Automation can also include using analytics to track employee performance and make decisions about promotions and salary adjustments. In addition, automation can be used to provide online resources for employees to access benefits and other HR information. Human resource automation in the Information Technology industry is working well. Automation has allowed HR departments to automate many of their traditional manual processes such as scheduling and on boarding, as well as streamline their overall workflow. Automation has allowed HR professionals to focus more on strategic tasks, such as employee engagement, recruiting, and retention, rather than mundane administrative tasks. Automation has also enabled HR professionals to keep better track of employee data, giving them greater insight into the needs and performance of their teams.
