The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the correlation between social capital, Citizen Participation, and social sustainability of the resident community, all three variables showed a significant positive (+) correlation. Second, it was found that the higher the trust, network, and reciprocal norms of social capital of the resident community, and the higher the information-providing participation in Citizen Participation, the more significant the impact was on social sustainability.
