The study was also aimed to describe the activities done by the English lecturer in the process of teaching and learning and the students’ difficulties in speaking. The data were gathered through observation, an oral test in the form of an interview, and documentation. The participants of the study were 20 students majoring in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics. The findings indicated that the average score of speaking ability of non-English department was 2.36 categorized as Fair . From the class observation, it was also discovered that the English lecturer already applied the stages of teaching English through reading materials on certain topics but lacked oral activities in the first week of teaching but with more speaking in the second week activities after the researcher hold a lengthy discussion. In the case of the participants’ difficulties in speaking, it was noticeable that they had difficulties in grammar vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency to some extent. Proponents of gender issues generally understand that men and women are equal and equal in any case. So that today it is no longer strange to hear news about events that carry this issue, such as men marrying men or women marrying women. There are even figures who are born male change their gender to become female for reasons of equality and full rights over themselves. The aim to be achieved in this study is to know the principles of Islam in educating people to understand gender correctly and correctly. The method used is descriptive content analysis with a qualitative approach that relies on secondary data. The results of the study show that basically, Islam has introduced gender principles proportionally. Gender issues were instilled from an early age. For example, when a child is born with multiple sexes, it is ordered to confirm it to a boy or a girl. When the child is 7 years old, parents are taught to separate the beds for boys and girls to maintain their gender identity. When the child has left for adulthood, Islam teaches things that are prohibited regarding sexual deviations such as the prohibition of having same-sex relations because it violates human nature. Islamic teachings also teach proportional parallels that men and women who do good are equal before Allah. As a form of gender assurance, Islam teaches that to build a family, it must be ensured that the person who is going to marry is a man and a woman. To be qualified educators in that discipline, their ability in reading Al-Qur'an must be above average. However, based on the test conducted, only 25% of the students read Al-Qur'an correctly and adequately, according to tajwid's kaidah. This study aims to develop a learning E-Book of Al- Qur'an, considering as the initial stage in developing the murshid (peer tutor) learning model in Al- Qur'an learning. The model was developed using the ADDIE development model. In other words, the research development procedure was under the steps for learning development based on the ADDIE model. This study aimed to develop an outbound learning model to improve students' caring character for the social environment. This research is the Mix Method using the Research & Development approach. The development model used is ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The subjects in this study were 27 students consisting of 24 male students and three female students. The instrument was used in the form of a Likert scale model and a questionnaire containing caring student characters' statements. The data analysis used was the validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability and the errors in mathematics lesson plans written by PSTE students. This study used a combined method / mixed method by combining qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The results of this study concluded that the lesson plans for mathematics learning developed by PSTE students were not following the defined systematics, and there were some errors found in the lesson plans components. Networked-based Inquiry is a learning model that relies on digital technology to provide opportunities for students to carry out scientific investigations, knowledge construction, problem-solving experiences, digital collaboration, and digital communication. This research was research and development using the Plomp model. Instruments used were questionnaires and data were analyzed descriptively based on the score sheet of validation. The product was validated by a pedagogy expert, physics education expert, instructional technology expert, and language expert. Observation results were analyzed by Aiken's V formula. The analysis showed that the average values of Aiken's V were 0.87. The result of the validity showed that Networked-based Inquiry learning model was valid criteria. The research method was a survey with a quantitative approach. The data were analysed by using path analysis. The variables of this research are management knowledge (X1), principal performance (Y) and school performance quality (Z). The description of knowledge management knowledge (X1) is measured through 35 tests; the lowest score is 15, and the highest score is 35. The results of the data analysis shows that an average score was 27.47; a standard deviation was3.62; a median was 27.0, and mode was 27. Achievement of respondents about management knowledge is 38.46%. It is in the cumulative frequency class of 70.51. The results showed that the sig. 0.94 was higher than 0.05, so that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant linear relationship between the management knowledge variable and the school performance quality variable. The research objective was to describe the management at TK Bahari Poleang Bombana in the home program's learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative research, namely research describing conditions that occur in the field qualitatively. The research subjects were the principal and teachers at TK Bahari Poleang Bombana. The data analysis technique was descriptive with data collection techniques, namely interviews and document study. The results of the study found that the principal of TK Bahari Poleang Bombana Southeast Sulawesi implemented learning from the home program during the Covid-19 pandemic by taking management steps, namely planning to learn from home program, organizing learning from home program, implementing learning from home program and supervise the learning from home program. The study concludes that the principal of TK Bahari Poleang Bombana carried out management according to the stages in school management in the learning from the home program during the Covid-19 pandemic. To understand the problem, in this case, research was conducted using qualitative approach methods. The data is collected using observations, conducting interviews with the child's parents, and collecting various documentation necessary to support the analysis of the data. Furthermore, to get as much information as possible, the informant is chosen based on the breadth of knowledge that has about the situation and background conditions of the research. Data is analyzed through stages of regional, taxonomic, and component analysis. The data is examined by conducting the persistence of observation, triangulation, and discussion to ensure the validity of the data obtained in the field. The results showed some things like the following; the process of creativity through fine arts education focused on drawing activities has been well implemented. For the medium of fine art in the form of tools and materials are still encountered problems namely the limited tools and materials available for children to express. Drawing activities are still purely as a child's expression as they are, do not yet have a specific pattern to guide the child away. Freedom of expression given to children through drawing activities has a positive impact on children in other fields including modeling and dancing. In general, the elementary school students studied also did not have good numerical reasoning skills, even though they had studied mathematics for almost six years. One reason was that teachers in elementary schools (SD) were more likely to teach how to do mathematics, not how to think mathematically. This problem needed to be resolved from an early age so that students' perceptions did not form that learning mathematics was about remembering ways of doing something (how to add, multiply, divide, calculate area, volume, etc.). Therefore, through this research, a mathematical cognition based mathematics textbook was developed for low-grade elementary school students. The contents of the textbook were focused on developing students' numerical reasoning, especially those related to number sense, number relations, and number construction. The research method used was design research that consisted of three phases, namely the preliminary stage, the prototyping phase, and the assessment phase. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, checklists, videotaping, analysis of student work results, and numerical reasoning tests for students. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
