REKAYASA APLIKASI LAYANAN ADMINISTRASI SURAT MENYURAT PADA FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS TEKNOLOGI SUMBAWA BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

This research focuses on application of mail system which is a part of information system. This Information System helps students and lecturers in terms of making the necessary correspondence and they do not have to make a queue at the mail counter. Moreover, this system helps them to save the time. In the process of system building, this study aims at creating a Web-Based Correspondence Information System at the Faculty of Engineering, Sumbawa University of Technology. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. In addition, the prototype method is applied as a method of software development. By the system, it is expected to improve the performance system and facilitate the archiving process of incoming and outgoing letters at the Faculty of Engineering, Sumbawa University of Technology.
