The purpose of this study was to look at efforts to foster the religious character of students at SMP N 3 Ampek Angkek, with this activity in fostering the religious character of students in life that reflects good behavior, besides that the existence of character education with religious values shapes the positive behavior of participants educate them to be honest, polite, respectful and appreciative. In this case the researcher uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), in which the researcher is the implementer of the lesson while the teacher is the observer. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Ampek Angkek consisting of 32 students. The object in this research is student learning outcomes. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes, first; the learning outcomes of students' Islamic religious education subjects before utilizing the Kahoot quiz media in class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Ampek Angkek were low, out of 32 students only 46.87% or 15 students whose grades were above the minimum completeness criteria, while 53.12% or 17 other students scored below the minimum completeness criteria with an average of 62.5. Second, after using the Kahoot quiz media, student learning outcomes have increased in each cycle. In cycle I, the learning outcomes of students' Islamic religious education after using the Kahoot quiz media increased from pre-cycle with a completeness of 78.12%. Whereas in cycle II, the percentage of completeness was 100%. The reasons for this failure all stem from developmental issues. Child Psychology deals with the process of the child's superego moving towards appropriate and adequate socialization, which may also be caused by the inability to adapt to the general behavior of the surrounding community. The research here that researchers use is qualitative research or qualitative is a type of research that produces findings that cannot be achieved (Gunawan, 2022) using statistical procedures or other quantitative methods. According to Strauss and Corbin(2007:1), this qualitative research is research that can be used to study community life, history, behavior, organizational functionalization, social movement, or kinship relations. The problem in this study is how the PAI teacher's strategy in increasing student creativity in learning at MTS N 3 Pasaman Barat and what are the inhibiting and supporting factors of the teacher's efforts in developing student creativity. There are two objectives in thisstudy, namely: (1) To produce methods, ways, ideas, and strategies to increase students' creativity in learning, so that the learning situation is more lively and enjoyable. (2). Increasing student effectiveness so that student achievement can be improved. The method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study explain that increasing student creativity in learning at MTS N 3 Pasaman Barat is carried out using lecture, discussion, question and answer, assignment, and demonstration methods. Themedia used are infocus and PowerPoint. While the models used by PAI teachers are jigsaw learning, the power of two, and practice. The school environment strongly supports the implementation of PAI teachers' creative learning by providing complete facilities and infrastructure. The skills possessed by students include reading the Qur'an well and holding other religious activities. Appropriate learning methods can improve student learning outcomes. One method that is often used in learning is the lecture method. However, many people find this lecture method boring, watching, does not make students active, the material cannot be digested properly. From this phenomenon, the researcher aims to explain the implementation of the lecture method in improving learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects at SMA N 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with field research, namely research that examines facts and collects data that occurs in the field using data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Based on the research conducted, the researchers concluded that the implementation of the lecture method in improving learning outcomes inIslamic religious education subjects had their respective strengths and weaknesses. The advantages of using this lecture method are that the lecture method is very effective if the number of students is quite large, while the drawback of this lecture method is that students become bored if the teacher explains learning material does not use media which is used as a support for the process in implementing the lecture method in class.
