The impact of inspirational management on the life cycle\n of innovative projects regarding the development of knowledge and management\n technologies is determined. The key competences and priorities of the organization\n regarding the implementation of the sustainable development strategy are considered. In\n the process of research, two models of sustainable development were chosen based on the\n application of innovative projects. The first model defines three levels of creative\n competences – linear, literal and holistic. Within the limits of this model, the\n qualitative effects of individual competencies on the formation of inspiring management\n are defined on the example. The second model is related to the application of the system\n of knowledge and competencies for the management of innovative projects and P2M\n programs. Within this model, the priority competencies that form inspiring project\n management are defined. Abstract
