摘要

疫情在人群中反复蔓延,加速了智能酒店的推广。移动红外测温机器人可以在人群密集流动的场景中快速准确地完成群体和个人的体温检测,酒店内的AI产品可以实现“非接触式”服务,有效降低人体接触风险。本研究基于SPSS数据分析人工智能背景,对酒店机器人进口意向进行研究,采用定量研究方法对数据进行分析。结果表明,当客户对智能测温看门人机器人的可用性感知提高时,感知有用性也会相对提高,客户越觉得智能测温机器人有用,对其使用态度越好,使用意愿越高。研究结果有助于了解客户对酒店行业人工智能趋势的真实态度和接受意愿,并为智能酒店运营商提供使用人工智能的方法提供最佳途径。
