To address this research gap, the article focuses on analyzing the current situation of training management in the context of digital transformation at the National Academy of Education Management on the basis of a theoretical framework for digital transformation in higher education institutions. The article employs mixed research approach and convergent parallel mixed method design (Creswell, 2013), which uses and analyzes 29 secondary data, questionnaire survey with 244 students, indepth interviews 8 staff, lecturers and 9 students. Research results have shown the characteristics of training management in the context of digital transformation on five aspects: leadership and strategy; facilities, infrastructure, technology; regulations, operation; people; organizational culture. 摘要

近年来,越南国内外关于高等教育数字化转型的研究项目数量显著增加,研究课题种类繁多,但对数字化转型背景下高等院校培训活动的深入研究课题和综合管理数量有限。为了弥补这一研究缺口,本文在构建高校数字化转型理论框架的基础上,重点分析了国家教育管理研究院数字化转型背景下的培训管理现状。本文采用混合研究法和收敛平行混合法设计(Creswell, 2013),使用并分析了29份二手数据,对244名学生进行了问卷调查,对8名教职员、讲师和9名学生进行了深度访谈。研究结果显示了数字化转型背景下培训管理的特点,主要表现在五个方面:领导力和战略;设施、基础设施、技术;规定操作;人;组织文化。研究结果对处于数字化转型初期的公立高等学校具有一定的借鉴意义。
