The method of sociological investigation through online survey via Google Forms and quantitative analysis method by SPSS 20.0 software have been researched and used in the process of collecting feedback from students about the degree of influence. Influence of groups of factors: instructors\\lecturers, the support from training management and mass organizations, the interaction in the online environment, the support from family and society, technology, and digital resources. The research results show that all external factors have a positive correlation with the online learning quality of pedagogical students, in which the strongest correlation is in the factor of the instructor\\lecturer variable (Mean = 4.12), and the factor for the support of family and society (Mean =4.10) and the last is the area for the variable of “infrastructure, technology, and learning resources” (Mean =3.7).
