APPLYING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION TO THE YOUTH UNION’S WORK AT HANOI NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION

Abstract

Increasingly, work is becoming digital, mobile, and social. Digital transformation is one of the issues of special interest not only in education and training but also in other activities of Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE). The application of digital transformation to delegations is one of the solutions being focused on by the delegation of Hanoi National University of Education in particular and universities in general. In this work, a new proposal including a support system for member evaluation which we have built will be introduced (https:\\youth-union-support-system.learning2ne1.com\). The system serves as a platform for students to collaborate, assign tasks, and track responses and statistics. Responses of assigned tasks are strictly reviewed, checked, and stored as proof of duty. At the end of each school year, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) members will be classified into members based on the level of completion of the assigned tasks. Our framework will change the membership evaluation process. The evaluation will be done entirely on the system without using handouts in the usual way.
