High security is needed to maintain the confidentiality and misuse of information within the organization. To improve the security of business operations and the quality of information technology resources, it is necessary to evaluate the security of existing information technology assets. Just like one of the systems at PT Infokes Indonesia, namely the Health Center Information System, this is a multi-functional application based on a web base so that it can be used by more than one user at the same time as patient recording is done electronically. The purpose of this study was to conduct a security audit of the Health Center Information System at PT. Infokes Indonesia uses ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and the COBIT 5 framework to document audit findings of information system audits at PT. Infokes Indonesia to make an audit report. Improper ambient temperature can cause losses to the chicken farmer as well as a decrease in productivity, while in practice it is necessary to monitor or check the control consistently to monitor the temperature of the coop. Temperature and humidity monitoring manually are less efficient, so the tools in this study aim to help farmers to facilitate monitoring that can be done through devices with accurate results. This tool is assisted by a DHT11 sensor, lamps, fans, and LCD in temperature monitoring. supported by the application of IoT, which makes it easier to monitor via devices. Test results on components and software show that all devices and software can function as they should. At Gading Health Center in Surabaya City, dissatisfied assessments of the health center's rating stem from discontent with both services and the e-Health system. Issues include disparities in service time compared to the targeted e-Health Service System queue, as well as variations between online registration times and the actual services provided at the health center. Moreover, human resource factors such as knowledge, experience, and technological skills among Gading Community Health Center staff significantly influence the successful implementation of the e-Health system. This study employs e-GovQual and IPA methods to evaluate the effectiveness of e-Government Implementation, focusing on dimensions like efficiency, trust, reliability, and citizen support. Among the distinctive regional traits, batik stands out prominently, evolving uniquely in each part of the country. However, the diversity in batik designs often confuses people trying to identify the region of origin due to similarities in patterns. Deciphering these unique batik motifs typically requires specialized knowledge, particularly from individuals well-versed in the art of batik. Reviews suggest that employing pattern recognition methods is an effective way to tackle this challenge. In today's technological landscape, various methods have emerged to aid in recognizing fabric motifs. This study utilizes the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with the Efficient Net-B0 architecture. The tests conducted to identify batik motifs using this approach yielded a highest accuracy result of 79.62% for the test data and an accuracy validation result of 73.33%. According to the 2015-2016 CHAOS Report, there are ten factors that are prerequisites for supporting the success of project management, one of which is implementing an agile methodology approach, the position of which has increased compared to the previous year. Literature studies were used in this research by analyzing, comparing and reviewing several articles related to Agile management projects to determine the factors that support the achievement of project success, as well as steps that can be taken by project team members, stakeholders and the organization. The results of the analysis show that shared leadership in managing team members in agile project management and the interactions contained therein are one of the main keys to maintaining compliance with fixed time, fixed costs and guaranteeing the project scope to achieve project success. Abstrak:Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi meningkatkan sumber daya dan kompleksitas manajemen proyek teknologi dan informasi. Menurut CHAOS Report 2015-2016 terdapat sepuluh faktor yang menjadi prasyarat dalam mendukung keberhasilan proyek manajemen, salah satunya dengan menerapkan pendekatan metodologi Agile yang posisinya naik dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Studi literatur digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menganalisa, membandingkan dan menelaah artikel yang berhubungan dengan proyek manajemen agile untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dalam pencapaian keberhasilan proyek, serta langkah-langkah yang dapat ditempuh bagi anggota tim proyek, pemangku kepentingan, dan organisasi.
