These relationship-centered singularities can be explained from a psychological point of view, especially based on the fact that Emmanuel Levinas is a clue to emotion and moral sensitivity. Human tendencies are relational and have the ability to listen to the object's verbal and nonverbal expression behavior as a positive characteristic in forming human relationships. This provides a theory of the human element of facing and moral temperament in the attitude of empathizing with the other person, and above all, it can be understood as the positivity of human emotional activities. \u0000We must choose correctly while the inner voice and the moral command of pure reason coexist. Levinas' sensitivity is a sympathetic emotional listening that spreads from the face to the face resulting from the other. This study attempts to prove the moral relevance of these concepts based on Levinas' theory of correct choice and ethical responsibility based on data on the situation of human relationship-forming ability of listening attitude, accountability, and moral sensitivity.","PeriodicalId":236324,"journal":{"name":"The K Association of Education Research","volume":"177 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114773107","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the frequency of basic variables, correlation analysis to confirm the correlation between variables, and to analyze the effect between variables. First, it was found that life satisfaction and self-efficacy had a positive relationship with each other. Second, as a result of multiple regression analysis with control variables to examine the relationship between life satisfaction and self-efficacy of college students, the value representing the explanatory power of the regression model was 0.335 and the variables were about 33.5% of the change in life satisfaction. Self-efficacy was found to have a positive effect in a direction consistent with theoretical expectations, and was statistically significant. The beta value of self-efficacy was 0.496, and it was found to be statistically significant at the significance level 0.001. In terms of control variables, gender (beta=-0.120, p=0.016), allowance (beta=0.135, p=0.004), and academic performance (beta=0.095, p=0.047) were found to be statistically significant. Through this, it is intended to improve college students' satisfaction with school life adaptation, reduce their dropout in the middle of school, increase college students' self-esteem, and use it as basic data and develop programs that can help them pursue and get jobs in the future.","PeriodicalId":236324,"journal":{"name":"The K Association of Education Research","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130097909","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research content: The literature study analyzed secondary data published by national institutions such as the Ministry of Education, and a target group interview (FGI) was conducted from October to December 2022 with 20 people involved in lifelong education for the elderly. Research Result: The Chungbuk area lifelong learning center program is the lowest level nationwide, and only 4.12% of all lifelong learning center users. Elderly socialization education at senior welfare centers is active, but the number of registered senior classes is the lowest in the country. There is no support budget for lifelong education for the elderly, there is a lack of experts, and support from local governments is very poor. Research Suggestions: It is necessary to establish the concept of lifelong education for the elderly, establish a basis for institutional support for lifelong education for the elderly, establish a linkage system between welfare facilities for the elderly and lifelong learning centers, and conduct an accurate fact-finding survey.","PeriodicalId":236324,"journal":{"name":"The K Association of Education Research","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121253909","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In Japan, as in Korea, there are conflicts and disputes between the central government and local governments. However, what is different from us is that the autonomy of local governments has been strengthened following the decentralization reform promoted by Japan in the 1990s. The Local Autonomy Act restricts the central government's involvement with local governments, and requires its intervention to meet the specified requirements and to follow due process, detailed in the relevant laws. In other words, the case of Japan, where there is a legal regulation making the central government not restricting or interfering autonomy of local governments, suggests that more detailed regulations are required within the scope that the government’s involvement and intervention doesn’t undermine the autonomy of local governments to us, where the requirements and process of the central governments’ intervention in local governments are simplified. In Korea, similar to the National and Local Dispute Resolution Committee in Japan, an administrative consultation and mediation committee exists under Article 168, but it is ineffective because there are insufficient regulations on the authority of the committee and the effect of the decision of the committee on the central and local governments. It is necessary to prepare a new type of dispute mediation body and related regulations that can minimize the loss that may occur in case of a dispute or conflict through comparative review of dispute mediation bodies in Korea and Japan.","PeriodicalId":236324,"journal":{"name":"The K Association of Education Research","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128969973","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is also differentiated from static evaluation in that it proceeds in multiple stages to observe learning process and strategies. This study provides a short-term word definition learning experience as a mediated learning intervention in the dynamic assessment process of test-teach-retest to identify differences and characteristics between normal children and children with poor reading skills. A total of 20 first and second graders participated in this study: 10 typically developing children and 10 poor readers. Children took part in a dynamic assessment task of word definition learning that consisted of a test-mediated learning experience-retest task. Results indicated that poor readers made significantly lower scores in retest and modifiability scales. Dynamic assessment and modifiability scales showed potential as tools that inform the qualitative information. Then, the limitations of the study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.","PeriodicalId":236324,"journal":{"name":"The K Association of Education Research","volume":"144 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122441788","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
