With the increase in investment in innovative technologies, the challenge related to misbalance in a bank’s business operations and its reputation has been raised Therefore, it’s requisite for banks to outlay technology in a way to assure productivity of banks. The present study explores the impact of technology on public and private sector banks in India. Using the variables (Net Interest Margin; Return on Assets; Cost of Deposit; Return on Investment and Credit Deposits Ratio) of six public and private sector banks for the last ten years between 2012-2021, the study finds that investment in technology has resulted in enhancement of profitability of public sector banks. The study is carried out using SPSS Software. They are coming out with the innovative strategies, and they are completely ready to face this competitive market. This leads to know the Retailer preference of the masala products. The present study is undertaken to find out the Retailer Preference towards masala products in Virudhunagar District. The objectives of the study are to know about what the factors are influence the retailers’ to prefer the masala products in their retail outlet. Also used to study about preference of the retailers’ on purchase of masala products. The survey was collected from 190 Retail shop respondents, using a Structured Questionnaire through Survey. The data collected is analysed using the statistical tools such as Correlation and Chi square test. From the analysis it is found that the Retailers’ respondents who are in Sivakasi, Sattur, Satchapuram and Thiruthangal purchase masala products. The factors which influence them to make purchase is quality, customer and the reasonable price of the masala products. Also, they prefer masala products which are fast-moving, consumer preferring masala products and purchase which makes profit for them, they are highly agreed with it. This paper deals with action research on enhancing the academic performances of students through various activities such as Induction programs, attendance, a mentor system, unit tests, efforts for weak and bright students, use of technology, best class award, and appreciation of students. Starting with the literature review, we presented our experiment on these activities. It has been shown that students’ performance can be improved through proper planning and implementation. The method of data collection used in this study is survey method. The retailers are surveyed and primary data is collected from them. Convenience sampling method is used for data collection. The population was unknown and the sample size is taken 201. Structured questionnaire has been designed and used to collect the needed primary data. Data collected through questionnaire are analyzed using weighted average and simple linear regression. From the analysis it is found that retailers tend to stock BCPs from manufacturers or stockists who offer timely delivery of products, resolve complaints in timely fashion and offer the best credit policy. This study shows the willingness level of the retailers to deal with branded BCP apart from currently they are dealing. For customers, product attributes and personal factor influence the attitude of customer towards nursing bottle in retailer perception. Human resource automation in the Information Technology industry is working well. Automation has allowed HR professionals to focus more on strategic tasks, such as employee engagement, recruiting, and retention, rather than mundane administrative tasks. Further, the present study attempts to study the Information Technology (IT) employee’s relationship between interpersonal communication and performance at workplace of the personnels in the managerial positions and the employees work under them. An online survey was conducted to collect data and 101 IT employees responded to the survey. Interpersonal communication is measured by adopting the instrument (Interpersonal Communication Inventory). Job performance of the employees was measured by adopting the scale ‘Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ)’ including task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive work behaviour. The Counterproductive work behavior of an employee significantly accounted for a negative relationship with the employee’s Interpersonal communication by not indulging in the presentism attitude. Vital purpose of this study is to find the correlation any existing between WLB and happiness and to evaluate the predication of WLB on happiness among IT employees working from home during Covid pandemic. Quantitative research approach was adopted for the study. Sample of 718 IT (Information Technology) employee were surveyed using Work Life Balance questionnaire and Happiness scale. Correlation and regression analysis was computed to obtain the result. The results of the study revealed that the p-values were less than a priori alpha level of .001 which implied that it was acceptable to assume that the levels were considered to be non-normal. However, Independent sample t-test could also proceed with non-normal population as t-test is a robust against departure from normality of the data set. The study found that in case of defence, the study elucidated that professors perceived a more positive impact of a hike in FDI limit in Indian economy’s defence sector than an army personnel.
