Literature studies showed that teachers needed Digital Literacy and Growth Mindset to accept the new technology used. This study examined the contribution of the Digital Literacy and Growth Mindset in predicting the usage of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Respondents of this study were 60 lecturers in one university in Jakarta, where the LMS has been developed to be used in their learning and teaching processes. They were consented to become subjects of the study. Data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed by multiple regression. Results of this study indicated that Digital Literacy and Growth Mindset simultaneously had a significant contribution to the effective usage of LMS (R2=0.419, F (2) = 20.545, p0.05). This research also showed that Digital Literacy had contributed more than the Growth Mindset (β=0.406 β=0.295). In facing the digital learning transformation during the pandemic time, collaboration is needed from all important actors in the education sector, such as lecturers, universities, and students, to support the development of a better digital learning ecosystem. It is suggested to upscale the study to generate the hypothesis that Digital Literacy is truly a critical aspect to be studied in this digital learning technology acceleration era.","PeriodicalId":31993,"journal":{"name":"Psikodimensia Kajian Ilmiah Psikologi","volume":"28 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84101486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They engender a reduction in functional abilities, changing over time, and are perceived differently by individuals (Biccheri et al., 2016) . The selected participants were 16 people aged 23-71 years old. The results showed that the average fibromyalgia impact on the quality of life experienced by research participants included in the category of moderate (M=113.82), and the average survivors had moderate social support (M=64.9) and the number of significant others were little (M=65.76). Further research needs to be undertaken to identify aspects of trust in the closest people who play a role in survivors' social support. Quality of life needs to be focused as the most prominent psychosocial problem in survivors' health.","PeriodicalId":31993,"journal":{"name":"Psikodimensia Kajian Ilmiah Psikologi","volume":"14 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81707847","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper aimed to identify the decision-making style; describe and measure the degree of self-compassion and job satisfaction; and determine the difference in self-compassion and job satisfaction across decision-making styles among respondents. The General Decision-making Styles Questionnaire (GDSQ), Self-compassion Scale, and Job Satisfaction Survey were administered to 359 respondents who aged from 28-60 years old, regardless of gender, across different companies in Calabarzon. The respondents were employees from entry level positions, supervisors, as well as executive level positions. Results have shown that rational, intuitive, dependent, avoidant, spontaneous, and dependent were the decision-making styles among respondents. The degree of self-compassion was at a high level (M=142.78, SD=21.16), while the degree of job satisfaction showed respondents’ ambivalence towards their job (M=3.51, SD=0.46). The Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) confirmed a significant difference (Fobt= 5.054**, p of 0.0001) in the self-compassion and job satisfaction across decision-making styles among Filipino workers and was validated by Fisher’s LSD as a post hoc test. Outcomes of the study is recommended as a basis in proposing intervention programs in human resource management and industrial psychology. Mixed-method research is recommended to strengthen the concepts of self-compassion and related variables in this study.","PeriodicalId":31993,"journal":{"name":"Psikodimensia Kajian Ilmiah Psikologi","volume":"177 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80677072","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to identify and describe the meaning of pension well-being for private employees and civil servants in Indonesia. This study conducted development interviews called subject-object interviews with twenty-five retirees consisting of 15 civil servants and ten private employees. The interviews were analyzed using Giorgi's phenomenological descriptive method. Based on this phenomenon, the findings of this study are divided into four: 1) Being grateful for health, 2) Giving meaning to life and society through new experiences, and 3) Being able to make choices independently and without ties to other people. People, 4) Creating positive family relationships. In this study, HARS scale results show that most of the respondent experience anxiety; this is indicated by physical, emotional, and mental/cognitive categories. These findings promote well-being in retirement by comprehensively describing the welfare phenomena experienced by retirees.","PeriodicalId":31993,"journal":{"name":"Psikodimensia Kajian Ilmiah Psikologi","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72929384","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the ability of lecturers is often unable to keep up with rapid technological developments and the lack of resources provided by institutions, causes lecturers to feel stressed during the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of technostress on lecturer performance using the Person-Organization Fit theory approach. The results showed that at the organizational level, the discrepancy between abilities and demands (AD-O) (B= -.39; p.01) had a significant negative and positive effect on lecturer needs with supplies (NS-O) (B=. 24;p.05) with performance. At the individual level, the mismatch between needs and supply (NS-T) (B=-.51; p.01), the absence of social support from colleagues (PPF) (B=-.32; p.01) had an effect significant negative. The findings of this study indicate that both the organizational level and peer support (AD-O and PPF) as well as the individual level (NS-T) play an important role in predicting a decrease in lecturer performance, while the mismatch between ability demands at the individual level has no effect on performance. The implications of this research will be discussed further in the discussion.
