De esta manera se procura el desarrollo de habilidades lecto-escriturales a traves de diferentes estrategias, a la vez que el uso apropiado de diferentes recursos didacticos mediados por la tecnologia, lo cual redundara en un mejor desempeno academico y social por parte de la poblacion de los Ninos de los Andes. EnglishCatholic University of Manizales in coherence with its institutional dream which “works day by day, for integral men and women, leadership’s constructors of a new humanity”, become better the quality of life of vulnerable population, that is why it is presence in Children of the Andes Foundation in Manizales with a group of teachers and teachers in training of Education Faculty to bring pedagogical attendance in areas such as reading and writing and technology and informatics. The exercise is made through different moments that ensure pedagogical practices at a high social level. A partir de una metodologia basada en el analisis critico del discurso, se presenta un estudio de siete condiciones estructurales asociadas a la vulnerabilidad social y su manifestacion como practicas culturales. Se asume que las practicas culturales son un reflejo de la relacion entre las condiciones objetivas y las manifestaciones simbolicas, toda vez que en cada experiencia de vida de las jovenes puede observarse el papel de la desigualdad. Tambien se pone de manifiesto que el caso particular del pueblo cucapa presenta similitudes con otros pueblos originarios en America Latina. EnglishThe present work deals with the experience of four young women from the El Mayor an indigenous Cocopah community in Baja California in northwestern Mexico. Based on a methodology associated with critical discourse analysis, a study of seven structural conditions associated with social vulnerability and its manifestation as cultural practices is presented. This research identifies that cultural practices are reflection of the relationship between objective conditions and symbolic manifestations, in each life experience of girls the role of inequality can be observed. En la primera parte se describe el desarrollo evolutivo de los sujetos autistas y sus particularidades, concretamente, se describe el area de desarrollo cognitivo, linguistico, socio-afectiva y psicomotora. En la segunda parte se aborda la importancia de la comprension lectora desde diferentes perspectivas. En la tercera parte se habla de la importancia de los medios tecnologicos y como estos se pueden utilizar para apoyar el proceso de ensenanza-aprendizaje de los sujetos autistas en el area de la lecto-escritura. Finalmente se abordan las conclusiones pertinentes. EnglishThis article resumes the importance of using an interactive story (TIC) to enhance reading comprehension in autistic persons. In the first part, the evolutionary development of autistic persons and their characteristics are described, specifically concerning the cognitive, linguistic, socio-affective and psychomotor development. In the second part the importance of reading comprehension is approached from different perspectives. The third part focuses on the importance of the technology and how these can be used to support the teaching and learning of autistic persons in the area of literacy. Su objetivo consiste en pensar la identidad escolar reconociendo la diversidad de la subjetividad en el marco de los procesos educativos, teniendo en cuenta el proyecto educativo institucional (PEI). La metodologia elegida fue la historia oral, y como enfoque se opto por el hermeneutico. Un hallazgo sobresaliente fue la necesidad de que la escuela instaure procesos educativos con asiento en el PEI, respetando la diferencia y la diversidad de la subjetividad y evitando la ceguera pedagogica y administrativa. Cuando la escuela se aleje de modelos y metodologias totalizantes, y cuando maestros y directivos diversifiquen sus practicas, la verdadera identidad escolar se configurara en el alumno cuando este sienta el deseo de adscripcion a la escuela, dadas la acogida que recibe y las experiencias que vivencia en su interior. Se necesita que la escuela tenga una comprension amplia del alumnado a partir de los principios logicos de exclusion e inclusion, porque el alumno es logo-razon, pero tambien un ser instintivo. EnglishThis article comes from the peer dialogues and dissertations of the doctoral thesis entitled The institutional educational project and the formation of political subjectivity for a post-conflict scenario: collective memory of the armed conflict and school identity. Its objective is to think about school identity recognizing the diversity of subjectivity in the framework of educational processes, taking into account the institutional educational project (PEI). The chosen methodology was oral history, and hermeneutic was chosen as the approach. An outstanding finding was the need for the school to establish educational processes based on the PEI, respecting the difference and diversity of subjectivity and avoiding pedagogical and administrative blindness. When the school moves away from totalizing models and methodologies, and when teachers and managers diversify their practices, the true school identity will be configured in the student when he feels the desire to join the school, given the welcome he receives and the experiences he experiences inside. EnglishThis article refers to the relationship between body and sensitive cartography that relate works entrusted to the students of Language and Culture of the Intercultural University of the state of Tlacotepec Benito Juarez, in San Marcos Tlacoyalco, ngigua region. The exercises are part of the academic tutoring based on art as a tool of cohesion and community strengthening. We believe that the relationship between body/geography/cartography, memory and sensitive languages should be problematized in the light of societies that can be explained towards homogeneity such as societies governed by patriarchal, capital and colonial logics. The main objective of the work is to relate the experiences that allowed different social stereotypes to be identified and the reflections that derived from their discovery by members of the modality's jurisdictional team. Uno de estos escenarios es la educacion de ninos y ninas Wayuu en instituciones etnoeducativas oficiales en el departamento de La Guajira. El presente trabajo de investigacion tiene como objetivo desarrollar una propuesta para la aplicacion de los Metodos Alternativos de Solucion de Conflictos (MASC) en las instituciones etnoeducativas de La Guajira, en conjunto con la utilizacion del sistema juridico Wayuu. Lo anterior se llevo a cabo por medio de una metodologia exploratoria-descriptiva y propositiva. Los resultados encontrados evidencian una problematica relacionada con el choque cultural entre los mecanismos de aprendizaje y ensenanza en las instituciones oficiales, y la metodologia aplicada dentro de las comunidades indigenas. Se desarrollo una propuesta para aplicacion de los MASC en las instituciones etnoeducativas siguiendo los postulados que guian la forma de vida de los integrantes de la Nacion Wayuu. Se recomienda un posterior analisis de su aplicacion en un conjunto de instituciones etnoeducativas en La Guajira. EnglishInclusion of indigenous communities in national level public policies faces the need for strategies applied in order to ease the transition between intercultural participation systems, without an implied detriment to the indigenous community’s traditions. One of this stages is the education of Wayuu boys and girls in ethnoeducational official institutions in La Guajira. This research work aims to develop an approach for the application of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) IN La Guajira ethnoeducational institutions, among usage of Wayuu legal system. The foregoing was carried out through an exploratory-descriptive and propositive methodology. The results found show a problem related to the cultural clash between learning and teaching mechanisms in official institutions, and the methodology applied within indigenous communities. A proposal was developed for the application of ADRs in ethnoeducational institutions following the postulates that guide the way of life of the members of the Wayuu society. EnglishThis article presents an analysis about work system organization inside higher education institutions; proposing the generation of new structures that repair troubles around the lack of planning, addressing and management, which substantially blocks the members of the educational community. Therefore, the document offers ideas associated with the professionalization of educational actions compared to the preparation of tasks in a work environment; based on a pedagogical-organizational project, which integrates the following factors: the identity features of administration model, the educational management perspective, the structure of a training course for managers and professors on the opening of learning and innovation; and, finally, the creation of the pedagogical and organizational strategy to improve management corporative practices.
