These aspects have not been well explored and documented. This study aims (1) to explore the mathematical ideas contained in the construction and design process of the Rumah Gadang Minangkabau, (2) to design mathematics-learning tools based on realistic mathematics education (RME) sourced from Ethnomathematics at the Rumah Gadang Minangkabau. The study uses a combination of ethnographic and design research. Ethnographic research has explored Ethnomathematics in building and designing a Rumah Gadang in Minangkabau (covering Darek , coastal, and Rantau areas). Data collection techniques at this stage: in-depth interviews with key informants (Senior Builder, Carvers, Ninik Mamak , Traditional Leaders, and others.), observations, and manuscript analysis. The identified ethnomathematics aspects are integrated into the RME-based learning tool using design research, consisting of a preliminary phase, a prototyping phase, and an assessment phase. The RME-based learning design prototype has been validated by several experts (RME and Ethnomathematics experts, learning technology, and languages), and practitioners through focus group discussion (FGD) activities. Furthermore, the learning design was evaluated formatively (one to one and small group) to investigate its practicality. It uses research and development (R&D) design with Borg and Gall model, aimed at producing certain products and testing the effectiveness of these products. The results of this study indicate that the managerial supervision of madrasah in Pasaman Regency did not work out the way it should. The major issues are the constraints of time and space in implementing managerial supervision as well as the limited number of supervisors. In an extreme case, there is only one madrasah supervisor in Pasaman Regency who has to supervise some schools. These schools, even worse, are significantly kilometers away from each other. To deal with these problems, a madrasah managerial supervision model can be used through WAG social media and Zoom Meeting application. It is hoped that the large number of PTKI in Indonesia can play an important role in responding to gender issues. However, most of these PTKI are said to have not been maximally responsive to the expected gender issues. Many PTKI do not yet have facilities that reflect them as gender responsive institutions, such as the absence of child care centers, the absence of special places for breastfeeding mothers. In fact, many PTKI, including UIN Imam Bonjol, are minus gender responsiveness in the education curriculum and related policies. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected by interview and document study, then analyzed descriptively by means of reduction, display and verification. The results of the study show that UIN Imam Bonjol has a great opportunity to become a gender responsive part of PTKI. It's just that it is still constrained in various aspects for its implementation such as lack of harmony in the work relationship between each element. The utilization of opportunities is shown by the existence of various leadership policies that prioritize gender elements, such as the existence of the Center for Women, Gender and Children Studies, supporting the sustainability of Kafaʻah: Journal of Gender Studies which is already in Sinta's position 2. Back in 2011 there was a place child care but only lasted a year. Statistically, the number of women is comparable to men, even in certain faculties there are more women but more strategic positions are assigned to men. This research is a field research study using a qualitative approach. The data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data come from the principal of the madrasah and educators. There are two stages of data analysis in this study: the pre-field stage in the form of observation and the research implementation stage. The validity test of the research data was carried out using triangulation. This research applied descriptive qualitative approach. Then, the data were analyzed by using the models of Miles and Huberman’s type of data presentation. The aim of this study was to discover the conceptual model of coastal community empowerment through environmental entrepreneurship at informal education in Pariaman. This is a RnD research using conceptual framework from Borg and Gall, which consisted of five stages, namely: need analysis, model formulation, validation, implementation, and revision. The model validation was validated by expert. From the results, it was found that model framework formulation of coastal community empowerment consisted of five focuses of empowerment, namely education, economic, socio-culture, environment, and institution. The model then was validated and tested to obtain suggestions before being produced to society. In many PAUD schools, the teachers have actually been provided by some appealing learning media. However, these media, to certain extent, are not strong enough to motivate the children to learn some concepts. Thus, varieties in learning media are necessary. This paper proposes one of the varieties which can be used by the teachers. It is an IT-based learning media which has been developed by using an interesting application namely Lectora Inspire. In order this application to operate is not a rocket science. This application enables the teachers to design learning media to introduce various concepts to the children. This research is descriptive quantitative. The study population consisted of all university administrative leaders. The study population consisted of all Kasubang, amounting to 25 people. This study uses total sampling, but when the research data collection process/. The research sample consisted of 20 heads and sub-division heads. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire with 5 alternative answers. The research data were processed using averages and percentages. The results showed that the managerial competence of higher education administrative leaders, seen from the aspect of planning ability, was owned by each leader with a percentage of 69,39% in the “able category”. This achievement still needs improvement.
