Abstract
There is a rapid increase of mental health issues in college students nowadays, therefore the awareness to seek help is needed. However, help-seeking behavior is often inhibited. This study is aimed to identify the stages and inhibiting factors of help-seeking behavior in students with non-medical majors at X University.
