Specific targets were (1) developing elementary Mathematics learning packages assisted by manipulative media, namely: (a) Student Books, (b) Student Worksheets, (c) Lesson Plan. The research design used modification and adaptation from 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate), by Thiagarajan, et al (1974). The criteria which used as a reference for implementing the effectiveness of elementary school mathematics learning Packages were: (1) interaction of Student and (2) student learning outcomes. The results shows that the development of learning Package with a 4-D model that has been modified, starting from the front end analysis (Define), the initial design of learning packages (Design), until the trial step of Learning Package (Develop). Implementation and desimination have not been implemented. Elementary mathematics learning Packages assisted by manipulative media on number material are valid, effective, and practical to improve mathematical pedagogy skills of qualified and creative elementary school teachers candidates. Forms of problematic behavior experienced by elementary school students such as underachievers, annoying friends, noisy in class, do not want to queue difficult to concentrate, lack of confidence, etc. In addition to the aforementioned general problems, a phenomenal problem in the current digital 4.0 era of elementary school age children is the contamination of their lives with gadgets. Playing games and social media are favorite games. The impact is that children become addicted to gadgets, become busy with cyberspace so they are less sensitive to problems around them, there are mental and physical disorders such as blindness. One alternative deal with problems experienced by elementary school students using reality counseling with the WDEP system. WDEP is an acronym for wants, doing, evaluation, and planning. From the population a total of 170 primary school students of SDN 1 Telaga, Gorontalo regency, the study included 63 students as the sample of research. This study employed ex-post facto research design and regression and correlation analysis to test the research hypothesis. The result shows that school environment contributes to the primary school students’ discipline. Furthermore, the research conducted statistic data processing and obtains correlation coefficient of r = 0.74, in other words, the variable of school environment plays a significant contribution to the students’ discipline. Furthermore, the finding is echoed by determination value of 54.76 percents (from r = 0.5476). This research is a classroom action research using descriptive qualitative method. The focus of research is the application of the Six Thinking Hats method and student thematic learning outcomes. The research subjects were teacher and fifth grade students of SD Negeri 10 Manurunge, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles where each cycle consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques were observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the application of the Six Thinking Hats method to students' thematic learning outcome. This research was conducted in District of Parigi, Gowa Regency. This place or area is one of area not far from capital of South Sulawesi. The subjects chosen in this research were teachers in SD District of Parigi, Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentations. The instruments used questionnaires about the teachers’ ability to create and to use e-learning, m-learning, and local culture-based on learning media. Data analysis technique carried out was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The population in this study was all PGSD students. The sample in this study was 86 students taken by Simple Random Sampling technique. There are 2 instruments used, namely the test instrument measuring the variable knowledge of environmental pollution and ecosystem preservation and the questionnaire instrument measuring the variable of environmental care attitude. The data analysis technique used is Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. The results of the study show that the knowledge about pollution and and environmental care attitude of PGSD students are in the very high category, then it is obtained that the significance value meets the requirements and r count is positive. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Social Inquiry Learning Strategies cans Improve Student Social Learning achievements. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with the procedure of implementing actions: Planning, Action, Observation and Reflection. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The population was all students of State Elementary School No.84 Parepare City, while the sample used was class IV totaling 23 people, consisting of 10 men and 13 women. The focus of the study is the Implementation of Social Inquiry Learning Strategies and Student Learning achievements in social studies subjects. Data collection techniques carried out through; observation, test and documentation. Techniques in analyzing data using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the learning achievements of students in the first cycle were in the sufficient category fair (C) while the learning achievements of the students in the second cycle experienced changes or improvements in the good category (B). The research design used in this study was a pre-experimental design (One-group Pretest-posttest Design). The study population was high grade of elementary school students. Sampling is done by simple random sampling. The sample in this study, namely the fourth grade of elementary students numbered 22. Data collection techniques in this study are written test and observation techniques. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using the t-test formula (paired sample t test). The results prove that Bugis Language learning after using the PAMIS learning model (posttest) is better than Bugis Language Learning before using the PAMIS (Pretest) model after being analyzed using the t test formula, the value of tcount = 2.262 with df 25, t table = 1,240. So t count ≥ t table then the research hypothesis (H1) is accepted.
