Within the limits of this model, the\n qualitative effects of individual competencies on the formation of inspiring management\n are defined on the example. The second model is related to the application of the system\n of knowledge and competencies for the management of innovative projects and P2M\n programs. Within this model, the priority competencies that form inspiring project\n management are defined. Abstract

The role and place of inspiring management in the management of projects for the creation of information technologies for the development of organizations is considered. A conceptual model of inspiring management in the processes of managing innovative projects based on entrepreneurial energy (enthalpy according to the law of thermodynamics) is presented. The impact of inspirational management on the life cycle of innovative projects regarding the development of knowledge and management technologies is determined.
