However, manual financial management presents challenges related to efficiency and transparency. Manual processes in managing Infak and Shodaqoh increase the risk of administrative errors, difficulty tracking funds, and lack of transparency in the distribution of donations. Therefore, technological innovation is needed to improve the effectiveness of financial management. This research aims to develop a web-based application that optimizes the Management of Infak and Shodaqoh in Orphanages, focusing on efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Application development is carried out by applying Rational Unified Process (RUP) as a structured system development method. Application design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visually model the structure and functionality of the application. The results of the research are that the application developed has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of Infak and Shodaqoh management. The integration of RUP and UML ensures structured development and clear design, resulting in an easy-to-use, transparent, and accountable application. This research contributes positively to the effectiveness of Infak and Shodaqoh Management at Himmatul Ummah Al Islamiah Orphanage. In implementing the Scrum work frame in the architectural design of the nutrition service information system at the Regional Public Hospital Ciamis (RSUD. Ciamis) it is expected to produce products that are in accordance with the client's needs. The stages from preparation (Initialization), making a product backlog, making a sprint backlog to the execution stage of this method indicate an iterative method because it prioritizes product functions. The Scrum framework implements work functions according to its role, namely the Product Owner who is fully responsible for the products that it produces, the Development team is responsible for project work, and the Scrum master is the person who controls so that the implementation of the work does not go out of the rules of the Scrum game. The results of designing an information system with application development, this research uses the scrum framework which is carried out with 3 sprints with the estimated processing time for each sprint as follows: sprint 1 reaches 30 days, sprint 2 reaches 27 days and sprint 3 reaches 30 days. Namun sayangnya, ada banyak faktor yang menyebabkan timbulnya masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan, seperti faktor diskriminasi, subjektifitas informasi yang dominan, dll. Untuk itulah dibentuk sebuah metode sistem pengambilan keputusan, akan tetapi semakin majunya perkembangan zaman, maka semakin kompleks juga perkembangan dari metode pengambilan keputusan yang telah ditemukan, hal ini akhirnya menjadi sebuah tantangan tersendiri untuk memilih metode mana yang lebih akurat untuk digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan metode Profile Matching, TOPSIS, dan MOORA untuk mengetahui nilai keakuratannya dengan melakukan pengujian sensitivitas. Dari hasil percobaan didapatkan untuk metode Profile Matching memiliki hasil tertinggi A6 dengan nilai preferensi sebesar 4,72, disisi lain untuk metode Topsis didapatkan hasil tertinggi A3 dengan nilai preferensi 2,97, dan metode Moora dengan hasil tertingginya yaitu A2 dengan nilai preferensi 18,92. Implementasi sistem parkir dengan Mifare Reader di kampus X melibatkan beberapa langkah krusial. Langkah-langkah tersebut melibatkan identifikasi kebutuhan, pemasangan perangkat, registrasi pengguna, integrasi dengan data kampus, proses masuk dan keluar parkir, pengambilan data, pemberian akses, monitoring parkir, dan verifikasi data. Identifikasi kebutuhan melibatkan penentuan jenis kendaraan yang akan diakomodasi, khususnya kendaraan roda dua, dan pemilihan lokasi pemasangan Mifare Reader di dekat gerbang masuk. Registrasi pengguna dilakukan dengan menggunakan kartu Mifare yang unik untuk setiap pengguna, baik mahasiswa, dosen, maupun karyawan. Proses integrasi dengan data kampus dilakukan dengan menggabungkan sistem parkir dengan database kampus melalui suatu antarmuka khusus yang memfasilitasi transfer data. Langkah ini melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan antarmuka, integrasi identitas dan akses, sinkronisasi data, monitoring dan logging, pemulihan dan keandalan, serta uji dan validasi. Dalam tahap analisis kebutuhan, jenis data yang akan dipertukarkan diidentifikasi dan struktur data antara kedua sistem dipastikan sesuai. Pengembangan antarmuka melibatkan pemilihan protokol komunikasi, desain API, dan implementasi mekanisme keamanan data seperti enkripsi dan otentikasi. Proses integrasi identitas dan akses melibatkan otentikasi serta manajemen izin akses agar pertukaran data dilakukan dengan aman. The problems of this research are that there is no connection between the school website and the PPDB Online application owned by the government, and there is a decrease in bandwidth when using the application together when registration is carried out for new students. This research uses a qualitative method by collecting data techniques through interviews, observation, and analysis. The results showed that the application of ITIL in the management of new student admission services can improve the efficiency and quality of services ensuring the fulfillment of the needs of prospective students and parents, as well as strengthening the relationship between schools and communities around Talang Kelapa Palembang.
