Identifikasi Tahap-tahap Help-Seeking Behavior pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Non-Kesehatan

Abstract

There is a rapid increase of mental health issues in college students nowadays, therefore the awareness to seek help is needed. However, help-seeking behavior is often inhibited. This study is aimed to identify the stages and inhibiting factors of help-seeking behavior in students with non-medical majors at X University. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The sampling process used a purposive sampling method. Data are collected from open-ended questionnaires and interviews then analyzed by using thematic analysis technique.
