Research on the Application of Virtual Reality Technology in the Teaching of Sports Dance in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The development of science and technology has created conditions for the prosperity of education, especially the advent of virtual reality technology, which has brought a scientific and technological force to the teaching of sports dance in colleges and universities. This paper first expounds the related concepts of virtual reality technology, and then points out that in the current physical education dance teaching in colleges and universities, there are problems such as single teaching method and non-standard sports dance venue. Finally, according to these problems, the concrete solution is given.
