Domestic violence is a learned behavior that includes actions, harsh words to someone with elements of threat, force, physical, sexual, economic, emotional and verbal violence. Respondents in this study were four survivors recommended by legal aid agencies that focus on handling cases against women and children. This study aims to understand about resilience in women survivors of domestic violence. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Violence against women is an act that violates human rights. The data in this study were taken by using observation techniques and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that resilience appears as an interaction between risk factors and protective factors. The four respondents are able to be resilient by optimizing aspects of social support and good adaptability to the problems they face. The protective factors possessed by respondents are relationships based on trust, responsibility, initiative, self-skill development, and identity stability. Seeing that the number of single mother workers continues to grow, until now there has been no research on Work-Life Balance (WLB) in single mothers who work and become housewives. With such a high demand of responsibilities, one question to be raised was how those women balance between work and their own life (work-life balance, WLB). One previous WLB research used expatriates as its participants. One drawback was that research was not considered as gender specific. Besides, there is no WLB research on single working mothers. Hence, the aim of this study is to illustrate the issue of WLB among female employees who are also single mothers. This study used a qualitative method and used nine participants to explore the definitions, challenges, and support for WLB. One unique result is that single parent women with multiple roles whose children were still in the early childhood and middle childhood phases felt that they could balance between work and their life. Meanwhile, for a single parent woman who has a dual role whose child is already in the adolescence phase, feels that their work and personal life is not balanced. Kata kunci : work engagement, family-supportive supervisor behavior, work-family enrichment , work-family culture , era pandemi Abstract The pandemic era has modified the work environment, causing employees to spend more time at home, raising the question of whether there has been a shift in work engagement. Work engagement is an important factor in the organization. This study aims to determine how the mechanism of indirect relationships of family-supportive supervisor behavior, work-family enrichment, and work engagement during the pandemic era are moderated by work-family culture. Data was obtained from employees of a government agency located in Jakarta who implemented work from home or a hybrid work system with a minimum of one year of service under the same supervisor. Data collection was done using convenience sampling, with N = 174 (64.9 percent female, average age of 36.5 years). In this study, regression analysis with the Hayes PROCESS model 14 was used as the analytical method. The results of the study support the moderating effect of work-family culture on the indirect relationship of family-supportive supervisor behavior on work engagement through work-family enrichment. Remote learning, despite having many advantages, is also influencing students performance, such as academic procrastination. This research tried to investigate how CBT based group online training could reduce the academic procrastination among male Junior High School students. There were 4 participants (12–14 years old) in this study. Participants were recruited using accidental sampling then screened by thei IPS score, only those with high IPS score were allowed to join the training. The training ran for seven sessions, the duration of each session was 50– 70 minutes. This study was quantitative quasi experiment, the data of this study were collected during pretest, post-test, and follow up (one month after the training was ended). The data then being analized using Friedman’s Test.
