This paper introduces the teaching reform of electrical control and PLC technology in automation major of Shenyang University. Based on the requirements of students' ability training, The high-quality multimedia courseware, Chaoxing Online Teaching Management Platform and TIA PORTAL design software and PLCSIM simulation software are made full use of to reform the teaching method. For application-oriented colleges and universities, how to apply blended course teaching to the design of each teaching link so that students can learn independently, and how to improve the teaching quality will be particularly critical. Taking the course “Outline of China’s Modern History” as an example, this paper combined the characteristics of talent cultivation in application-oriented colleges and universities, while starting from the concept of result-oriented education, based on the construction of the MOOC platforms and school-based teaching resources. The index of AIoT system construction will be decomposed in the form of the intelligent algorithm coding practice for each knowledge item by deploying it in the Internet of Things (IoT) systems. It formulates the project training content of AIoT and adopts the CDIO training mode, relies on the specified cases, and promotes the export of talents’ achievements. Through the periods of conception, design, implementation, and operation of each project-based case, we can suitably stimulate the interest in theoretical learning from practical application, promote the mastery of various knowledge points for AIoT system development, and guarantee the progress and quality of trainees in the project implementation with process evaluation and assessment. Potential learners can also find out the emotional information carried by the attributes of the courses they care about according to the reviews, which can be used as the basis for choosing courses or not. From the perspective of word vectors, this paper uses two word vector tools, Word2vec and Glove, to train MOOC review word vector data respectively, compares the impact of the two word vector tools on sentiment analysis, and visualizes the weight of attention. The experiment found that Word2vec was better than Glove on the whole, and the CBOW model under Word2vec had the best performance in binary classification, while the skip-gram model had the best performance in three classification. In addition, the effects of the two tools in finding similar words in new words was discussed. This study is based on SPSS data analysis of artificial intelligence background, hotel robot imports intention research, using quantitative research method for data analysis. The results show that when the customer's perception of the usability of the intelligent temperature measurement doorman robot is improved, the perceived usefulness will also be relatively improved, the more customers feel that the intelligent temperature measurement robot is useful, the better their attitude towards using it, and the better their willingness to use it.
