The problems of this research are that there is no connection between the school website and the PPDB Online application owned by the government, and there is a decrease in bandwidth when using the application together when registration is carried out for new students. This research uses a qualitative method by collecting data techniques through interviews, observation, and analysis. The results showed that the application of ITIL in the management of new student admission services can improve the efficiency and quality of services ensuring the fulfillment of the needs of prospective students and parents, as well as strengthening the relationship between schools and communities around Talang Kelapa Palembang. 摘要
本研究旨在使用服务设计领域的 ITIL 第 3 版框架,分析和评估巴伦邦 SMA Negeri 22 的新生入学服务管理。本研究存在的问题是,学校网站与政府拥有的 PPDB 在线应用程序之间没有连接,而且在新生注册时同时使用该应用程序会降低带宽。本研究采用定性方法,通过访谈、观察和分析收集数据技术。结果表明,在新生入学服务管理中应用 ITIL 可以提高服务效率和质量,确保满足未来学生和家长的需求,同时加强学校与 Talang Kelapa Palembang 附近社区的关系。本研究的结论是,在巴伦邦22区SMA的新生入学服务管理中使用ITIL可以为巴伦邦22区SMA改善新生入学服务带来益处,并对社区对巴伦邦22区SMA的看法产生积极影响。
