At the end of each school year, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) members will be classified into members based on the level of completion of the assigned tasks. Our framework will change the membership evaluation process. Abstract

Increasingly, work is becoming digital, mobile, and social. Digital transformation is one of the issues of special interest not only in education and training but also in other activities of Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE).
