameters, when the particle moves up during sliding along a helical line or falls down, were found. It was established that if the angle of rising of the curve of the intersection of the limiting cylinder with the surface of the screw is less than or equal to the angle of friction of the particle on it, then the movement of the particle in both directions becomes impossible. This applies to both moving and stationary surfaces. The relevance and practical value of such a model is emphasized. Scientific studies on the optimization and digitization of the business process of procurement management in various industries have been reviewed and analyzed. The analysis of the following models and methods that can be used in the construction of an integral model was carried out: a multi-criteria mathematical model of supplier selection, an adaptive convolution method, a controlling method, an optimization model of cost determination, a threshold delivery point model. Based on the analysis, a model of digitalization of the business process of hardware procurement management for IT companies was developed. The following model structure is proposed: the company's internal database; software module for analyzing the current state of material resources (hardware); external sources of hardware; program-algorithm for finding offers of necessary hardware; configuration data to determine hardware compliance with IT company requirements; a module for processing existing proposals based on an artificial neural network; graphic interface of interaction with the system; integration layers. The product that implements the created model has been identified – it is a decision support system for IT company purchases based on an artificial neural network. A functional description of each of the modules of the future system has been made. Recommendations on the application of the analyzed models of algorithms and methods in the implementation of the software product have been developed. A conclusion was made regarding the proposed model, its integrity, flexibility, and scalability were emphasized. The analysis of literary sources established that the existing systems with the possibility of adaptation are inefficient, developed without taking into account the methods and means of self-organization, do not meet the modern requirements of education. An approach to the tasks of creating knowledge control systems is proposed, which is based on scientific results obtained in the theory of information interaction. In order to ensure a sufficient level of research on methodological problems related to the learning process, the features of information interaction during automated learning were analyzed using structural schemes of traditional and computer-based learning processes, information flows between their components. The relevance of applying and improving methods related to measuring the level of knowledge and tracking their transformation in the learning process is considered. The transformation of information and its transformation into knowledge in the learning process is represented by an information scheme with defined stages. As a result of the analysis of the features of information interaction during automated training, it was determined that systems capable of adapting to the level and structure of learning knowledge can be truly effective. A description of the development and use of knowledge control tools in educational testing based on the scientific and methodological basis of the theory of information interaction is presented. It is proposed to develop the scientific foundations of student knowledge modeling in adaptive means of knowledge control systems through the reflection of information interaction processes in the subject area of study. The uncertainty of the state of knowledge and the formation of the survey technology is presented using the method of calculating the estimate of the joint conditional probability of knowing the answer to the question of the discipline according to individual conditional probabilities. A method of self-organization of the knowledge model was built in order to adapt the survey or training technology to the level and distribution of knowledge of the person studying in the subject area of the discipline. It performs the function of optimizing the sequence of questions asked, performs an analysis of the existing macro-informational knowledge model of the learner, and determines the question, the answer to which will maximally change the definition of this model. Schemes of information flows and information interaction in the self-organization module of the knowledge model are presented. Studying mental activity in business interaction, training, consumer activity, and entertainment is becoming increasingly popular. The study of the peculiarities of the functioning of human consciousness contributes to the successful integration of brain-computer interfaces into modern technologies of information systems such as invisible computing. The article highlights the latest trends in the development and implementation of neuro-computer interfaces with the principles of the organization of e-society and the problems and prospects that arise in the conditions of its evolution. The analysis was carried out based on the research of real successfully implemented projects, and the experience of participation in conferences was applied. Possible actual implementations are described, and examples have already been implemented. Particular attention is paid to the issue of neuro-computer inequality and its solution, which is one of the main detachable issues that have been updated in recent years. The implementation of neuro-computer interfaces in combination with popular trends and technologies such as post-quantum programming, consciousness uploading, cloud and fog computing, and enter civilization communication are investigated. The nearest electronic society stage (2035-2050) based on Z and α generations will acquire critical skills in mental management of intelligent environments, increasing the efficiency of information systems of any complexity and purpose. Each of the above applied areas contains its own knowledge base, various information technologies that take into account the characteristics of each of them. The procedure of forming the concept of color atlas of the construction site in the intellectual information environment in construction, its features and composition, the difference from the usual procedures of forming the knowledge system, as well as the proposed and described approach to its study, the information interaction of the intellectual environment of the object object of construction. The possibility of constructing different formalizations of СABS on the basis of ontological and semantic graphs and the graph of the construction site image is shown. The problems that arise in the process of formalization and analysis of СABS in order to search for image elements are identified and described. The substantive structure of СABS and the equivalence of СABS graphs are determined, taking into account the possibility of introducing similarity measures. СABS in terms of pragmatic classification is a specialized finding of elements on construction sites. The work is performed in the framework of cluster analysis and focuses on the development of methods for constructing algorithms for recognition and identification of construction sites. For the described transformations, research was conducted on their observation in digital images, as well as the possibility of observing the invariants of transformations. The work was performed for СABS in order to determine the possibility of building its information model, taking into account the development of methods for constructing algorithms for recognition and identification on construction sites. For organizations energy is a resource used in the energy exchange process with the external environment. Energy exchange, dissipation, interaction with the external environment by the form of \"external part of the structure\" of the organization and temperature as an indicator of the effectiveness of this interaction in the context not only economically but also with uncertainty - all this is the result of the second thermodynamics law universality. The development of entropy management concept and the idea of considering organizations as an analogue of a thermodynamic system, which is characterized by energy exchange processes within the system and with the external environment, grounds to the necessity to expand the set of indicators of the organization’ state in this context. The functions of states include enthalpy, that reflects the amount of energy available for transformation into heat according to accepted understanding. Enthalpy in the context of organizations reflects the \"available resource\" of the system for energy exchange with the external environment and maintaining the structure of the system. The purpose of this study is to substantiate and analyze the enthalpy equation for organizations. This approach is approved by the development of the idea to apply the thermodynamics laws to the management of organizations. In the framework of this study, the equation of enthalpy change based on the Gibbs-Helmholtz equation is proposed. This equation unifies the increase of free energy, entropy and uncertainty (information entropy). Enthalpy in this approach assesses the energy potential of the organization. Modern technological trends in the development of the digital economy have been studied. Prerequisites, challenges and drivers of digital transformation of domestic business structures are structured, with their division into external and internal, which can act as a basis for determining the vectors of innovative development of enterprises based on \"numbers\". It was determined that digital technologies and data obtained from their use can provide new sources of knowledge, innovation and profit for business. It is noted that information and communication technologies are a fundamental stimulus for the growth of international production. Coordination of increasingly complex and scattered global production networks could not be possible without significant improvement in communication capabilities. The directions of the main transformations taking place in the existing approaches to the organization and management of international production systems are determined. As a systematic scientific and applied support for the competitiveness of enterprises implementing construction projects on the basis of the introduced methodology and the corresponding apparatus of formalized decision-making, the toolkit of digital administration was substantiated by the activities of СЕ-S (construction enterprise-stakeholder). The leading subsystems of the toolkit are the following: an integrated analytical and diagnostic subsystem, which, using a special system of indicators adapted to the economic, operational-production, functional-technological and administrative features of СЕ-S, provides a comprehensive analysis of the equilibrium level of BP-S regarding the enterprise's preservation of progressive development or certain (non-critical, risky, to critical, critical) deviation of the enterprise in this trajectory; subsystem of organizational management with the introduction of innovative management, organizational-administrative and information technologies; СЕ-S personnel motivation subsystem, which is integrated into the enterprise management circuit. With the use of the specified subsystems, the toolkit provides economic controlling, administration and adjustment of CE activities. Therefore, the DFD chart includes the following indicators of comfort: 1. Factors of comfortable living in the neighborhood. 2. Factors of comfort of the house territory. 3. Factors of home comfort. 4. Factors of apartment comfort, as well as a description of external entities (expert, buyer, construction company) and their impact on all indicators of comfort. Next, we present and describe the input and output data streams in which information is determined and transmitted from the source (process, external entities) to the receiver (external entities, processes). After constructing the context diagram, we obtained a complex system, which is further presented in the form of a hierarchy of the context diagram of the 1st level and contains a set of four subsystems and is connected by data streams and form data warehouses (environment, fuzzy set, norm), which are the prototype of the future database. As a result of research of the DFD chart of the 1st level we received: 1. The main functions are defined. 2. Described objects. 3. The main data streams are defined. 3. Creating an information system using data warehouses. The following is the 2nd level of the DFD chart and we use it for a detailed description of the information system, which provides an opportunity to consider in more detail the work of the designed system \"Comfort of the neighborhood\", namely the detail of the lower level process. Accordingly, each process coexists with the top-level process and I use the structural process numbers. We detail the process of the DFD chart of the 1st level 1.2, which contains 2 processes: (processing pedestrian accessibility, 1.2.2 Processing noise level) and describes the hierarchy of input and output data streams into the system. Next, we move from data warehouses to building a database model, which we present in the form of such diagrams (conceptual model, data model and physical model).
