The hope is that antirique applications are widely known and used by many organizations or individuals, PT. Visi Karya Prakarsa needs to plan its IS/IT strategy, this research helps realizing the IS/IT strategic plan. The method used in this strategic plan is the ward & peppard method as a proposal and solution to meet the existing system requirements plan at PT. Vision of the Initiative. This method is chosen because it has a clear framework and complete analytical techniques and focuses on business and information technology needs for the future. This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning English using a learning management system (LMS), namely Schoology. This research was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 in class X Computer Network Engineering. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with reference to the research model from Borg & Gall which is simplified by the Puslitjaknov Team into 5 steps. The research processes are; (1) Analyzing the product to be developed, (2) developing the initial product, (3) conducting small-scale field trials, (4) large-scale field trials and (5) making the final product. The results of descriptive statistics from the two samples studied were pre-test and post-test. For the pre-test value, the average test result or mean is 66.86. The post-test value obtained an average value of 86.17. Because the pre-test mean score is lower than Post-test mean (66.86 < 86.17), it can be concluded that descriptively there is a difference in the average English test scores between the pre-test and post-test. Therefore, the implementation of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is considered appropriate to detect the level of capability measurement process. COBIT 5 is a framework which is used to measure the process of capability level in informational system so it can help gaining audit data. This study is started by doing literary review of business document, and research material. The next step is interviewing, observing, and giving questionnaire in data collection and analysis. After gaining the result of data analysis, the step is continued by grading process of capability level and analyzing the gap before it is closed by auditing and verifying through revision and recommendation stages. Classification is one of the techniques to explore hidden data owned by data mining. Data mining classification methods, one of which is the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The SVM algorithm has proven better results than the KKN, Decision Tree and Linear Regression algorithms. In the classification process, the accuracy and time efficiency results obtained are very important. So optimization is needed in order to increase accuracy and time efficiency during the classification process. The optimization of the SVM algorithm was carried out using the K-Means algorithm for the clustering and continuous process on UMKM data and the feature selection process using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). This paper aims to optimize the accuracy of the data in the form of type of business, business and turnover. Pengenalan animalia coelenterta merupakan salah satu materi mata pelajaran biologi yang dipelajari oleh siswa/i dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional yang digunakan oleh guru berupa buku yang menampilkan gambaran animalia coelenterata 2D, sehingga  siswa/i terbatas dalam mendapatkan gambaran lengkap Animalia coelenterata. Proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung belum efektif dan belum dapat meningkatkan antusiasme siswa/i pada saat pembelajaran dikelas. Maka dari itu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality dapat menjadi salah satu langkah penyelesaian dalam mengatasi hal tersebut. Augmented Reality merupakan teknologi yang menggabungkan benda antara dunia nyata dengan dunia maya berupa objek 3D yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran pengenalan animalia coelenterata oleh siswa/i, agar pembelajaran pengenalan animalia coelenterata lebih menarik dan tidak monoton karena menampilkan gambaran  animasi 3D. Untuk membangun aplikasi pengenalan animalia coelenterata, perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) serta penerapan algoritma SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) untuk pendeteksian titik keypoint pada marker. Pendeteksian titik keypoint dilakukan pada marker yang ada didalam program.
