Child labor causes serious consequences affecting the development of children, families and society in all the different countries around the world. Faced with that situation, international law in general and the laws of countries in particular, including Vietnam, have stipulated specific regulations on the prevention and reduction of child labor. These legal documents are an important basis for conducting and implementing activities in the identification, prevention, intervention, reduction and elimination of child labor. The content of this paper will focus on studying a number of important international and Vietnamese legal documents regulating the prevention and reduction of child labor. Accordingly, students are not only guided to read informational texts, but also practice writing these texts based on a specific process. This article outlines a number of requirements for teaching writing lessons due to the characteristics of texts and the requirements of teaching writing with a process approach. Throughout Blended Learning, instructors will give some clear parts of instructions on a part of their lesson, students will do online work without the lecturers for the rest. Students are likely to become active and understand new concepts more easily than passively acquire knowledge in traditional classrooms. Higher education institutions have a large number of suitable characteristics to deploy Blended Learning, such as the understanding of learners in information and technology, high-quality professors, and easy access to technology. The characteristics of economic science subjects are sociality, advisable communication, reading documents, videos, multiple choices, and analysis question(s). Moreover, the features of majors in higher education are more highly appreciated with Blended learning. Blended Learning makes these majors more effective in learning and teaching. These days, although E-learning develops drastically, with some problems with the insight of Vietnam’s educational condition, reverse classes have proved the corresponding in building a great environment that helps this method to be dominant. This study comes up with building integration of evaluation teaching scale at higher education institutions in Vietnam, according to the example of Blended Learning, in response to the process of teaching. This scale with criterias about Blended learning set the targets to evaluate the effectiveness and the ability of far-reaching of this teaching method at higher education institutions in Vietnam. Digital transformation is one of the issues of special interest not only in education and training but also in other activities of Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE). The application of digital transformation to delegations is one of the solutions being focused on by the delegation of Hanoi National University of Education in particular and universities in general. In this work, a new proposal including a support system for member evaluation which we have built will be introduced (https:youth-union-support-system.learning2ne1.com). The system serves as a platform for students to collaborate, assign tasks, and track responses and statistics. Responses of assigned tasks are strictly reviewed, checked, and stored as proof of duty. At the end of each school year, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) members will be classified into members based on the level of completion of the assigned tasks. Our framework will change the membership evaluation process. Experiential learning activities using experiments in teaching chemistry play a very important role in the new general education curriculum. Through these activities, students have more opportunities to apply their acquired knowledge and skills in real life to form and develop general and specific competencies and enhance their creativity and passion. Within the scope of this article, we have studied the theoretical basis of experiential learning and organized experiential learning activities using experiments (Test Kit) to identify and determine ammonium (NH4+) concentration in 7 fertilizer samples (Ure CO(NH2)2; NPK, organic fertilizers, natural water samples) to improve students' environmental protection competence. The results of pedagogical experimentation on 85 students (class 11) of Truc Ninh B High School, Nam Dinh province, and 87 students (class 11) of Tue Tinh High School in Hai Duong province have proved the feasibility and effectiveness of this study. Students with disabilities must face challenges to be able to develop their competencies in different subjects as well as in experiential activities. Life adaptive competency is one of very important competencies in the program of Experiential activities that students will develop their knowledge of understanding about themselves and their living environment as well as practice their self-regulation skills in responding to change. However, students with disabilities show a lack of life-adaptive competency because of the difficulties caused by their own disabilities as well as other external influences. The club model is one of the solutions that inclusive elementary schools can choose to improve competencies in general and life adaptive competency in particular for all students including those one with disabilities. {"title":"RESULTS OF DEVELOPING LISTENING AND SPEAKING SKILLS FOR CHILDREN WITH HEARING IMPAIRMENT AGED 3-6 YEARS IN INCLUSIVE KINDERGARTEN CLASSES","authors":"Phuong Nguyen Minh","doi":"10.18173/2354-1075.2023-0023","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18173/2354-1075.2023-0023","url":null,"abstract":"This article analyzed results of experimenting of 3 groups of measures with 8 specific measures for the development of listening and speaking skills for children with hearing impairment aged 3-6 years in kindergarten-based daily routines include: (1) Group of conditional measures; (2) Group of measures for the development of listening and speaking skills in kindergarten-based daily routines; (3) Group of measures for the development of listening and speaking skills through individualized support. The experiment was conducted on 3 children with hearing impairment who use sensory devices, aged 3-6 years, and attend inclusive kindergartens. The experimental results analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively showed that the listening and speaking skills in all 3 cases have significantly improved, although there are differences in level. The leadership role of principal is increasingly interested for many reasons, mainly high schools are experiencing drastic reforms, teaching from content approach to competency approach that requires the principal to lead the school to adapt to the new requirements of reality. Moreover, the increasing pressure of school autonomy promotes proactivity and positivity in the leadership of the school's activities. The changes that are forced to go through (surpass) and the pressure of decentralization push many changes in the school organization with its accompanying elements such as new curriculum, new teachers, the application of technology (technology application), etc… The principal, as an instructional leader, must ensure there is a connection (an association) between the curriculum, the instruction, and the assessment of the standards necessary to ensure student achievement. The article aims to develop criteria to evaluate the instructional leadership role of the principals of secondary schools in response to educational innovation. The criteria developed include: Determining the vision for teaching activities; Developing programs and directing teaching activities; Creating conditions to promote teaching activities; Motivation for teaching activities; Encourage the application of ICT in teaching.
