Through the analysis of influencing factors, it is shown that, in order to effectively educate children on socialemotional skills, it is necessary to pay attention to objective factors (group of friends in the class, conditions, and levels of interest of children). young family, social environment, early childhood education environment), and subjective factors (children's characteristics, teacher's capacity). At the same time, the analysis of these influencing factors can also confirm that the education of social-emotional skills for 5-6 years old children is an urgent requirement to equip children with important \"non-cognitive skills\". to adapt to life in primary school and cope with the new changes of the times. The basic method used in this article is a qualitative research method combined with a quantitative research method. Encouraging the participation of stakeholders in school- based curriculum development is a fundamental and very important content of the process of democratizing education or promoting decentralization of education management. In the past, curriculum development was approached in a centralized manner (traditional approach), with program decision-making in the hands of a central authority. With the trend of democracy in education and especially the rapid development of science - technology, information technology creates much more diverse needs from the society, from which emerged the approach decentralization of curriculum development in the national education system. Under this approach, the local government and especially the school are entitled to develop their own curriculum within the prescribed framework according to the national framework program. Involvement of more stakeholders requires cooperation and sharing of power in order to operate smoothly and efficiently. We also analyzed the transition from assessing knowledge and skills to assessing mathematical competence as a guideline for assessment in teaching. Developing aesthetic reading skills for students becomes an urgent requirement when implementing the 2018 Literacy Education Program. Accordingly, the goal of teaching aesthetic reading is that through reading comprehension activities, students explore and improve themselves, contributing to the formation and development of capacity and quality. Through teaching reading skills in reading activities, in experiential activities, and reading texts through experience (or through teaching experiential activities), the article proposes the designing process and the model of teaching aesthetic reading through teaching experiential activities in Literature subject. The method of sociological investigation through online survey via Google Forms and quantitative analysis method by SPSS 20.0 software have been researched and used in the process of collecting feedback from students about the degree of influence. Influence of groups of factors: instructorslecturers, the support from training management and mass organizations, the interaction in the online environment, the support from family and society, technology, and digital resources. The research results show that all external factors have a positive correlation with the online learning quality of pedagogical students, in which the strongest correlation is in the factor of the instructorlecturer variable (Mean = 4.12), and the factor for the support of family and society (Mean =4.10) and the last is the area for the variable of “infrastructure, technology, and learning resources” (Mean =3.7). Using community service learning methods in universities helps students to be self-disciplined and proactive in acquiring specialized knowledge, especially making an important contribution to the development of basic skills in students: practical capacity, competence problem-solving ability, creative thinking ability, teamwork ability, adaptive capacity,... and at the same time helping students become self-aware of their own roles and responsibilities to the community. However, the application of community service teaching methods in universities in Vietnam is still limited. Within the scope of this article, the author analyzes and clarifies some theoretical issues about teaching methods to serve the community and the reality of using community service teaching methods in universities in Vietnam. To address this research gap, the article focuses on analyzing the current situation of training management in the context of digital transformation at the National Academy of Education Management on the basis of a theoretical framework for digital transformation in higher education institutions. The article employs mixed research approach and convergent parallel mixed method design (Creswell, 2013), which uses and analyzes 29 secondary data, questionnaire survey with 244 students, indepth interviews 8 staff, lecturers and 9 students. Research results have shown the characteristics of training management in the context of digital transformation on five aspects: leadership and strategy; facilities, infrastructure, technology; regulations, operation; people; organizational culture. Experiments can be used to develop students' capacity to use knowledge and skills through situations and foregrounds. The article presents some the following contents: Manifestations of the representation competency; Proposal of using experiments in teaching according to the flipped classroom model to develop students' representation competency; Illustrative examples in two topics of stoichiometry, nitrogen - sulfur in Chemistry Curriculum 2018 and the process of pedagogical experimentation at Nguyen Trai High School (Binh Duong) and Vinh Loc High School (Ho Chi Minh City).
