Currently bullying cases are increasingly often spoken of but it has to be acknowledged that interest in this problems is taken more episodically, quite often reacting to resonant bullying cases. This demonstrates that the systemic approach is still missing, that the real scope of spread of bullying, its reasons, consequences have not yet been perceived and this aggravates possibilities to manage the situation. Prevention of bulling arising at school due to learning differences should be based on the learning and teaching system Learning for Life, grounded on self-directed learning and acknowledgement of the learners learning differences, characteristic to it, and not on the perception of differences as stigmatising shortcoming. In this thesis a detailed modeling of hybrid power generation system of solar, wind and small hydro has been developed in Matlab. The simulation includes all realistic components of the system. In this thesis, the power delivered by the combine system component is compared with each other and various conclusions are drawn. We have proposed a model of 5MW that contains 3MW of small hydro plant, 1 MW of solar plant and 1 MW of wind plant. The various advantages and disadvantages of the system are compared, and a cost analysis of the system is carried on with the present system. The power delivered by hybrid model of PV/WIND/biogas is much higher than the PV/WIND. The system is more reliable, environmental friendly and the waste products of this sys tem do not contain any harmful gases and acids. This model uses all the renewable energy sources for electric generations which are the need of the time. With the use of energy from wind, solar, biogas plant it will help to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels. Thus, as future development of the present work, it could be very useful to set up flexible tool to model and to simplify the task of evaluating design solutions for stand-alone and distributed generations applications. We have proposed a model of 3KW that contains 1 KW of biogas plant, 1 KW of solar plant and 1 KW of wind plant. Variables are defined and parameters to be study are monitored and recorded. Growing capabilities and decreasing costs of microcomputers are placing this powerful tool at the fingertips of scientists and engineers. In the past, the use of digital computers in simulation required a considerable amount of programming effort. This is no longer a true statement. Simulation provides the student with a greater breadth and depth of information on which decisions could be made. It is also considered one of the most valuable and flexible decision making tools available. Flexible simulation and animation models developed using a multitude of software’s available in the market today is considered a very powerful and effective approach in engineering education. Simulation and animation models could easily be used to solve complex and dynamic problems in both the classroom and real life. Computer simulation techniques and soft wares have been used for more than a decade to help engineers in development, trouble shooting, problem solving, and decision making process. The new paradigm in computer simulation is the use of animation and virtual reality to build engineering models and animation, simulate operations and performance. The fantastic progress in computer hardware and software industry has now opened a new and higher level of teaching computer simulation.","PeriodicalId":247415,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Education Methodology","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125217378","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (CFPWV) is a reliable index of arterial stiffness. In the present study, we investigated the possible risk factors involving CFPWV in hypertension and diabetes mellitus (DM) subjects.Methods: 425 subjects (M/F 168/257) from Shougang Corporation Examination Center were divided into four groups: healthy group (n=185), hypertension group (n=135), DM group (n=32), hypertension with DM group (n=73). CFPWV was measured by Complior apparatus.Results: Our results showed that CFPWV was significantly higher in hypertension subjects with DM than in healthy and hypertension group, respectively (12.00+2.57 vs 10.12+2.28 m/s; 12.00+2.57 vs 10.78+2.07 m/s, both p<0.05). CFPWV was positively correlated with age, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), pulse pressure (PP), fasting plasma glucose ( FBG), HbA1c, uric acid, Log NT-proBNP and Log Urine Albumin (microalbumin) Excretion [Log UAE] in the entire group(r=0.437, 0.410, 0.206, 0.423, 0.210, 0.275, 0.130, 0.135, 0.166, all p<0.05, respectively). Multivariate analysis showed that age, body mass index, SBP, PP, FBG were independent associating factors of CFPWV in all subjects (I²=0.287, p<0.001; I²= -0.194, p=0.003; I²=0.223, p=0.001; I²=0.293, p<0.001; I²=0.161, p=0.008; respectively).Conclusions: Our present study suggested that CFPWV was significantly higher in hypertension subjects with DM compared to healthy and hypertension groups.Keywords: Carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity; Hypertension; Diabetes mellitus","PeriodicalId":247415,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Education Methodology","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123229145","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
