Each region according to its habits performs in various ways and rituals, in West Sumatra, especially in the Kec.VII Koto Sei Sariak Padang Pariaman . This study aims to: (1). Inventory the types of attributes used by the people of Kecamatan VII Koto Sei Sariak Pariaman . (2). Identifying the character values that are built from the attributes used for the Prophet Muhammad's birthday procession starting from preparation, implementation, and closing. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using a semiotic approach. The research location is in the district, Sei sariak Pariaman . Research data sources are the community, youth leaders, religious leaders, government leaders and others. The research data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis referring to the theory put forward by Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it is known that the people of Sei Sariak Pariaman use every ceremonial ceremony to inherit spiritual values simultaneously with the character values of the Sei Sariak community. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between the influence of creativity, social interaction, and entrepreneurial motivation of Padang State University students. The method used is the path analysis method using structural equations. The results show 1) There is a direct effect of creativity (X1) on entrepreneurial interest (Y) where the better creativity, the interest in entrepreneurship will increase. Conversely, the lower the creativity, the lower the performance it has; 2) There is a direct influence of social interaction (X2) on entrepreneurial interest (Y) where the better the social interaction, the higher the interest in entrepreneurship. Conversely, the lower the social interaction ability, the lower the interest in entrepreneurship; and 3) There is a direct effect of entrepreneurial motivation (X3) on entrepreneurial interest (Y) where the higher the entrepreneurial motivation a student has, the interest in entrepreneurship will increase. The e-PC can facilitate counselors and their clients to discuss mental health issues. This web-based counseling service is one of the innovative models in counseling field from which the counselor can make a practical service at anywhere and anytime as long as the internet connection is available. This e-PC service is very helpful especially for students who are dealing with stress, losing identity, experiencing a complicated relationships, feeling isolated or depressed, worried about school performance and many others. These students are extremely in need of counseling service. However, for the students to come to a counselor or counseling teacher in conventional manner (face to face interaction) is very difficult. There are some feelings which haunt them such as insecurity, fear of many things particularly being negatively judged. As a result, many students avoid to visit counselor despite of their needs in counseling service. The e-Personal Counseling (e-PC) therefore provides opportunity for the students to still be able to get counseling service with non judmental environment. The population of this study was 338 certified teachers of State Vocational Schools in Padangsidimpuan. Sampling was carried out proportionally with a sample of 200 people. This research instrument was a questionnaire to collect data on principal policies on professional commitment and learning effectiveness. The data obtained were analyzed by SEM method using Amos. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of the principal's policy on professional commitment by 0.706 or 49.84%. (2) there is a positive effect of professional commitment on the effectiveness of learning by 0.791 or 62.56%. and (3) there is a positive influence of the principal's policy through professional commitment to the effectiveness of learning by 0.935 or 87.42%. Schools and colleges have no other choice but to carry out online learning (teaching and learning process is conducted remotely) as replacement of conventional, face to face learning. The variety of online media and the competence of teachers and lecturers play important role on student’s learning quality and understanding of the material. Hence, monitoring and evaluation (monev) should be conducted to measure to what extent online learning can replace conventional learning in achieving educational goals amid the pandemic situation. This study is aimed at developing modules of online learning monitoring and evaluation and describing how monitoring and evaluation process are conducted in an online systems. The type of this research is development research (R&D). The sample of this study was the principal and the teachers of SMA Santo Carolus Surabaya. Before conducting this research, a preliminary study was accomplished to analyze the problems related to online learning that are mostly faced by the teachers. Then, monitoring and evaluation module was made up from online learning monitoring and evaluation instruments, and guidelines for implementing online monitoring and evaluation. The next stage was conducting virtual training regarding online monitoring and evaluation as well as report on the results of monitoring and evaluation activities.
