The hope is that antirique applications are widely known and used by many organizations or individuals, PT. Visi Karya Prakarsa needs to plan its IS/IT strategy, this research helps realizing the IS/IT strategic plan. The method used in this strategic plan is the ward & peppard method as a proposal and solution to meet the existing system requirements plan at PT. Vision of the Initiative. This method is chosen because it has a clear framework and complete analytical techniques and focuses on business and information technology needs for the future. The analytical techniques used in this research are SWOT analysis, Five Forces Competitive analysis, Value Chain analysis, Critical Success Factors method, Balanced Scorecard method, and McFarlan's Strategic Grid. And the outputs are IS business strategy, IT strategy, and IS/IT management strategy companies at PT.
