In this study, the moderating effect of leader trust was verified in the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction. As a research method, 360 questionnaires were statistically analyzed using the regression analysis method targeting employees in corporate organizations. \u0000Looking at the results of hypothesis testing in this study, first, authentic leadership had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, leader trust was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction. \u0000The significance of this study is that it expanded the research on authentic leadership by demonstrating the moderating effect of leader trust as a variable that controls the influence of authentic leadership in the process of influencing job satisfaction. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to examine the influence relationship between authentic leadership and performance variables by subdividing trust in leader and it is suggested that a study is needed to see if there is a moderating effect of leader trust at the group level.","PeriodicalId":236324,"journal":{"name":"The K Association of Education Research","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128694528","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To this end, a total of 131 students who have experience in face-to-face and non-face-to-face classes at S University in Chungcheongbuk-do were selected for the study, 86 questions were conducted to survey learning attitudes and class satisfaction of face-to-face and non-face classes, and results were derived using the SPSS 25 statistical program. Studies have shown that students prefer non-face-to-face classes, especially in terms of non-face-to-face instruction, such as review effects, learning materials, learning plans, and continuous attendance. Therefore, in order to internalize non-face-to-face classes and improve the quality of classes in the future, it is necessary to continuously develop the professors' expertise for interaction and lapo formation between instructors and learners, and various support should be provided to improve the leading learning ability of non-face-to-face learners.","PeriodicalId":236324,"journal":{"name":"The K Association of Education Research","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125653509","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Park, Eun Jung An","doi":"10.48033/jss.8.2.4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.48033/jss.8.2.4","url":null,"abstract":"This study attempted to comprehensively search how teachers perceive 'safety' when operating the curriculum and what difficulties and demands are in the operation process as the Nuri curriculum was revised in 2019 to emphasize infant-centered and play-oriented. To this end, in order to select early childhood teachers with expertise suitable for the purpose of this study, six early childhood teachers with more than 5 years of maturation experience were targeted based on the teacher development stage theory (Katz, 1985). The data collection method was selected as a focus group interview (FGI) to collect and analyze data suitable for the purpose of the study to emphasize infant autonomy and examine teachers' perceived safety awareness and difficulties in the revised Nuri curriculum. As a result of analyzing the data collected in this study, three topics and six subtopics were derived: (1) the importance of safety unrelated to the curriculum (2) finding the boundary between play and safety (3) finding out safe play together. Regardless of the curriculum change, teachers recognized that risk exists, safety should be protected, considered the scope of looking at play and safety, experienced a dilemma between safety and play, and safety was with risk, and experienced changes in teachers and infants for safe play. When discussing the main implications for safety in the revised Nuri curriculum situation based on the results according to the derived topic, first, a positive reconceptualization of teachers' perception of safety is required. Second, there is a need for dilemma-oriented teacher education that teachers can face in the field. Third, a culture that guarantees teachers' expertise and autonomy is required. Fourth, education is required to allow infants and children to internalize safe attitudes and behaviors based on play and experience. Finally, it is required to continuously develop and distribute data and evaluation tools to provide a safe environment.","PeriodicalId":236324,"journal":{"name":"The K Association of Education Research","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125192914","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The principle of good faith, as an abstract ethical and moral norm, is the formative basis of law that embodies the content of individual legal norms. And as a living law that supplements and corrects the deficiencies of the existing legal system, it is a very important principle that plays various roles throughout civil law. However, since the specific details have not been finalized, it is true that the interpretation of the law or the expansion of the scope of application depend on the judgment. In addition, while many Supreme Court precedents that expand the scope of application of the principle of good faith have appeared recently, there is a voice of criticism that it cannot only harm legal stability but also make lawyers more vulnerable. Therefore, in this study, the concept of the principle of good faith, which is the guiding ideology of Civil Law, was comprehensively examined, as well as comparative legal review and problems resulting from the expansion of application by recent precedents. And, In terms of applying the principle of good faith, it was derived and suggested that it is desirable to exclude the application as much as possible when there are individual provisions in civil law and other laws and apply it when a just conclusion has not been drawn.","PeriodicalId":236324,"journal":{"name":"The K Association of Education Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130629448","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
